Cabo San Lucas Excursions:

Cabo Resort Pool Getaway (4.5 Hours)

Spend the day on Cabo's coast at the beautiful Finisterra Resort. This beachfront resort is situated at the tip of the Baja Peninsula where the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean meet. A quick 5 minute drive in a air-conditioned coach brings you to the resort's doorstep.

You're invited to spend your day surrounded by swaying palm trees at the sprawling pool complex. A delicious Mexican buffet lunch and two complimentary beverages are included. While you'll enjoy sweeping views of the ocean and can stroll along the sandy coast, swimming is prohibited due to the strong currents.

Children are welcome to paint and bring home a ceramic figurine. If you want some action and wish to test your sports skills, volleyball and soccer are available. After your game, you can soothe yourself in a whirlpool hot tub. Both beach chairs and umbrellas are included.

Price: Adult - $59 (ages 10 and up),  Child - $49 (ages 3 - 9), Under age 3 Free

- No electric wheelchairs allowed. Wheelchairs must be standard sized and collapsible. The beach is not accessibe
- Guests are advised to wear their bathing suits under their clothing

- Children in diapers are not permitted in the resort's pools

Exclusive Private Villa (4 - 6 Hours)

This excursion is for those who want a one of a kind, intimate experience while at beautiful Cabo San Lucas. You'll have exclusive use of the Casa Miramar. From its hilltop vantage point, this luxury villa offers panoramic views of the Pacific and Sea of Cortez. The 4 bedroom estate is reserved for your private use and offers an infinity edged pool and whirlpool tub. Your personal chef will prepare a wonderful Mexican feast of beef and vegetable pie, tortilla soup, fresh cheeses, stuffed peppers, chicken breast in a savory Spanish sauce, tortillas, quesadillas, rice and beans, Mexican salsa, guacamole with flan for dessert. Alcoholic beverages are included as well as soft drinks and bottled water. (Vegetarian selection available upon request.)

After a refreshing swim, you can relax in the hammock or stroll the gardens amidst its colorful blooms. If you want to take a break from the sun, you can enjoy a movie or watch a show on the 52 inch television. For an additional cost, a masseuse and live music are offered. This excursion can accommodate a party of 12 and is for the exclusive use of the party reserving the villa. You will spend three hours enjoying the estate and all that it offers after which you can choose to be dropped off at the Puerto Paradiso Mall or at Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo.

Booking procedure: You must visit the Disney Cruise Line website, download the "Private Arrangements Request Form" found in the Cabo San Lucas Exclusive Private Villa excursion listing and submit it to DCL. You will called by their Special Services Department at which time pricing will be discussed.

Nikki Beach Escape (4.5 Hours)

Spend your day at Cabo's Nikki Beach Club located on the shore of Medano Beach. This hip destination is part of the Nikki Hotel chain, known for its upscale and modern amenities. While here you'll enjoy a delicious Mexican buffet lunch with taco bar, salad bar, freshly prepared tortillas and beverage.

Surrounding the free form pool  complex are Nikki's signature white tepees and softly cushioned lounge beds. Situated on the tip of the Baha Peninsula where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez, spectacular views surround you. Chairs and shared umbrellas are provided at the beach. Optional water activities include boogie boards, sailboats, parasailing and banana boat rides. These are an additional cost and are taken at your own risk.

Guests are asked to wear their bathing suits under their clothing. Wheelchairs must be standard size and collapsible, with ECV's prohibited. (Guests must be able to board the bus without assistance.)

Price: Adults $85 (Ages 10 and up), Child $55 (Ages 3 - 9), Under age 3 is free

Scuba Diving Odyssey (2.5 Hours)

This exciting excursion is for certified divers ages 12 and up. (Proof if certification and Photo ID are required.)

Known for the variety of sea life found in its waters, this underwater exploration of Cabo is bound to be memorable. After a quick 10 minute drive to a local dive shop, you'll receive instructions and be outfitted for your dive. The provided equipment includes one 3000 psi aluminum tank, weight belt, mask, fins, buoyancy compensator, vest and wetsuit. (Participants should bring towels from the ship.)

Depending on the the day's weather, your guide will take you to one of the following located in the Sea of Cortez and San Lucas Bay:

Pelican Rock - This site reaches depths of up to 100 feet. Known for sandfalls, you'll also find King Angelfish, Moorish Idols, Putterfish among its tropical residents

Neptune's Finger - This site reaches depths of up to 100 feet. Neptune's is noted for rocky bluffs, home to a variety of corals, sea fans, vibrant sponges and gorgonians.

Pinnacle and Sea Lion Rookery - This site reaches depths of up to 80 feet and is popular among the more advanced divers due to the area currents. As its name implies, sea lions are among the sea creatures found here as well as sea turtles, rays and tropical fish

You'll spend 90 minutes exploring this exciting and everchanging underwater terrain. Following your dive, you'll be given a beverage to enjoy during your 10 minute trip back to the ship.

