Steve Eisenhardt, Senior Vice President of Labor Relations, Immigration Compliance and Cast Health Services for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, has resigned for a job leading labor relations at NBCUniversal.
Eisenhardt will move from Florida to New York and begin his new job November 18. He has been employed by Disney since 1995, starting off as a labor-relations manager, and moving to his current role in 2009.
As part of his job at Disney, Eisenhardt was responsible for managing 100 people and oversaw the labor relations divisions at both U.S. Disney theme parks. For NBCUniversal, he will be responsible not just for the Universal theme parks, but also the other business divisions, such as the film studio and television networks.
