The Flying Fish Cafe is located on the Disney Boardwalk. This popular restaurant features "New American" cuisine with an emphasis on seafood. You will also find poultry, beef and vegetarian selections on the menu. This energetic eatery has a show kitchen where guests can watch the talented staff prepare their meals using the freshest ingredients. The decor is upscale yet lively. Rich shades of blue and red punctuate the bright interior. In keeping with its Boardwalk location, there's a decorative Ferris Wheel and Roller Coaster which provide the backdrop lighting. Extensive wine list. This restaurant is the only one south of Philadelphia that offers the Flying Fish Brewery Company Beer. Requests to dine at the show kitchen counter or by a window can only be made at the podium.
