Themed after the adjacent Redwood Creek Challenge Trail, this ‘Quick Service’ restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The menu includes entrée salads, deli sandwiches, pizzas, hamburgers, hot dogs, specialty coffees, bakery items and full bar service.
The Coffee House offers fresh baked pastries and a wide assortment of speciality coffee drinks as well as other beverages.
This all you can eat ‘Buffet’ offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The Character breakfast features Goofy and his Friends. At the buffet, you can enjoy Mickey Mouse Waffles, made to order omelets and peanut butter and jelly pizza. Don’t forget your camera!

New spring additions have been made to the Steakhouse 55 menu. New appetizers include Fresh Pasta Tagliatelle (with stone fruit mostarda, julienne zucchini, cherry tomato and fresh sorelle), Sauteed Sea Scallops (with watermelon cucumber compote, pickled radish, rhubarb sabayon), Seared Carpaccio of Beef (with baby arugula, mandarin orange, whipped horseradish, smoked sea salt) and Chilled White Asparagus (with Serrano ham, Pecorino Romano, minced fava bean and grapefruit essence). A new Steakhouse 55 Salad will celebrate spring with garden carrot, blue cheese, maple pecans and raspberry vinaigrette. The Moroccan-spiced King Salmon is served with seasonal creamed local super-sweet corn with plugra butter.
A new Chef's Tasting Menu includes a Caprese salad, 8 oz. Grilled Prime Flatiron Steak with creamy white polenta, seared king oyster mushroom and hollandaise. Vanilla Creme Brulee with a lemon madeleine, Chantilly cream and strawberry compote will be served for dessert.

Tangaroa Terrace serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast, try the french toast with warm banana-caramel sauce. At lunch, enjoy the 1/3 pound Angus Hawaiian cheeseburger. Every evening a different "Island Plate Dinner" is on the menu.
Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar serves up island-inspired bar food as well as vintage island cocktails in kitschy glassware.
Beach Side Bonfire Dinner Buffet
The PCH Grill now serves a dinner buffet inspired by the picnics, barbecues and bonfires that happen on California beaches.
Enjoy a carving station with dry-rubbed smoked tri-tip beef and baby back ribs, a seafood station with shrimp Alfredo with cavatappi pasta or littleneck clams, chorizo & potatoes cooked in a broth wih a roasted garlic-herb crostini.
You'll also find wood-fired pizzas, a mini taco station featuring fish tacos or veggie tacos, spice-rubbed pork shoulder, roasted potato salad, heirloom mozzarella salad, deviled eggs and a salad bar.
Desserts include a s'mores bar, build-your-own strawberry shortcake, ice cream cones filled with vanilla, passion fruit and strawberry mousse, fresh fruit pizza, milk chocolate caramel tart, and a creamy haupia pudding with layers of coconut and mango.
