Disney Cruise Line - Stateroom 2146 Report
| Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 2146 | Condition: 3 |
| Deck: 2 | Category: 9 | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 06/03/07 |
Notes: This is a very noisy stateroom. On the first night from Port Canaveral to Nassau, the vibration and noise was impossible to ignore. Also, as the ship docks it is quite loud. We were up at 5:30 am as we returned to Port Canaveral courtesy of the noise!
The worst part of this stateroom is the smell. There was an overwhelming sewer odor on the 1st and last day of the cruise.
I would never book this room again. |
| Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 2146 | Condition: 4 |
| Deck: 2 | Category: 9 | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 04/23/06 |
Notes: Room was rather noisy the first night as we sailed to Nassau and a little on the evening back to Port. Other than engine noise and the thrusters at port, we did not hear any other noise. Being a connecting room, we did hear our neighbors a few times, but not the entire time. The room was in overall good condition, only noticed the sink separating from the counter in the bathroom. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. View at Nassau and Castaway was of the dock, so we could see everyone making their way back to the ship as well as watch the ship dock. The only thing it was really convenient to was getting off the ship for Castaway Cay. Other than that everthing else required a hike up the stairs. Looking to move up categories and decks for next cruise. Overall, it was nice having the large port hole (kids loved it), but would prefer something more mid-ship if I had to do this category again. |
| Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 2146 | Condition: 3 |
| Deck: 2 | Category: 9 | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 09/17/05 |
Notes: There was quite a bit of noise and vibration when pulling in and out of port. The rest of the time there was a slight constant vibration that was actually kind of soothing to me. It was convenient to dining rooms and most everything else. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room and storage space. I probably wouldn't book this room again because of the noise while docking. |
| Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 2146 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 2 | Category: 9 | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 08/20/05 |
Notes: A little engine noise, but otherwise very quiet. Very convenient for dining since restuarants are just one floor up. Family of four with two teens had plenty of room. No steamer trunk. Would book again |
