d_wooden - We took the family here on the night of 12/15. I didn't have a clue that this was considered a sit down restaurant but found out quickly that it wasn't a 'grab and go'. We were seated within 30 minutes of arriving and ordered individual dishes of Banana Splits, Chocolate Brownie Sundae and a Rootbeer Float. The Banana Split and my sundae were about $9 a piece but they both were so big that we didn't stand a chance of finishing it off. The table next to us got the "Kitchen Sink", wow did that look like fun! It seems like everywhere you go at Disney someone had their hand out looking for a tip...this place is no different.

bellebookworm9 - We ate here on our first day, and sat outside the restaurant for about half an hour until it opened at 11am. Consequently, we were the "restaurant openers". Our server was Dolores, and she was very good. Mom and I shared the single burger with fries and the No Way Jose. The burger was awesome and the fries were fantastic, perfectly seasoned. The sundae was huge! I'd seen pictures, but had no idea how truly gigantic it was! The restaurant is small, but we didn't find it overly crowded or loud even when all the tables were full. The decor is cute. Will be returning in the future-plan to order a Kitchen Sink for my 21st birthday in April!

alayna86 - This is a great place to grab a bite to eat or enjoy the kitchen sink! It's located right around the Beach Clubs pool area which makes it great to hop over and grab some ice cream. The atmosphere is so cute too!

happydayva - I hate to see so many negative reviews for this place! It was one of our most favorite places to eat during our stay at the Beach Club!! We ate and had ice cream here at least 3 times and NEVER waited for a table. I will admit that there were times when it seemed busy, but just go at off times! The burgers are great and the No Way Jose sundae is to die for! We also thought the waitresses were the BEST!! They were super sweet and Maria was just the best!! We are going to Disney in 8 days and this place is DEFINATELY on our to do list!!!!1

SuperDisneyDad - This is the best burger on WDW property in my opinion. It is a classic, old fashioned burger/ice cream parlour that are very few and far-between these days. If you have 6 or more people, and are celebrating something, the "kitchen sink" is a must-do. It is very small, and seating is very limited. We try and go at off-times, otherwise, you'll have a lengthy wait to get in, and reservations are not accepted.

JandK1WDW - We've only been hear once. We will go back. A little surprised at first about the wait, we waited 30 mins for 3 counter seats. I thought it was well worth the wait. We ate at 2pm and I had the double cheese burger. We were on the DDP, so an appatizer and a milk shake for desert. Way to much food and I could barely eat my meal that night a 8pm at Narrcossies. Everything was great can't wait to go back.

bsusanmb - We don't miss this one. Cute little restaurant, great burgers and fries. Old fashioned soda shop. We love the sundaes...my favorite is a Milky Way...they are HUGE and so good. You need to walk it off, though. When we are hungry for a burger, this is where we go. We have also had the kitchen sink once...little piggies that we are...you have to do it once! The wait staff usually knows us because we go there so often...and love a vanilla diet coke...hey you have to cut calories where you can.

msc_idiot - The food was pretty good - better than most fast-food/diner type fare, but the people made it fantastic. The woman that waited on us was so sweet, especially to my little brother and made him feel REALLY special when he ordered (and tried to finish) the kitchen sink. I know they always make a show of it, but she went far beyond what was expected. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name.

DeVineMom - This is a cute diner. Burgers, cherry coke, shakes and ice cream. The No Way Jose is yummy - and BIG - share with a couple of friends. Real juke box playing 50s songs. Good prices. Very casual - some people came in from the pool in their bathing suit coverups.

disneykid4ever - We love it here and have to go at least once every trip (many times it is 2 or 3 times in a trip). The burgers are very good and we LOOOVE the No Way Jose sundae! Its easy to share a burger here as the cook will set you up with 2 plates from the get go. Maby times we share a cheeseburger and onion rings and then each get our own sundaes!! YUM-On Tip: If you arrive at a busy time and are told there will be a wait: If you are a small group (2 or 3) it is much easier and quicker to get seated if you tell the greeter that you would like to sit at the counter instead of a table.

Circusgirl - Three of the sweetest words in all of restaurantdom: No Way Jose I like the burgers and sandwiches fine. The portions are generous and if I'm going to go for a burger, I'm happy to eat it here. The servers are terrific. The atmosphere provides excellent vacation fun.

