The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel
has come up with a fun promotion that takes advantage of the nation's fixation on the upcoming Presidential election. One lucky guest will be selected as the winning candidate and will be treated to their own "presidential vacation," including a stay in one of the eight presidential suites at the Swan and Dolphin. The suites offer multiple 42" flat-screen TVs, elegant decor, deluxe private bathrooms, Westin Heavenly Beds, dining table, kitchens with a private bar and great views of the Walt Disney World
theme parks. Past guests in the suites include Presidents George Bush and Bill Clinton, and Senator John Kerry.
The winner "will be invited to bring up to five 'cabinet members' on a 3-day/2-night term. They will arrive via luxury transport from the airport, be treated to a red carpet welcome at the hotel and can celebrate their victory with a 'state' dinner using a $250 dining certificate at any of the hotel's 17 restaurants and lounges." They will also receive three-day Park Hopper tickets to Walt Disney World.
The prize package is valued at $4,825. Guests can go to www.swandolphin.com/election to nominate themselves for the prize; the contest will end when the polls close on November 6. The winner will be announced at www.swandolphin.com/election on November 7.
