Which Disney parks around the world have you visited:Disneyland and Walt Disney World
Date of first Disney Trip:Let's see I was a teenager so 1961
# of Disney Trips:Approximately 20
First Disney Attraction and reaction to it:Pirates of the Carribbean, it is a tradition, we always do that ride first...
Fav. Park and why:Epcot, now, when the children were little we liked Magic Kingdom
Fav. Attraction and why: Haunted Mansion, I just love the music and the castmembers make it special. I always to try to see something different each time I ride it... or if they have updated it at all.
Fav. Show and why: Our favorite show is Little Mermaid, our youngest daughter has the same color hair and she used to think she was Little Mermaid when she was small so it has special memories for us...
Fav. Resort and why: I have two favorite resorts at this time.. Grand Floridian and the Beach Club. The GF, as I love anything Victorian and the service is incredible there, it is on the monorail, and just a very special place to be. The Beach Club also has incredible service, being from New England, I like the ambiance, and my favorite thing is the ability to walk into Epcot or to the Boardwalk and not have to hop a bus or monorail. So after the fireworks, you just saunter back to your hotel or over to the Boardwalk for the nightlife.
Fav. Disney Tip: My Disney tip, I think using fastpass is the way to go, if you can do it....I always go to the left if the line separates, it seems people always go to the right... If you stay inside the park, take advantage of the early entry that you are allowed... and most of all pace yourself. This is your vacation, do not get caught up in hustle bustle that Disney can sometimes be, try to savor and enjoy.
Words of Wisdom: My last thoughts are to keep in mind that it all started with a Mouse, and when you look at the Castle, and listen to the music, try to capture the magic and keep it in your heart all the time, not just when visiting Disney. That is what keeps us coming back and keeps us together here on the Dis.