Prices: $110 (Ages 12 and up only)

- Proof of diving certification is required with an accompanying photo ID. You must have completed one dive within the past 2 years
- Maximum scuba diving weight is 250 lbs
- The following may not participate: Children under age 12, those with heart/respiratory conditions, back/neck injuries, expectant mothers-to-be, guests requiring wheelchairs, guests using medication or with medical conditions
- Diving knives are not permitted due to weapons laws

Cabo San Lucas Sportfishing Excursion  (5.5 Hours)

This excursion, exclusive for guests ages 12 and up, takes you on a voyage to one of the best sports fishing spots in the world. You'll board a six person cabin cruise and set out on a 35 minute journey. When you reach your destination, the crew will cast four lines into the Pacific which are drawn through the water to attract the billfish and marlin often found here. The rods are rotated between guests to give all participants an equal chance at catching the 'big one.' Once you feel the much anticipated pull on your line, the crew will help you to reel in your trophy. After taking a photo with your prize fish, it is released back into the ocean.

Box lunches are provided during your excursion as well as three beverages. Depending on the location of the fish, the length of this tour may vary. Other factors impacting this excursion are the weather, water conditions and seasickness. If the latter becomes an issue, the group is to decide whether they wish to continue or return to the pier which will conclude the excursion for all participants.

Included is use of the cabin cruiser, the captain, mate and tackles. The price of the excursion includes the mandatory Mexican fishing license. (It is customary to tip the boat's staff at the conclusion of your voyage.) While there is a strong probability that you will catch a fish, it cannot be guaranteed.

Price: $189 (Ages 12 and up only)

- Wheelchairs are not permitted
- The following may not participate: Expectant mothers-to-be, guests with back/neck injuries, heart and respiratory conditions. If you have mobility limitations, it is strongly advised that you do not take part in this excursion.

Chileno Bay Snorkeling Bay Adventure (4.5 hours)

Your snorkeling adventure beings with a 45 minute voyage onboard the state of the art 65 foot 'Tropical' catamaran. You'll want to have your camera ready as you pass Cabo's Lover's Beach, Los Arcos, Los Frailes and the Arch of Poseidon on your trip to Chileno Bay.

This prime snorkeling spot, located between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas is home to coral formations, colorful marine life including angelfish, parrotfish, Moorish idols and Manta rays. The crystal clear waters of Chileno Bay are yours to explore for an hour. When you return to the Tropicat you can try out its fun waterslide or simply soak up the sun. Snacks, bottled water, beer, rum punch and margaritas are served before you take another plunge in the Bay. You'll have another hour to enjoy before returning to the port.

Price: Adult - $69 (ages 10 and up), $38 (ages 5-9)

-Parental supervision is required
-Not recommended for Guests with limited mobility. Guests must be able to climb 5 steps
-No ECV's. Wheelchairs must be standard size and collapsible.
-Snorkel, mask, fins are provided.
-Life vests are included and must be worn
-During the summer, jellyfish may be present. Contact with jellyfish is to be avoided and those with wasp/bee sting allergies are discouraged from taking this excursion. The tour operators provide vinegar to treat stings
-It is recommended that Guests use sunscreen, sunglasses and bring extra clothing, hats, cameras and backpack. Towels should be brought from the ship

Los Arcos Sea Kayak & Snorkel (3 hours)

Your unforgettable excursion starts with a quick water taxi to Cabo's main shore, Medano Beach. Your tour guide will provide your life vest, snorkeling gear and instruct you in navigating a kayak. Once you've learned some basic techniques, you select your kayak and go on your way. As you follow your guide, you'll pass the picturesque Los Arcos, watch sea lion's enjoying a marine sanctuary and get an up close look at Arch of Poseidon.

After 25 minutes, your voyage brings you to Lover's Beach. This famous spot is only accessible by water and is where the Sea of Cortez joins the Pacific. You'll have 45 minutes to explore this underwater paradise, bask in the sun or see what's hidden in the secluded coves. Once your visit to Lover's Beach comes to an end, you'll follow your guide back to Medano Beach where the water taxi is waiting to bring you back to the port.

Price: Adults - $49 (Ages 10 and up), Children are not permitted

-During the summer, jellyfish may be present. Contact with jellyfish is to be avoided and those with wasp/bee sting allergies are discouraged from taking this excursion. The tour operators provide vinegar to treat stings
-Wheelchairs are not permitted
-Kayaks fit up to two Guests. Maximum weight per Guest is 250 pounds
-Bottled water is provided
-Snorkel, mask, fins are provided. Guests should wear sunscreen, sunglasses, bring additional clothes, hats, cameras and backpacks
-Towels should be brought from the ship
-Guests should be in good physical condition. Expectant mothers, those with heart/respiratory conditions or back/neck injuries may not participate

Santa Maria Sail & Snorkel Experience (4 - 4.5 hours)

You'll set sail on either the La Princesa 1 or Manta catamaran to the Santa Maria Cove. Your picturesque voyage will pass by Lover's Beach, Los Arcos and the sea lions who frequent the marine sanctuary.

