Epcot International Festival of the Holidays

NOVEMBER 19 - DECEMBER 30, 2017

Festival of the Holidays Overview

New for 2017 is the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays. Epcot’s popular celebration, Holidays Around the World, has been reimagined.

There will be 15 Holiday Kitchens featured this year that will be serving up more holiday cookies and other sweet seasonal treats than ever before. Stop into the Odyssey for snowflake sugar cookies and warm apple fritters topped with cinnamon ice cream, or head over to the Canada pavilion for Maple Buche de Noel.

Expect some new and returning entertainment that celebrates culture and the holidays as well as a completely new scavenger hunt.

New this year is the group Mostly Kosher, who will perform holiday classics celebrating Hanukkah in the America Pavilion. Returning favorites will include JOYFUL! A Gospel Celebration of the Season and Canadian Holiday Voyageurs.

Candlelight Processional

Held every year at Epcot, the Candlelight Processional is a not-to-be-missed event. A mass choir, joined by a 50-piece live orchestra and a celebrity narrator, tell the story of Christmas in words and music, in a very moving performance. An American Sign Language interpreter will also be on stage to translate the narrated story, allowing hearing-impaired guests to enjoy the event. Performances are held at the America Gardens Theatre.

Candlelight Processional Dining Package
The Candlelight Processional Dining Package allows you to enjoy a meal at one of Epcot's restaurants, or a surrounding restaurant, while guaranteeing you a seat for that evening's show. It's important to note that at times, this is THE only way to get a seat. Those with Dinner Packages are the first to be seated - those waiting in line (a.k.a. those who didn't buy the package) will be given the very few seats that remain. If you're at Walt Disney World during the holidays, we consider this is a not-to-be-missed event.
