Disney Cruise Line - Stateroom 10664 Report
| Ship: Disney Dream | Stateroom: 10664 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 10 | Category: 5E | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 02/24/13 |
Notes: Loved this room! The access to cabanas and pool were easy. The deck is the best part, it is huge and could see the Pirates fireworks. Will only book this room! The noise from cabanas didn't bother us at all, since our kids are early risers :( |
| Ship: Disney Dream | Stateroom: 10664 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 10 | Category: 5E | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 09/20/12 |
Notes: Just like the stateroom we had the previous year (10662) it has a VERY LARGE verandah with 2 lounge chairs, 2 regular chairs and a small table. There is some noise in the morning when they are getting Cabanas ready for breakfast and a small amount of shaking when the ship starts to back up but not enough to bother us. We were able to see the fireworks from our verandah. |
| Ship: Disney Fantasy | Stateroom: 10664 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 10 | Category: 5E | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 07/14/12 |
Notes: You can't get anymore aft than this stateroom. The veranda is very large, there are 2 chairs, 2 loungers, and 1 table. However, every day there is soot that covers the veranda and the chairs - wipe them off before you sit down! Also, many days exhaust fumes kept us off the veranda. There is also very little breeze due to the location, ceiling, and walls so it does get hot. Each morning around 6:00, crew starts to set up the outside are of Cabanas which is directly above. It's loud and will most likely wake you up. The room itself is nice - it's a standard room. We will not book this room again because the exhaust smell and soot had a direct impact on how much we used the veranda. Nice view of Castaway Cay though. We didn't have any issues with vibrations. |

| Deck: 10 | Category: 4E | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 06/24/12 |
Notes: BEST room on the ship, we think! Very well designed for a family of 4, with the curtain that separates the room and the pull-down bed for evenings. Great location because you zip up the stairs one floor and you're in Cabanas with easy access to the pool and drink stations. Elevators on this side are much less populated than the midship ones. Plus, we could see the fireworks on Pirate night from our VERY large balcony. Room on the balcony for 2 chaise lounges, a table and 2 chairs. Our neighbors pulled furniture from next door and easily got 4 chaise lounge chairs on their balcony. Only con was the pulling of chairs above us in the morning after 7:30am. The restaurant was closed in the evenings, though, so late night/overnight noise was not an issue. Impeccably clean and well designed. |
| Ship: Disney Dream | Stateroom: 10664 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 10 | Category: 5E | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 02/05/11 |
Notes: The good news: the verandah is HUGE - 2 chaise lounges, 2 chairs, and a small side table! Nice location; just steps away from Cabanas, beverage stations, and pools. And the aft of the ship has awesome views of Castaway Cay and Atlantis when docked.
The bad news: Because Cabanas is directly above it can get noisy with the chairs/tables dragging across the floor. Typically started about 7am and would last until late afternoon. If you're a heavy sleeper or an early riser, it's not so bad. Not a great spot for afternoon naps, though. |

Notes: Loved this room. The Verandah was huge and came with 2 chairs and 2 lounge chairs. The only downfall was that the room would shake when pulling into ports and it was a pain to get outside to Deck 11 and 12 because Cabanas was right above you so there was no direct route to get to the pools unless you walked through Cabanas. |
