Disney Cruise Line - Stateroom 7078 Report
| Ship: Disney Dream | Stateroom: 7078 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5A | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 04/04/13 |
Notes: One adult and two teens, ample space available, very roomy once organized. Mid ship, directly off elevators and stair case. No noise. Very little vibration even though stormy weather. Nassau view of town and of island and Atlantis when coming into port. Castaway Cay view of dock, post office etc... But you can see the characters. Split bath; sink/toilet and sink/tub/shower. Shower has clothes line for wet suites. Two closets with plenty of hangers and storage. Drawer space is sufficient for make up, etc... Storage also available in coffee table. Luggage slides right under bed if left folded open. Verandah view was wonderful, so thankful to Disney for the free upgrade to this room. It seemed to add space to the room. Mini fridge held about 6 waters at a time. never found the ice machine so not sure why there was an ice bucket in the room. Glasses were also provided like a normal hotel. Bath products are by H2O and are wonderful. Great room! |
| Ship: Disney Fantasy | Stateroom: 7078 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5C | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 12/29/12 |
Notes: Excellent location by the stairs/elevator midship. Occasional noise from children running, but never too bad. Docked at St. Thomas had a beautiful island view, San Juan and CC had the gangplank. |
| Ship: Disney Dream | Stateroom: 7078 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5C | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 08/21/11 |
Notes: LOVED!!!! being right by the elevators, no noise except for a few kids running the stairs but LOVED being right there. Had our door decorated and got tons of compliments that people could find THEIR rooms because of our rooms decorated haha!! The vernadah was right above the gangway so we got some pics of hubby getting on the ship at Nassau which was neat, we were Port side so LOVED seeing the ship docked at Nassau and this being our first verandah we were in awe, but highly recommend this room and if we sailed on the Dream again we would request this exact room again! You walk in and have the two split baths and then the main bed and then is the couch to the left and we used the pull down bed right above the couch and then the verandah!! There was 4 of us and it was a little hard getting in and out of the room with all 4 of us but we LOVED the room! Booked onboard for our first ever 7 night on the Fantast!!~~ |
| Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 7078 | Condition: 4 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 6A | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 03/19/11 |
Notes: This was a great room for our family of 4: DH, DW, DD7 and DS5. It was located mid-ship, which helped my tendency to get motion sick. We never had a problem with noise, perhaps b/c we were away from the laundry and stairs/elevators. The laundry room is convenient, though, located in the opposing hallway. The room was always kept clean, even the verandah, which sometimes had ash from our neighbors cigarettes. There was def some wear on the carpet, but nothing of any concern. Bed was very comfortable, and I tend to be picky about that kind of thing. Kids loved to come back from dinner and see the couch had turned into one bed and another had materialized from the ceiling. I would book this room for another cruise with no reservations!! |
| Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 7078 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 8 | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 05/05/10 |
Notes: room was great. would book again. |
| Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 7078 | Condition: 4 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5 | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 05/10/09 |
Notes: We loved our location in stateroom 7078. There was plenty of room for our clothes in the closet and draws provided and we were able to put our suitcases under the bed so they did not take up extra space. The verandah was nice and the split bath was very convenient. The location was great close to deck 9 where the pools were located. I never once took the elevators I always took the stairs it seemed I would always meet my husband at the same time by taking the stairs when he took the elevator. Room Service was always prompt and mousekeeping was awesome. Paulton rocked and always left the coolest towel animals and was super friendly and accomodating. I would not consider the room in excellent condition some minor wear and tear but that was to be expected considering the wonder is not a brand new ship. If we ever cruise on the wonder again we plan to ask for the same stateroom.
