Dixiemom - Lighthouse sandwich is now a must have for me, it was fantastic! Can't wait to enjoy it again in June! We got there right at opening so there was no wait. Staff was friendly and efficient.

RedheadedAnastasia - This is our favorite place to eat in Magic Kingdom. It's Quick service, and has unique food options (Our favorites were the shrimp basket and the clam chowder). It's right across from the Haunted Mansion, our favorite ride, and if you eat on the patio, you can watch the parade in the evening.

Disgirl17 - Food was good, soup and salads seemed to be the best option. I think the worst part was hunting for a table, portions of the seating area were closed and so many didn't have a seat so it seemed strange they wouldn't open that area up.

PatchPixie - My girls and I had lunch here last fall and I enjoyed a hearty serving of vegetarian chili. Vegetarian counter service is pretty limited in the MK, but this was very good! The kids were happy with their mac & cheese. Lots of seating available and not loud or congested. It was a bit dark, but we rather enjoyed the break from stimulation. Next time I'll try the hummus sandwich ;)

conefrog - I had the salmon with the couscous and broccoli and my kids had the tuna sandwich meal. Very, very good! The salmon was cooked fine, a bit over done but understandable. The broccoli was steamed just right, not to soggy and not to crispy. Sit upstairs if you can where it is quiet.

wdwpazzo - I ordered the shrimp basket and received 9 HUGE fried shrimp. They were very tasty and prepared perfectly. The basket came with cole slaw- also very good, albeit a small serving. I had the choice of steamed broccoli or fruit, as well, and opted for the broccoli. The helping of broccoli was massive, and it was not too limp, nor crisp. I felt that the quantity and quality of the food was excellent for a quick service restaurant.

meeko987 - 6 Disney visits and we've eaten here 6 times. It may be our favorite quick service restaurant in Magic Kingdom. We always get the hummus sandwich, and it was even better this year. If you eat slightly off normal hours (lunch at 10:45 to 11:15, dinner at 4:30) there are plenty of tables. There have always been plenty of cast members around. Nice visual theme-ing. Beyond the terrific hummus sandwich (which is a vegetarian must!)other food has been fine, if unmemorable.

smjackson1979 - This was our most disappointing meal. We had looked forward to eating here until we got our overly priced theme park meals. We got the fish and shrimp dinner which consisted of 2 small fish sticks and 5 shrimp for $9 plus $2.49 for a drink. DH and DSS had to eat w/i 3hr bc hunger had struck already. If you're small eaters you may be ok; if you have any big eaters in your party STAY AWAY!

bellebookworm9 - Dined here in May 2010. According to our receipt we ate at 4:08pm. We shared the Anchors Away (Tuna fish) Sandwich. The receipt says it comes with chips, but we didn't get any. The sandwich was HUGE! It was very finely chopped tuna with celery bits in it, with lettuce & tomato. It came on toasted multi grain bread. We thought it was very yummy. We followed various bits of advice and went upstairs to eat. Nearly empty and we found a table on the "bridge" over Fantasyland, so had a very nice view. I would eat there again.

Magical Kingdoms - We always eat at Columbia Harbour House when we visit MK. Their fish is the best, and is defintely filling if you need a good lunch. We always sit upstairs here, because we find the seating to be nice and the view of Liberty Square to be amazing. Last time we were here, we waited a little longer than usual for our food, and ended up getting some free mini cakes for DBrother and I, and the best part was, we were at MK the day after my birthday, celebrating my B-Day at Disney for the weekend!

DaisyFoote - My family shared the fish sticks and chicken nuggets. Food was pretty good, not the best ever but pretty good. My dh and I both commented how we both preferred the food over CRT which we had earlier that day (we have much simplier taste). Loved the nice air conditioned place to come and sit down and relax in.

