“March Magic” lets fans show their support for their favorite Walt Disney World attractions, and is back for its fourth year in a row. The tournament lets fans support a team based on their chosen attraction, with those teams then competing bracket-style for a chance to win the voter based showdown. Disney Design Group artists have created artwork for the teams, which include some returning favorites like the Hollywood Tower Hotel Bellhops and then Future World Phoenicians, as well as some newcomers like Electrical Water Pageant Sea Serpents and the Carousel of Progress Rovers. Speaking of the event, Meredith Gaiser of Disney Parks and Resort Digital team said, “Since its inception, this tournament has celebrated beloved Disney attractions both classic and new. We enjoy seeing how excited our fans get during the tournament. It has become a fun way for guests to share their love for Disney Parks.” In regard to the graphic design element of the tournament Gaiser related, “The T-shirts and other products we offer connect something found only in a digital environment to the real world. These items are a physical way for guests to tell others about their favorite Disney attractions. I can imagine cheers from guests when they see others wearing their favorite team shirts.”
The final match-up between the top bracket winners will be on April 3rd.
