Disney Cruise Line - Stateroom 7102 Report
| Ship: Disney Fantasy | Stateroom: 7102 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 4C | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 05/18/13 |
Notes: We were very happy with this room and would book it again. It is located very close to the elevators, but not so close that it is noisy. The veranda has a slight obstruction in the left corner, but is a NON ISSUE. This location was very quiet, no noise from the sides or above. Loved deck 7! Not to far to hop up the stairs to get soda, not to far to hop down the stairs for dinner. |
| Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 7102 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5B | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 01/01/13 |
Notes: This room has the curve cut out of the hull on the left side of the verandah, but it is hardly noticeable. It also has a single steamer trunk and the cooler style 'fridge'. With the trunk there was plenty of storage left over after we unpacked. We had 3 in our cabin and used the sofa bed, however there was also a pullman in the ceiling. The only small issue was the shower head tended to 'droop' throughout use.
The Location was fantastic. Easy access to the AFT elevator landing, only a couple doors down. No noise from that area at all.
My inlaws stayed in the adjoining room 7100. Both rooms were 99% quiet and we barely heard each other when we had the inner doors closed. There were occasionally some weird noises, mostly creaks and vibrations when the seas were a little more rough. Very quiet otherwise!
We sailed out of Miami, good view of Grand Cayman and Cozumel, or as good as you could expect.
We would book this cabin again if we find another FL deal on 5Bs. It was fun trying a verandah this time, but not necessary for us. |
| Ship: Disney Fantasy | Stateroom: 7102 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 4C | Location: Mid |
| Sail Date: 08/25/12 |
Notes: The stateroom is brand spanking new and looked it. Fit our family of five very well. Plenty of storage with large closet, several drawers and a deep chest that doubles as a cocktail table. Our four large suitcases fit easily under the bed. Nice location mid-ship, close enough to elevators to get there, away enough to not hear any foot traffic. Found it easy to get everywhere from the stateroom. The walls are a bit thin, so the loud ipod playing of our neighbor did disturb us twice. The shower was awesome, much larger than expected with two shower heads and a bench! The verandah was lovely, though should mention there is a very, very small obstruction to the upper left and lower left corners of the verandah...a curve of the outer wall design of the ship blocks about 4 inches of each corner...too small to be really noticed at all. Would happily book this room again. |
| Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 7102 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5 | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 11/18/07 |
Notes: This is a connecting room with 7100. It is convienent to the aft elevators and stairs. No rooms across the hall and very little noise. Were on docking side in Nassau and Castaway Cay. |
| Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 7102 | Condition: 5 |
| Deck: 7 | Category: 5 | Location: Aft |
| Sail Date: 10/19/06 |
Notes: This room is in a great location, just a few doors down from the aft elevators. We heard no excessive noise except excited kids going up and down the hallway. There was a steamer trunk in this room and comfortably slept 4 people. It is an ajoining room but we didn't use the other room nor did we ever hear a peep from guests on the other side. We were on the docking side both at Castaway Cay and Nassau as well. We had WONDERful views of sunrise each day and think that this room was just fantastic!! |
