Which Disney parks around the world have you visited: Disneyland and WDW
Date of first Disney Trip: 1956
# of Disney Trips: 4 trips to Disneyland and 6 trips to WDW
First Disney Attraction and reaction to it: Peter Pan at Disneyland-I was 6 years old and truly felt as though I was flying over London.
Fav. Park and why: Epcot because I love the World Showcase, but MGM is a very close second.
Fav. Attraction and why: Tower of Terror because it's fun!
Fav. Show and why: Illuminations 2000, it is just awe inspiring and beautiful
Fav. Resort and why: The Dolphin, I love the location
Fav. Restuarant and why: Spoodles on the Boardwalk, the flat breads are yummy. My favorite character meal is Hollywood & Vine at MGM. I love the "30's" atmosphere.
Fav. Snack at WDW: Popcorn
Fav. Disney Tip: If you have the opportunity, experience the Illuminations Cruise, it was the highlight of our trip. Also, if you want to get up close and personal with the characters, a character meal is much nicer and more fun than standing in line.
Fav. Disney Magical Moment/ Most Memorable Experience: On our recent trip to WDW we enjoyed an Illuminations Cruise which was piloted by Capt. Derrell (Cruise Captain on the DIS). Capt. Derrell did an excellent job of entertaining our group before Illuminations began and the fireworks were magnificent. When Illuminations ended, my 6 year old nephew declared, "This was the greatest day of my life." It just doesn't get any better than that and that's what WDW is all about.
Words of Wisdom: Plan your trip carefully and then relax and let the magic find you. |
