Transfer Schedule:
To Universal Orlando Resort: This service is available 24-hours a day except between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm. Pick-up time will be determined by calling Mears Transportation at least 24-hours in advance to arrange your pick-up time from the hotel.
From Universal Orlando Resort: Pick-up time with Mears can be arranged when making your initial reservation or by calling Mears from the parks a minimum of 90 minutes prior to your desired pick-up time.
Length of Transfer: Varies by hotel; however approximately 30 minutes each way.
Documentation Instructions: You will receive an Electronic transfer coupon with this purchase. You must present a valid photo ID with your transfer coupon at the time of pick-up from your hotel.

The Universal Orlando 2 Park Annual Pass entitles one guest to the following:

The 2 Park annual pass is non-transferable& the guest will be provided with a photo ID that must be presented for admission. This pass is valid during regular theme park operating hours and is not valid for special or separately ticketed events.
Universal does not offer a free "express pass" the way Disney does. Universal offers Express Plus access to most of their major attractions for a fee of either $40+tax (1 Day / 1 park express pass), or $50+tax (1 day / 2 park express pass). This is IN ADDITION to your regular admission ticket, and will entitle you to bypass the lines on most attractions with no more than a 15 minute average wait. Universal only makes this pass available on certain dates.
Universal offers a "Meal Deal" option where you can eat as much as you want at select dining venues inside Islands of Adventure or Universal Studios Florida for one price ($19.99+tax for adults, $9.99+tax for children under 9). TIP: On the surface, this appears to be a good deal, but unless you eat A LOT of food this is usually not worth it. It does not include beverages (that's an additional $8.99+tax). These prices are available only online, and are higher if you purchase them at the park (making them even less of a value). Our advice is to skip this option. This 8hr. privately guided walking tour will accommodate 1-15 guests. It offers the guest with a behind the scenes tour of the attractions of their choice. This tour is not as structured as the Basic VIP Tour, which lets the the guests participate more during the tour. It includes front of the line access, and Park Admission is NOT included.
Enclosed parking garage, moving sidewalks, escalators and elevators, on-site wheelchair rental, and an on-site kennel. Vehicles can leave the garage and return the same day by stopping at the toll plaza upon re-entry and presenting their parking ticket. There are also call boxes located throughout the parking garage which can be used to contact Security.
