Disney Cruise Line - Stateroom 6610 Report
| Ship: Disney Dream | Stateroom: 6610 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 6 | Category: 4D | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 03/17/13 |
Notes: We enjoyed staying in this room with our 3 children. They each enjoyed having their own bed, but the favorite was the bunk that pulls down from the ceiling. The shower in this room is wonderful! We enjoyed the view from our verandah, and I didn't feel like the life boats interfered substantially with our view. It appears to be closer to an elevator in the diagrams than what it actually is, but that did not cause a problem for us. We loved this cabin and would stay in it again without hesitation! |

Notes: We thought this room was great. We had 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 9 and 11) staying in the room. The room includes the standard queen size bed, a couch that makes into a bed, a bed that comes out of the ceiling over the couch and a murphy bed next to the couch. We all slept very comfortably in the room and the boys loved their "bunk beds". We found the beds and bedding to be very comforable.
We were very impressed with the storage in the room. We found there to be plenty of drawers, shelves, cabinets and closet space for all of our stuff. We had 4 large suitcases, 2 small rolling carry-on size suitcases and a couple of backpacks. All of our luggage fit nicely under the queen-size bed.
We found the room to be very quiet, with just the occassional noise from the hall (i.e. kids running down the hallway). No sounds were heard from above, below or the rooms next door.
Our room was closest to the mid-ship stairs and elevator, but not too far from the aft stairs/elevator to make it inconvenient to use those. We found this especially nice when going to dinner since the 3 restaurants are either mid-ship or aft (and only 3-4 floors down). We found this room to be centrally located for many of the activities on the ship and often used the stairs. A plus when trying to burn off the calories being consumed!
The room is on the starboard side of the ship and we had nice views in all 3 ports (St. Maarten, St. Thomas and Castaway Cay). However, the nicest view was definitely at Castaway Cay, where our verandah looked out over the island.
All in all, a comfortable, well-appointed room on a beautiful ship! |

Notes: We have stayed in this cabin prviously and selected it for our November trip - BIG MISTAKE! It smelled of raw sewage the entire trip. They tried everything to fix it and nothing worked - not even an air purifier! It was also very hot - they did send maintenance in to work on the AC and it was gross! We have photos of the mold that was growing on the vents, but do not know how to post them here. Our 6 year old could not even go into the restroom without gagging! Avoid this cabin! |

| Sail Date: 10/16/11 |
Notes: On the ship maps online it appeared to be more towards the midships elevators than it really is. You have to walk a pretty good distance down the hall. The room was in great condition. I had trouble with the tub drain and some of the knobs coming off where you shut the drain for the rounded tub. The veranda doors are much easier to open than on the Wonder. Beautiful dock view of Castaway and Nassau from this side of the ship. The elevators were always packed so we took the stairs to the restarants which are AFT for the most part. The room was in great condtion. I liked the added room under the bed for suit cases and the bigger safe. The doors to the bathrooms and cabin door are also smaller than on the Wonder. |
| Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 6610 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 6 | Category: 5C | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 06/08/11 |
Notes: Great location! Very convenient to the kid's club. Also great location to Topsider's. Didn't have any problems with noise. Laundry room was fairly close which was nice since we were on a 10 day cruise so I knew I would need to use it. |
| Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 6610 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 9 | Category: 6 | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 04/17/11 |
Notes: Room was great - close to the elevators, but not too close. Not noisy. View from room is great, no obstructions. Being next to to the AFT elevators is convenient for the Beach Blanket Buffet and the movie theater, Animator's palate, Parrot Cay. |
| Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 6610 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 6 | Category: 6 | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 02/19/09 |
Notes: very convenient (near aft elevators and staiway)can easily run up and down to restaurants and pools, good view to Atlantis and Castaway Cay (the Flying Dutchman ship), plenty of room for 4 (2 adults and 2 children) |
| Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 6610 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 6 | Category: 6 | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 12/08/07 |
Notes: This was a very nice stateroom with a full, plexiglass-walled verandah. There was very little noise and everything was in good working order. It was just forward of the Aft elevators which made it convenient to go to the dining rooms, Shutters, the Buena Vista Theater, Topsiders, Palo and the Mickey Pool. If we were to book this category again we'd definitely book this stateroom. |
| Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 6610 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 6 | Category: 6 | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 08/19/07 |
Notes: close to elevators but not alot of traffic or noise
view of castaway cay |

| Deck: 6 | Category: 6 | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 12/31/05 |
Notes: loud boom, vibrating noise from the theater below, only during the theater show times. otherwise very close to aft elevators, very nice since most restaraunts were aft either deck 3 or 4. |
