Victoria Walker was sentenced to 90 days in jail following her battery conviction in the Mad Tea Cup Party case.

Judge Jose Rodriguez chose a lighter sentence instead of the one year maximum as he felt Walker expressed remorse for her actions. The 32 days which Walker has already spent imprisoned will be deducted from her sentence.

Aimee Krause, the victim of the attack, was pleased with Walker's apology and sentencing.

Eben Self, Krause's attorney, indicated that his client may file a lawsuit against Disney as well as school officials from her district who were to appear as character witnesses in the trial.
