Disney Cruise Line - Stateroom 7558 Report

Notes: Our room was very convenient to the elevators /stairs but we did not experience any noise from being that close in proximity to them. We were also very close to the deck 7 laundry facility which made laundering clothes or ironing them easy. We enjoyed having the veranda and loved the layout of the room including the split baths. This was our first cruise and the room was larger than what we expected. I also liked the fact that no clubs were located above or below us so we didn't hear thumping music all night long. It was quiet. Yes, we heard our next door neighbors' noisy children sometimes, but that can't be avoided.

Notes: Really liked this location. Technically it is 'Midship' but it is actually more like 'Forward Midship' as the forward elevators were just a few steps closer than the Midship elevators. This was perfect to allow us to choose which elevators to use depending on time of day and how busy the main midship elevators would be. Also, being on Deck 7, taking the stairs up or down was an option too. It is on the starboard side of the ship which means great view of Castaway Cay from the veranda! Overall quiet at all times of day as there isn't anything else around it except other rooms. Plenty of storage for the two of us...we didn't even use the second closet. We'd choose this room again!

Notes: We were only 2 people and found the room spacious, however I think it would be cramped if it were to be occupied by 4.

Notes: Excellent midship location, centrally located to most everything. Some noisy foot traffic in hall in evenings, due to proximity of midship elevator.
