Disney's Victoria & Albert's restaurant receives AAA Five-Diamond Award

For the 11th time, Victoria & Albert's at Walt Disney World has received the distinct honor of being a AAA Five-Diamond restaurant. Located at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, it is the only Five-Diamond restaurant in Central Florida; there are only three in Florida. Manager/sommelier Israel Perez, Chef Scott Hunnel and Master Pastry Chef Erich Herbitschek lead the team at Victoria & Albert's, offering Modern American flavors created with international ingredients and paired with wines for each course. Hunnel said, "It's an honor to be recognized for the work that the entire team does. It's all about the consistency of what we try to do, and the continuous evolution of the restaurant. We all work together to achieve that goal, and continue to search for ways of doing things better."
