    Disgirl17 - We got a large pizza and split it between 3 people. The other 2 got soup and salad. All of our food was wonderful. Honestly this is the best value for dollar in terms of food in my opinion. It was cheaper to split that large pizza than eating as a CS restaurant. The pizza was also one of the best pizzas I have ever had.

    missminniemouse - Thanksgiving 2012 was our 2nd experience dining here. We had the house salad and pizza. This time we decided to split our large pizza with half being Piccante and half being Quattro Formaggi. Both selections were delicious. We especially love the wonderful thin crust on the pizza served here. Our kids don't always like the areas on the bottom of the crust that get charred from the cooking process, but my husband and I think it adds a wonderful addition to the flavors of the pizza. The only dessert we ordered was sorbet. The pistachio was excellent. During a trip to this restaurant, take time to walk over the area where they are making and cooking the pizzas. The chefs are great and will probably strike a pose with one of the 3 pizza ovens if you ask them to. Great picture!

    bluejasmine - I had the chicken parm while DH had the pepperoni pizza, we shared each entree but the pizza was better. The chicken parm was very bland as was the spaghetti that comes out baked with egg I think? I askd for some marinara sauce it was very think and really didnt help at all. Pizza was good tho! As was the ugly but good cookie sundae

    Andy48 - My family and I ate at Via Napoli for lunch in late Feburary, and enjoyed one of the better meals of our trip. The dining room is an inviting space, with high ceilings and lots of natural light, featuring the three wood-fired ovens at the front of the kitchen whimsically named after famous Italian volcanos. The room can be a little noisy, but not terrible when compared to other WDW restaurants. I started with a glass of the blood orange acqua fresca, which was refreshing, though I had to resist the urge to guzzle it down- at $5 a glass, try to savor it. The house salad was also good, well dressed. The real highlight was the pizza. My wife ordered the margherita (regular cheese), and I had the carciofi (white pizz with artichokes). Both were spectacular- crispy crust with a little smokiness, fresh ingredients. Via Napoli has earned its reputation for having the best pizza in all of WDW, and compared to our local brick-oven style pizza (Bertucci's), VN is in a whole different league... You may never eat another WDW pizza anywhere else on-property. The kids had the quattro formaggi pizza and the spaghetti- both were big hits. The one drawback: the service. The waitstaff was certainly friendly, but excruciatingly slow. Granted, we were with a large party, but nearly 2 hours for a lunch knocked us off our touring schedule. If time is a concern, you may want to save VN for a day when you can eat at a more leisurely pace. All in all, an excellent dining experience... with speedier service, VN would easily be one of WDW's top in-park restaurants.

    Terk-1 - Dined here for the first time in November and it was wonderful!! Food was great and so was the server. This was a very relaxing and enjoyable meal.

    lauran - Our group all had pizzas, except for the child in our group who had pasta. The pizzas were excellent. We wish we would have ordered a few pizzas to split and a few other kind of dishes to get more diverse sampling of the menu. But no one complained as they chowed down on their individual pizza. The restaurant is beautiful. The zeppole and chocolate sauce was so good, as were the pistachio and chocolate gelatos. We enjoyed our meal, would recommend if you haven't been there.

    disneyfreak4 - This restaurant blew us away. The food was fantastic. We order calamari to share (it was massive and fabulous) Sangria plentiful. Lasagne Verdi excellent. Desserts - sinful. Service excellent. We decided to cancel a reservation at another restaurant and return here for another meal. Seafood pasta brilliant. Wonderful lively atmosphere. Very popular. Having visited Rome recently we couldn't believe how authentic it was.

    smathis89 - My 3 friends and i were only in disney for one day so we decided to try the new italian place, via napoli. had previous reservations for 8:30pm, but we wanted an earlier one for 7pm. I asked the hostess and she was very nice and changed our dinner to 7pm. only wait 5 minutes to be seated, but the place did seem busy. the atmosphere, i felt, was very authentic and italian. there are 2 dining rooms and luckily we got the quieter, smaller room with the windows. our waiter was nice but was not very tentative to us. he got our drink order, food order, and we saw him one more time when he dropped off the check. we had to keep asking other waiters and bussers for more drinks, bread, napkins, etc. so the service was not bad because luckily there were other waiters willing to help, but the individual service of our waiter was not great. food was delicious, i got a brick oven pizza and it tasted just like the pizzas i had when i went to italy. however, it is pricy. $18 for individual pizza!!!

    preludejf - We choose Via Napoli because it was new and we had never dined here and because the kids love pizza. The adults decided (before we even left for the trip) that we would have pasta. The adults ordered veal parmigina and chicken parmigina. We did not receive a side of pasta with the meal even though it was listed on the menu. We told the waiter were were disappointed in the meal and where was the pasta. He said, in broken English, that the pasta had been removed from the dish about a month ago (but still listed on the menu). He did nothing to correct the problem. The chicken and veal were ok, but nothing special. The kids liked the pizza but did not love it. The desserts were very good. I had Zeppole Di Catarina and it was the best part of the meal. I don't think I will return here. There are too many really good places to dine to Epcot.

