New technology for international travelers at Orlando International Airport
Feb 9, 2014
Orlando International Airport is introducing self-service, biometric visa kiosks that will help arriving international travelers get through customs more quickly. Travelers will use touch screens to complete their U.S. Customs forms, as well as to have their fingerprints and facial images taken.
Frank Kruppenbacher, chairman of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, said, "Reducing the times for arrival processing enhances the customer's Orlando experience and makes Orlando an even more attractive global destination."
