Main Street Electrical Parade returns to Disney's Magic Kingdom
by Leah ZanollaFeb 11, 2010
This summer, guests at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom will be treated to the return of the Main Street Electrical Parade. In June, the parade will return for a limited time and has been refurbished with new LED lights.
A new float will be at the front of the parade, with Tinker Bell riding in the basket of a hot air balloon. The return of this nostalgic parade is just part of the summer entertainment the theme park has in store. Summer Nightastic!, already seen at Disneyland in 2009, will come to Walt Disney World, bringing with it a whole schedule of new and exciting changes. A summer fireworks show will be added, as well as new lighting and a new drop sequence added to Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.
