No records this holiday season at Orlando theme parks
Jan 1, 2014

Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom had several temporary closures and SeaWorld Orlando had one its busiest days ever, but indicators suggest that no records were broken this holiday season.

Over at Universal's Islands of Adventure, guests haven't been turned away as they had several times during recent holiday seasons.

This could be, in part, because the resort's newest draws, Transformers The Ride: 3D and the new "Simpsons"-themed area, are next door at Universal Studios Florida park.

Walt Disney World doesn't release attendance figures, but the Magic Kingdom has only faced three limited closures, but some guests were still allowed in.
