Disney Cruise Line - Stateroom 6586 Report

Notes: Let me get the negative out of the way first: 1.) The ladder for the upper berth was NOT long enough. It didn't touch the floor. Our stateroom hostess said engineering was aware of the problem. 2.) The upper berth itself, according to my 6 year old, was uncomfortable because it was too hard Aside from those minor issues, everything was perfect! Lots of space, all carpeting, hard goods and soft goods were in mint condition. The room is between 2 lifeboats, so you'll be able to see straight down to the water. The location is perfect because you're right near the beverage station when you take the midship elevators. And it's not too far to walk if you have to go forward or aft. LOVED this room!

Notes: Wonderful room! The only noise was from the neighbors on the veranda. It was so centrally located! Just around the corner from the mid-ship stairs and elevators. It is a connecting room. Super clean, and super comfy for our family of 5!

Notes: This is a great stateroom! It sleeps 5 and connects to 6584. The verandah is above the gap between 2 lifeboats so that you can still look straight down (and see jellyfish and sea turtles!). Room is in great condition. Some noise from people above. Great location near mid-ship elevators/stairs. Plenty of room.

Notes: Condition of the room was excellent. However, we had a lot of noise from the laundry room across the hall. People waiting for machines tended to have loud conversations at all hours, and the change machine was also quite loud. It was not awful, but a couple of nights it was a little much.

Notes: Really close to the laundry room. Gets really loud when someone puts sneakers or clothes with zippers into the dryers at midnight! If you are sailing during the summer the heat from the laundry room and the outside heat and humidity combined killed the a/c in the room. Could not get it cool enough to sleep at night.

Notes: This room was so nice that we booked it again for our 2007 cruise! It was an easy walk to the kids club. The verandah was excellent and the room was very well done. The room was close to the laundry room, but we did not hear a peep. It was nice to walk across the hall if I needed to iron something.

Notes: Great room. Beautiful verandah, no noise, even though close to the laundry room. Great access to both aft and midship elevators. Minimal rocking because of midship location. And I get easily seasick - would definitely recommend and stay in this room again.

Notes: Love the verandah! Across from the laundry room but not at all noisy. Midship so the rocking was minimal.