When you arrive at the beautiful Santa Maria Cove, you'll have an hour to view the underwater scenery and the colorful fish that call this slice of paradise home. From here, you'll have another idyllic one hour sail back to the port. Bottled water, soda, domestic drinks and light snack are provided.

Price: Adults - $65 (ages 10 and up) Child - $36 (ages 5 - 9)

-During the summer, jellyfish may be present. Contact with jellyfish is to be avoided and those with wasp/bee sting allergies are discouraged from taking this excursion. The tour operators provide vinegar to treat stings
-Guests must be able to climb 5 steps. Wheelchairs must be standard size and collapsible. (No ECV's)
-The following may not participate: Expectant mothers-to-be, guests with back/neck injuries, heart and respiratory conditions. If you have mobility limitations, it is strongly advised that you do not take part in this excursion
-Life vests are provided and are mandatory
-Snorkel, mask and fins are provided
-Fish sightings are not guaranteed but are likely to happen
-It is recommended that Guests use sunscreen, sunglasses and bring extra clothing, hats, cameras and backpack. Towels should be brought from the ship

B.O.B Underwater Adventure (4.5 hours)

If you've ever wished to scuba dive just once but never got certified, this is the excursion to pick.

You'll ride aboard a catamaran past the picturesque Cabo shoreline to Chileno Cove. Upon arrival you'll meet B.O.B., the Breathing Observation Bubble. This fantastic machine is part breathing apparatus and part underwater motorized scooter. You'll be instructed in how to use B.O.B. and you can then take your underwater capsule on an unforgettable 20 minute undersea tour of the Cove. You'll have 90 minutes at Chileno and can spend the remainder of your time snorkeling, sunbathing or swimming.

Price: Adults - $129 (ages 12 and up only)

-During the summer, jellyfish may be present. Contact with jellyfish is to be avoided and those with wasp/bee sting allergies are discouraged from taking this excursion. The tour operators provide vinegar to treat stings
-Snacks (nachos and tuna salad) and beverages (unlimited domestic drinks) are included on this excursion. Alcoholic drinks are only served after snorkeling.
-Wheelchairs and ECV's are not permitted on the B.O.B. portion of this tour. However, wheelchair Guests may participate in the catamaran portion of this excursion by purchasing a ticket for Sea of Cortez Snorkel (available to book at the Shore Excursion desk on the ship) where they are invited to sail along and remain on the lower deck.
-Guests will experience the B.O.B. portion of this excursion in groups of six.
-Guests wishing to ride along with a B.O.B. participant should visit the onboard Shore Excursions desk for details.
-Guests on the B.O.B Underwater Adventure will be on the same boat as Guests participating in the Chileno Power Snorkel excursion.
-The following may not participate: Expectant mothers-to-be, guests with back/neck injuries, heart and respiratory conditions
-Maximum weight per B.O.B. unit is 240 pound
-Travel time from the pier to Chileno Cove is approximately 80 minutes
-The stop at Chileno Cove is approximately 90 minutes. Diving time is approximately 20 minutes
-Travel time from Chileno Cove back to the pier is approximately 65 minutes.
-It is recommended that Guests use sunscreen, sunglasses and bring extra clothing, hats, cameras and backpack. Towels should be brought from the ship

Regatta Yacht Racing (3 hours)

This adventure packed excursion pits two America's Cup yachts against each other, and you're part of the crew!

You'll be taken by speedboat to the marina where the NZL81 and the NZL82 are waiting. Both of these yachts have competed in the America's Cup, the most prestigious sailing event in the world. The crews will provide instructions and from there you'll select a team and get ready to race against your competitor in the Pacific.

As you race towards the finish line, the excitement builds. You'll trim the sails and grind the winch against a backdrop of sandy shores and towering bluffs. Whether you finish first or second, you'll come out a winner after you've tested your mettle at sea. You can celebrate with a glass of punch or bottled water before returning to the speedboat which will take you back to shore.

Price: Adults $125 (ages 10 and up only)

-Bottled punch and water is included with food available for purchase before departure
-No wheelchairs
-Previous sailing experience not required but you must be physically fit to take part in this excursion
-The following cannot participate: Expectant mothers, Guests with heart/respiratory problems and those with back/neck injuries
-Life vests are provided
-Guests are asked to wear sunscreen, sunglasses and to bring extra clothing and hats
-Guests planning on making purchases should bring cash or credit cards
