The Florida Highway Patrol has completed its investigation into a fatal Walt Disney World bus accident. On April 1, a 9-year-old boy, Chase Brubaker, was killed when his bicycle collided with a bus. Investigators have determined that the boy is "solely responsible" for the accident. A report released Monday details the findings and shows that contributing factors may have been the bike's tires. The rear tire was flat and the front tire was underinflated. The bus and Brubaker were traveling in the same direction when Brubaker veered into the road and hit the side of the bus. The boy was pulled under the right rear tire.

No charges will be filed against Walt Disney World bus driver David Rich.
