Walt Disney World has begun testing their MyMagic+ system with Annual Passholders this week. Passholders who are selected for the test are given instructions to add their Annual Pass ID number to the My Disney Experience app or website; they can then begin making FastPass+ reservations and order customized MagicBands. After receiving the MagicBands in the mail, they have a certain amount of time to visit the parks with their MagicBands to complete the process.

Like the rest of the guests, Passholders can make up to three FastPass+ selections in one park per day. The difference for Passholders is that they are only allowed to hold a maximum of seven days worth of FastPass+ reservations at any given time during a 60-day rolling window, unless staying in a Disney hotel. When you use one of the days, another day of eligibility is opened up.

In the photo, you can see a special Passholder 2013-2014 "slider" to go on the MagicBand that designates you as a Passholder. When making a purchase, cast members do not currently have a way to verify in their computer systems that the wearer of the Band is in fact a Passholder. Because of this, Passholders will also receive a card (shown at the bottom of the photo) that they'll need to show when taking advantage of discounts, such as dining or merchandise. A photo ID will also need to be shown.