    tammyroo - This was my husband's and my second visit. We were part of a larger party of 11 this time. We had lunch reservations and arrived just prior to opening and were seated very quickly once they opened. My 21 y o daughter was very pleased with our waiter--he was gorgeous and very sweet to her. She could have eaten cardboard and probably not have noticed. I think the pizza and chicken parmigiana are excellent. The entrees chosen among our party were: the chicken parmigiana, veal parmigiana, pizzas (variety), lasagna and maybe a salad (can't remember). Everyone enjoyed their food and desserts as well. My daughter chose a weird pizza and didn't care for that as well. She was okay though because there was lots of passing of plates and sharing of food. Several entrees were accompanied by some type of baked spaghetti which everyone raved about. One of my favorites is the Acqua Fresca, fruit infused water. Delicious and well worth the 5 bucks. We were on the dining plan so the meal didn't cost us anything other than the Frescas. We enjoy it here but I'm not sure I would go if I were paying full price for food. Sharing, maybe. It would be hard for me to justify paying $!6 for an individual pizza though. We sat at the big long table and we always enjoy ourselves because we are a lively bunch. It always adds to the enjoyment of the food too. It seems to take a long time to get the pizzas though. They are always the last to come out so be prepared if you order one.

    chum - With the flour and tomatoes being imported and the water trucked in because it is the closest match to Naples water you'll find in the USA are just a few reasons that this is the best pizza in Walt Disney World. I love Lombardi's pie in NYC and this ties that famous pizza for flavor and texture. The Strawberry fresca is also dynamite! Make an ADR and save some wait time. Once seated please remember that pizza takes about 15 -20min to prepare and bake. Well worth the wait. They will take good care if you are gluten free.

    stevea20 - Food was good and delived very quickly. I had the veal parm which came with a pasta side that looks a little like spaghetti pie that's been baked but it was good. My wife had the lasangna which has various cheeses and spinich which she is not fond of but though it was "fabulous".

    dhocac0915 - We visited Via Napoli in september 2010 and I have to say that this was one of the biggest and most frustrating wastes of money at Disney World. My wife and I ordered a pizza for a late lunch. The wait was short,and the crowd was small since we were there in off season. I went the whole meal with no refill on my drink and once our order was taken, we never saw the waitress again until time for the bill. On top of that, we were finished for at least 15 minutes before seeing the waitress. Upon complaint the to the waitress about her service she got the manager, who apologized and offered to get me a refill on my drink! Total time there was 1 hr 20 minutes at the table. No refills, no comp on the meal. We will never visit there again!

    runcrazy - Pizza had little taste, artichokes were like pieces of wood shavings (couldn't chew them). Pizza crust was thin and very hard - couldn't use a knife to cut through it. Veal plate came with 2 little pieces of fried pasta. Both meals came with no salad or bread. Very pricey for what you get, with no extras. However, the desserts were good and tasty. Would not eat there again, unless main meal choices were beefed up a little.

    GrumpyFan - Because it was new, we decided to give it a try, however, we probably will not return. Our server was friendly and paid pretty good attention to us. However, the pizza, which is what we came for, was less than good. It wasn't bad, but parts of the crust were burnt on the bottom and the toppings were quite sparse as was the sauce. We ordered the Extra Large (1/2) meter and there were several places on the crust where they didn't spread the sauce far enough nor put any toppings on, so it was just crust. We left feeling like we had just been cheated out of close to $70 and my wife and both agreed it wasn't worth it and we'll probably not return any time soon.

    disneydorks - We ate here last week on the Deluxe DDP, we had a lunch ADR. The food was authentic and very good. We got here at the time of our ADR and had to wait about 20 mins for a table. Once we were seated we had a very good waiter. We had a pitcher of Sangria which was very good, this was also the only place on property I have seen a pitcher of beer, For starters we had the Calamari and the Fried Risotto Balls, both of which were very good. For our meal the wife had the Margarita Pizza which was EXCELLENT. If you are looking for a traditional pizza with an authentic taste (not pre-made dough smothered in sauced and piled with cheese) then this is the place. The pizza crust they use imported flour and tomatoes. They also use water from some stream in PA which matches some stream in Italy. The pizza was very good. I had the veal parmigiana which was AMAZING, a very large portion which was very good. The served it with a pasta cake which was very good with a little sauce. For dessert I had the Zeppole which was good.


Via Napoli, an authentic Italian pizzeria and restaurant, is designed to be reminiscent of the architecture in Florence, Italy. It features an open kitchen and prep area, where guests can watch their pizzas be made and cooked in one of the massive stone pizza ovens.