Andy48 - Our family ate dinner at Columbia Harbour House one evening in February 2011. Aside from the fact that they have some fish items on the menu, there's nothing else about the food that distinguishes it from the other quick service spots in Magic Kingdom, for better or worse. The kids and my wife all had chicken nuggets for dinner, and I got the Anchors Aweigh tuna sandwich; all pretty solid. Sides were fine, but it's hard to mess up fries and prepackaged grapes and applesauce. Apple cobbler was OK, the chocolate-cake-in-a-cup wasn't worth the effort... and you can get it just about anywhere. The restaurant decor was nice, service was prompt. The location, at the edge of Fantasyland and Liberty Square, is also very convenient for touring - if you're in either land and looking for a decent quick service meal, you could do worse. Bottom Line: It's hard to get enthusiastic about any of the Magic Kingdom quick service restaurants, but for what it is, Columbia Harbour House is a solid counter service option at the park.

fastpass99 - We ate here for lunch in March 2010, on the Dining Plan. Food was OK, I had a delicious tuna sandwich, son enjoyed his shrimp. This type of meal was a refreshing change from the usual burger chicken fare, although this is NOT the Coral Reef. We sat on 2nd floor, with a nice view overlooking Tom Sawyer island and the passing riverboat. Place was relatively quiet, somewhat crowded, what else is new? I recommend this place although my wife says we try something else next time, to which I reply that in the Haunted Mansion area it's a great place indeed.

disneydorks - We ate here last week on the Keys to the Kingdom Tour. Very good tour, and is a must for any true Magic Kingdom Fans, but I digress. The food was very good we both had the Chicken Nuggets and Fish, they were both surprisingly good. It is my second favorite counter service in the Magic Kingdom, behind Pecos Bill.

MissBritt - I ate lunch here on 01/30/2010 with my two teenage siblings. We were on the QSDP, and between us we had 2 fish meals, 1 fish and chicken meal, 2 cocolate cakes, and a carrot cake. The restaurant was very clean and spacious, and the people working at the counter sang happy birthday to my brother and sister, who were both wearing their birthday buttons. The food was good, but nothing to write home about. It was hot, but the fish had a very strong scent, and the chicken was a bit dry. The fries, sodas, and desserts were the standard Disney fare. We liked the relaxing atmosphere, but are not anticipating a return.

sbprincess - My husband and I went on the Keys to the Kingdom Tour on May 10, 2010 and this is the lunch location for the tour (the only bad part about the tour, actually). I'm not really a fan of tuna sandwiches so I chose the chicken nugget and fish combo so I could have a little variety, with french fries as my entree. No dessert was included with the tour. I thought the nuggets were pretty bad - mostly batter and dry. The fish was better but not great. Had a decent taste though. The fries were typical french fries. I would never eat here again with other good choices nearby (Pecos Bill's for example). Why are most of the "American" food choices around all of the parks so bad?

TeaJay - Service was relatively quick for the amount of people. A young girl who was cleaning around our table was so sweet and kindly answered some of our questions regarding the college program. I had the hummus sandwich, it was so yummy! For "dessert" I had the strawberry yogurt which is a light strawberry yoplait. I was very satisfied with my meal. My mom had the salad and apple crisp. The salad was nothing spectacular but she really enjoyed her dessert. Definitely recommend...just beware the noise level of the first floor.

dis102 - I love the Hummus sandwich, the bread always is hearty and is a change from burgers & chicken nuggets via table service. There's even vinegar packets in the condiment bar if I recall correctly. The day I was there the manager I think his name was John- a silver haired man in his late 50's early 60's? anyway.......VERY nice. My son left his mickey ears in a doom buggy next door in the Haunted Mansion and he said he would call right over there to have them look. He said if they were not found that Disney would replace them gratis. Very sweet. They were found in a doom buggy and waiting for us right after lunch! Eat upstairs!

tammyroo - DH and I ate here for the first time Sept/Oct 2009. We were looking for something different than burgers and fries and were pleasantly surprised. We ate here earlier than the noon lunch crowd so we walked right up to order. I ordered the tuna sandwich and DH ordered the fish. I loved the sandwich. It tasted fresh and there was plenty. I couldn't finish it all. DH detests tuna so he ordered the fish. He thought it was good but just not enough of it. Only two pieces of fish came with it. Our counter server was from Japan and was very friendly. He gave us two choc. chip cookies for our anniversary even though we received dessert with our DP, which I thought was very sweet. We had our pick of seating and sat upstairs by a window overlooking the crowd walking to and from Fantasyland. We will definitely eat here again.

cc911va - It is amazing to think that in 15 visits to WDW that we had never eaten here before. Six of us were eating on the dining plan. We ordered the Chicken nuggets, Shrimp platter, and BLT salad. The salad is great!!!! They had just changed the menu and added the shrimp platter which was good for fast food fried shrimp. We also discovered the best fresh brewed Sweet Tea in WDW. The Apple crisp is great for a fast food place in WDW. The atmosphere is wonderful and the restaurant has plenty of seating and a nice, clean restroom on the second floor. If you have never eaten here, you must!!

