conefrog - My husband ate here while I took the kids to Cosmic Rays. Should of had food here according to my husband since Ray's was just so so. He said the pulled pork sandwich and fries were very good and he is picky about his food.

maroney495 - We try to eat here on each of our trips. We really enjoy the fixing bars for burgers. I enjoy the mushrooms and grilled onions especially. On this trip we had on our anniversary buttons and were given a dessert of our choice added to our meal for free to celebrate.

wgeo - We were hoping for better. The food was ok, we were excited about getting the taco salads and then filling them up at the condiment bar. On the night we were there it was horrible trying to find a place to sit down and this was in October, not a busy time of year. The chairs are stools (no backs) and the tables are very crowded together, so it was not a relaxed experience at all. Our taco salads were ok, the bowls/shells were quite greasy but fine for theme park food. It was nice to fill them at the condiment bar, but the condiment bar was not convenient to get back to for anything once you sat down. My son thought his hamburger was excellent, but my daughters chicken nuggets were not good at all, which is unusual as they are pretty much standard at every counter service restaurant. Overall we would probably eat there again, but wouldn't go out of our way.

My DS and DH love the deluxe bugers Bring back the peanut butter mousse brownie!!! Not much desserts to choose from but atleast they added chocolat cake, for awhile there was only strawberry yogurt( I eat yogurt every morning for breakfast I dont want it for dessert) and carrot cake which alot of kids dont like..

Friendly staff, great food, taco salad (awesome) and the toppings bar is like Cosmic Rays...sauted onions & mushrooms, cheese sauce, and all the fixings. There are lots of seating available both inside and out as well.

lauran - The food for this place is themed right. It is a burger place and the burgers are great. The condiment bar gave you plenty of choices to personalize your burger. Everything was fresh and the portions were huge. It was easy on a Halloween Party night to find seating for our group of eight. We were celebrating an anniversary and they sang to the happy couple. It is a fun QS restaurant.

ckd7899 - ick. We chose to come to this QS restaurant, thinking it would be a good choice. The burgers were - well - gross. I used the fixins bar, and wound up only eating sliced pickles and sauteed mushrooms. The chocolate dessert was NOT good. :(

disneydorks - The food here is the best counter service in the Magic Kingdom and is usually the only one I go to. The food is really good I love the Bacon Cheese Burger, the best part is they have a condiment bar with mushrooms and onions and stuff like that to make it really good. Also get a little bowl of chili and throw it on the burger and fries, because they have cheese sauce on the condiment bar to throw on top of the fries for a nice chili cheese fries.

They even have a self-checkout type register that makes the line go faster (very convenient if you're on the dining plan).

Princess Figment - Pecos Bill is one of the best quick service restaurants that I've eaten in at Disney. There's an automated system for ordering- it's a touchscreen and you can completely customize what you want. Pretty great when you're tired and cranky and just want to eat and not wait on yet another line. The servers here were some of the nicest I met at Disney. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and a cast member with a horse puppet lead the entire restaurant in singing Happy Birthday. He even gave my husband a bag of birthday cookies. So nice! I had the Angus Specialty Burger- it's a notch above what you'll find in the other quick service restaurants. Yes, here "specialty" means cheese and onion rings on the burger, but it was still tasty. I loved the condiment bar. Grilled mushrooms and onions? Brilliant. My one criticism would be that the chairs have no backs. Throw me a bone Disney, and let me be comfortable while I'm eating. But otherwise, Pecos Bill was a good meal and a great time.

r1lissa - We ended up eating here twice during our 9 day trip. Taco salad was really good- they give you meat in the taco salad shell, and then you put on the toppings that you want. Same with the burgers. They did not have cheese sauce on the bar when we there (early July). They did have the sauteed mushrooms and onions with someone freshly cooking them. Chicken wrap was also good. As previous poster said, the chocolate pudding was gross. Our daughter likes the strawberry Yoplait yogurt though, so we got those the next time and took them back to the hotel. There is indoor and outdoor seating. We were able to eat outside and watch the SpectroMagic parade one evening. There are also convenient self serve ordering kiosks here. If you know how to use your Dining Plan, these are a snap to use. Just input your order, get the receipt, and take it to the counter to get your food.

xJersey_Guy - Although the food itself is pretty standard Disney theme park fare, the Fixin's bar with hot items including grilled onions and sauteed mushrooms sets it apart from the rest. Although it can be crowded, we had no problems finding seating for our party of nine in a rainstorm on a recent trip. The crowd level also leads to a high noise level and a less than spotless appearance. That all said, I consider Pecos Bill's my favorite counter service restaurant in the Magic Kingdom.

missminniemouse - I love the fixings bar here. You can find most anything you like to put on a burger and then some. I also like to use the hot cheese sauce to dip my fries in. This is a popular spot and can get very crowded. We usually try to eat early to avoid some of the crowds.

burberryplaid - We were very disappointed in Pecos Bill's. The food wasn't anything we'd go out of our way for. We had grand thoughts of a big fixins bar with many different toppings, but found merely lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and cheese sauce. You get more choices at Burger King. While this isn't horrible by any means, we won't go back as there are better choices in the MK.

jog58 - We dined here a little over a week ago. Hubby had the chicken salad, which is kind of hard to mess up as it's just strips of grilled chicken and lettuce, and the carrot cake for dessert. He enjoyed them both. I got a taco salad that I could garnish myself at the fixings bar and I thought it was delicious. The dessert options were carrot cake, pudding and yogurt [not a dessert in my book] I believe. Pudding was the only option I like so I went with it. I received a single serving of Kozy Shack chocolate pudding. It was the worst pudding ever, absolutely disgusting. We would eat here again but I may have to skip dessert.

SpaceMonkey - This is a decent counter service location. It has a pretty good fixings bar for you burger, but I really miss the cheese sauce on the bar, it was great to have with the fries. I avoid Pecos Bills during the regular lunch and dinner rush hours as it really gets crowded.

SamIAm21 - I won't go out of my way to eat at Pecos Bills. I love the location and the theming, but the food choices are blah. The burgers are just burgers and the fixins bar is fine, but it looks a bit "out of sorts" sometimes with sauces dripped all over and other food strewn about. I'm not a germaphobe by any means, but the bar often appears to be a bit unsanitary?? That's just me, I'm picky like that. There are better places in the MK to eat!

I<3EvilQueen - When on vacation I try to stay away from always having a burger and fries, and this resturant was pretty much that usual place. Nothing too exciting. I hear people rave about the fixin' bar, but it is nothing special. I did like that the indoor seating was cool and dark, so it providing a nice rest from the heat and the sun outside.

Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe. This counter service restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. The Western theme fits right in with its Frontierland location.
