Busch Entertainment Group has planned a month long opening celebration of its latest theme park 'Aquatica.'

Beginning on March 1 the 59 acre waterpark, located across International Drive from Sea World, will have a 'soft opening' to extend till April 4, the official opening date. Following Aquatica's debut will be the grand opening of Busch Garden's Jungala. To celebrate these events, their parent company is hosting 'Wildnight for the Sea World & Busch Gardens Conservation Fund.'

Aquatica will have 36 waterslides, an 80,000 square foot beach, a river ride with rapids and animal encounters. The South Pacific theme will include tropical landscaping, a wave pool and cabanas. During busy seasons, beachside food/beverage delivery will be offered.

Busch Garden's Jungala covers 4 acres and will feature overhead walkways, waterways, two restaurants and three new attractions. This section will focus on Bengal Tigers and Orangutans in their natural habitats.

A multi-park Aquatica/Sea World ticket is now available online starting at $79.95. When single day tickets go on sale, they will be priced at $38.95 for ages 10 and up and $32.95 for ages 3 to 9.
