Disney Cruise Line - Stateroom 7044 Report
| Ship: Disney Fantasy | Stateroom: 7044 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5C | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 09/29/12 |
Notes: Room was excellent! Close to elevators but not so close that there was too much traffic. Only issue we had was that the guests in the rooms fwd of us were heavy smokers which made sitting on the veranda when they were smoking unpleasant for us and we couldn't open our veranda doors in the morning if they were out smoking or the smoke would come in the room. Beautiful view from veranda when at port and excellent maid service. Cute animals daily and extra towels, products, etc when requested. |
| Ship: Disney Dream | Stateroom: 7044 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5 | Location: Forward |
| Sail Date: 12/08/11 |
Notes: Non-connecting room. Quite- no noise heard from the forward elevator lobby.
Had dock side view at Nassau and CC. |
| Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 7044 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5A | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 08/16/11 |
Notes: Great room - when we booked we were told that rooms 7044 & 7042 were adjoining, they are not. Veranda is great and good location near mid-ship elevators. |
| Ship: Disney Dream | Stateroom: 7044 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5C | Location: Forward |
| Sail Date: 05/29/11 |
Notes: Non-connecting room.
Expected some noise from elevator lobby but it was very quiet.
Having the elevators close by we found very handy. It was easy to nip back to cabin using the not as congested forward elevators. |
| Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 7044 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5 | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 11/01/08 |
Notes: Very convienient to elevators. We had 2 adults and 2 kids ages 14/7. Bunks were large enough to hold 14yr old with comfort. Storage was great with large amount of luggage to store. Split bath was fantastic and make multiple issues easier. Area with toilet a tad tight for larger people, but doable. Closet had plenty of hangers. Fridge small and not cold enough for us, but a treat nontheless. Balcony was nice size. Views in ports were of the water. Mallory Square view in Key West.
Sometimes you could hear people walking the halls at night, but for most part not that bad. |
| Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 7044 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5 | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 10/04/07 |
Notes: ROOM WAS CONVIENETLY LOCATED NEAR ELEVATOR OR A SHORT WALK TO UPPER DECKS. VERY SPACIOUS FOR TWO ADULTS AND TWO YOUNG CHILDREN (4 & 2) ARE TWO STROLLERS EVEN FIT. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO ARE NEXT CRUISE IN NOVEMBER OF 2008 |
| Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 7044 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5 | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 09/02/06 |
Notes: This room was great. We were worried as it is only 1 door away from the midship elevators, and we feared all hours of kids running up and down the halls. Admittedly, that did happen rarely. But it was EXTREMELY quiet. Our 3.5 year old lasted about 10 minutes at the sail away party and the pirate party - all because of very loud noise. But even being just two decks below that with a verandah, we had to strain to hear the music from our verandah. Could have been the "white noise" from the waves, or just the movement of the ship, but when we shut the door, we heard NOTHING!
What also helps is that this room has a solid wall on one side of the verandah (left side as you're looking out). We never heard anything from that side, and only occasionally saw our neighbors to the right.
Everything worked perfectly, Garry was great.

| Deck: 7 | Category: 5 | Location: Mid |

Notes: Very convenient to mid ship elevators and stair and being on deck 7, it was easy to use the stairs to go to most events, decks 9,5,4,3. Loved having verandah, and Foster was an outstanding stateroom host. |