Addicted to Dopey - I LOVE this place!! When your lunch options for quick service are usually limited to chicken fingers, hot dogs or hamburgers, its nice to know you can get a GREAT tunafish sandwich on whole grain toasted bread here. Its light on the mayo, so its much heathier than eating something fried, and its so tasty! They also have fresh brewed sweet tea (not the fake iced tea) that isnt easy to find on property all the time. Try sitting upstairs to get away from the crowds!

Britcot - A lot of the time at Disney I treat meals as an opportunity to refuel. If that's all you're looking for then this is the perfect place for you. The service is everything you would expect from a counter location. Unfortunatly, every occasion I have visited this location the sandwhiches have been made with stale bread. However, the chicken nuggets and the salads are worth eating. If there is one stand out reason to eat here it is undoubtedly the opportunity to sit at a window and watch the world go by. One of the few real opportunities to do so in this environment.

Madi100 - I had eaten here on a girl's only trip and we all enjoyed it. So, I drug my husband here the last time we were in Florida. He really enjoyed it. The food is different than regular burgers and fries that can get old. The restaurant is very large and spread out. We like to go upstairs and eat. Highly recommend.

frankandjen1029 - One of the better WDW counter service restaurants. Love the outside and inside decor. It's even better when the upstairs is open. With that said, however it had been a tradition for many years for my Aunt to go there when she visited here to have their chicken strips, but last year it was changed to chicken nuggets and both her & I were dissapointed with them (not to mention the portions have shrunk also). I believe that there's no more chicken strips anywhere at Disney now, just nuggets.

dizneedoll - I had the fish and chicken combo basket and thought the chicken strips were too crunchy to the point that my mouth hurt and the fish was very dry and bland. The french fries were your average run of the mill fries. It was a very quiet day when we ate and there were not many people in line, but the line moved so slow. This seems to be common at WDW CS spots though. The setting and theming were well done. I would give this place another go and try something else from the menu.

uncleleo - I like Columbia Harbor House because it's never crowded. Somewhat hidden in the passageway from Fantasyland to Liberty Square and vastly overshadowed by the nearby Pinocchio Haus, CHH is ignored by most and rejected by some who are disappointed to learn that it is not a seafood restuarant as the name might lead one to believe. I have repeatedly been pleasantly surprised to find short lines and empty tables for 8 at CHH during the lunch rush. CHH's food won't win any awards but the eclectic menu is a welcome departure from burgers and pizza. I don't think you'll find a hummus sandwich or vegetarian chili at many counter service joints. If such fare is too weird for the kids, there are the standard chicken nuggets as well as fish and chips.

lady danger - Good counter service restaurant. There was a good mix of traditional CS food and healthier fare. Prices weren't too bad for WDW and the portion sizes were decent. Best thing about this restaurant though, is their seating. A lot of counter service restaurants are terribly crowded, and it's hard to find a seat but we didn't find that to be the case here. We ate a little before noon, and while the downstairs dining areas were pretty crowded, the upstairs was nearly empty. We were able to grab a table by a window overlooking the pathway between Fantasyland and Liberty Square. Between that and the AC, it made for a really relaxing respite from the crowds and the August heat.

PK Disney Dork - This is always the first place my family eats when we arrive at the world. We love heading upstairs and finding that secluded eating area where it's just a little quieter and we canhave a great view over looking the walkways between Fantasyland and Liberty Square.

It may seem crowded but there is an upstairs seating area that is a nice place to sit by a window and watch the crowds below you while you eat. (And there is a small bathroom upstairs to freshen up in before you hit the Haunted Mansion.)

supersuperwendy - We always make it a point to eat at Columbia Harbor House. Although the information given by Webmaster Pete says it's a seafood location we have never ordered seafood there! They have several options. My favorite is the BLT Salad! It's in nice location right between Fantasyland and Liberty Square. We love it!