Daycounter - Wow, this is one of the most consistently crowded restaurants I've ever experienced. The food is good (burgers, fries, etc.), but not worth the dealing with the crowds (of the ridiculous prices). Check it out once, but I don't recommend planning your vacation around it. Don't waste a Disney Dining Table Credit on this restaurant.

Mickey_Man - I think B&C is overrated. I do like the burger and the No Way Jose, but the service is not very good, the place is extremely small which leads to crowding outside the door, and the food isn't great. It is kind of a fun place to grab an ice cream or a burger, but not really a must do.

dvcfamily41801 - We eat at Beaches and Cream at least once during every trip in addition to stopping for ice cream. The burgers are so juicy and the rolls so fresh. My son loves the grilled cheese. We were introduced to the Florida Sunshine (orange sherbet, vanilla ice cream and seltzer with whipped cream) a couple weeks ago and have been craving it ever since!!! It was incredible!! There can be long waits if you go any time after say 5 as it is crowded for dinner and for ice cream. We don't mind waiting as there is a big game room right next door and there are several tables outside so you get a great view of Stormalong Bay.

shmedly123 - The 'No Way Jose' is the best ice cream sundae on property. The shakes were very good too. We ate here in Mar 08 a couple of times while staying at the Beach Club. I would definitely recommend the ice cream here but as others have stated it is very small inside so the wait can be long.

BeamsofLight - The good - This is a cute place with good ice cream and interesting sundaes. They also make a really good Lime Rickey (soda). Sitting at the counter was an entertaining 'old time-y' experience. The not so good - It's smaaaaall. I've never been here without at least a 45 minute wait to get in and once inside there isn't much seating to go around. One of the main attractions is the 'Kitchen Sink' giant sundae which is fun to share with a group. A problem with that is there isn't a lot of seating for a bigger group. Last time we went with 6 (average-sized) adults and it very 'cozy' for all of us in one of the booths. The small round tables really only seat 4, and they don't seem to have extra chairs, so if the place is full they might not be able to borrow chairs from another table. I found the other food (the standard burgers and fries) pretty unremarkable. If you're determined to share a big sundae - and the experience of it is fun - or you find it mostly empty, then this is a fun place to go. I wouldn't consider it a great meal destination otherwise.

OKW Lover - Firs the bad - if you go there during lunch/dinner times you will have to wait. Sometimes a really long wait. We love the burgers there and usually get them with onion rings. Cooked to order, these are not the typical fast food burgers. Overall the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from the name and location. You'll feel like you're in an old-time ice cream parlor.

Mouse Skywalker - I have to say I thought Beaches and Cream was a little over-rated for how much I heard people rave about it. I'm a huge burger fan, and these were OK. I actually thought they were a little on the greasy side. We had a really long wait, but we expected that. We sat at the counter, and it was fun to watch them make all the ice cream sundaes. The ice cream is fantastic here. We saw about 3 "Kitchen Sinks" go by while we were seated there. I can't believe they put a whole can of whipped cream on that thing.

smphbear - We went in the late afternoon for an early dinner. We were seated right away. I had a burger and fries. The burger and fries were good. DH had the philly steak sandwich. He really enjoyed it. I had a sundae for dessert. It was great. We went back a few days later to get a caramel sundae to go... no luck only hot fudge is to go. We enjoyed our dinner here, and I have no problem recommending it.

Tonya2426 - This one of my favorite places to eat. The burgers are great - not a gourmet burger but an old school diner/fountain burger. They have good chicken sandwiches also. And the No Way Jose sundae is to die for. There is almost always a wait for a table so get there early or bring your patience. The takeout ice cream is limited but a good way to get an ice cream fix without waiting for a table.

Beaches and Cream is a fun 50's style soda fountain that offers old-fashioned favorites. Red vinyl booths, line one wall, with iron parlor chairs and tables in the center. You can also sit at the counter. (Seating is somewhat limited.)

With the Jukebox playing, the grill sizzling and the milkshake machines whirling, this lively spot is a great place to enjoy a burger and their signature ice cream specialties.

There's a takeout counter if you'd like to enjoy your meal/snack outdoors.
