Jean Garcia, 29, has been arrested and accused of having sex with a 13-year old girl over Memorial Day weekend. The girl met Garcia while on vacation with her family at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. They allegedly had sex in a laundry room closet at the campground. When the girl thought she might be pregnant, she told her foster mother about the encounter. She found out she wasn't pregnant, but her family pressed charges.
Garcia wasn't too difficult to find, because he had given the girl a card with his cell phone number. Police set up a meeting between him and the girl to meet for sex at Walt Disney World and arrested him when he arrived.
Garcia is being held without bond for charges of sexual battery and lewd and lascivious battery.
