    nottoway - Stayed at Boardwalk so ESPN is very convenient. Chatted with Ron Jaworski ( Former Eagles QB and NFL analyst)which was a plus. Food is better than average - burgers and sandwiches mainly - nothing spectacular but solid fare and relatively inexpensive for Disney. No reservations - so you have to get there early or queue up...

    ncc1701 - Ate here twice during the week of 11/14/10. Sat in the bar area both time.Once at the bar the other at a high top table.Waitress much more attentive then bartenders(it was busy but not mobbed so that wasn't a valid excuse for the bartenders) Salmon and Pork sandwiches were good.Be aware the pulled pork is dry & you add the sauce(get a choice of 2). Like that you can get either fries or a cucmber-onion sald with the sandwiches. No more pricey then other WDW restaurants

    Carl Fredricksen - The ESPN Club is located at the Boardwalk resort in their shopping area behind the actual hotel. We did not have a reservation, but just stopped by after a day at the Animal Kingdom. We were seated right away with no wait. Our waiter was friendly and courteous and joked with us quite a bit during the service. The nachos were good and enjoyed by all, but no better or worse than any other standard sit down restaurant we have been to. However, the big disappointment was that everyone ordered sandwiches, and they were standard Applebee''s/TGIF fare at about twice the price. The Angus Burger I had was marginally edible at best. We will not be visiting again. As a side note, the waiter told us that all of the other ESPN Clubs throughout the country are going to close, and this one at Disney will be the only one left open as they seem to be centralizing ESPN on the Disney property. If this is the case, they sure need to work on the menu and quality of the food if this will be what represents for a restaurant with the ESPN name.

    ncc1701 - We always stop in to catch a game and have a meal. Food is good and pricing inline with what you would expect in a tourist destination. If you have gone to ESPN Zones in other towns this menu is NOT the same. The burger choices were one with bacon & cheddar or one with shaved ham & cheese.The griiled chicken sandwich came with a pepper spread. I would have prefered a plain sandwhich/burger that you can add on to

    Mgoblue44 - I've been here on all 3 recent trips and love it. I'm a huge sports fan so that surely helps, but the food is really good. Standard bar food but thats not a bad thing, it's all prepared very well, tasty and big portions. Pricing is not that much more than your local sports bar. Try to go on a big sports day, it's a lot of fun. I was here 1/1/2007 during all the Bowl games - had a BLAST !!

    PIRATEGIRL007 - We headed to the Zone to catch a football game during one trip. We used our DDP credits for dinner and split an entree. The beer makes the food better, note: you must consume MASS quantities of alchol for the food to be classified as good. The prices weren't bad but i wouldn't even say the food was average bar food. The service was horrible, we waited almost 2 hours for a table and there were many sitting around just waiting to be cleared. I even pointed this out to management twice but that didn't have any effect on them. I think this is the worst service we have ever had. Walking up to the bar for your own drink and fighting the crowd is much faster than waiting on your server. Sporst bars a a dime a dozen in most places but since this is your only choice at WDW you are stuck. I suggest grabbing a 6pack at the Hess, and dialing up to the game on the internet on your laptop and watching, you will save money and tons of frustration over poor service.

    DeVineMom - This is a great place to go for a sporting event. Typical sports bar atmosphere - TVs everywhere. We went at 1pm on a Wednesday and the place was nearly empty. I'm sure that's not the case most of the time. Since we went when there was not a game going on, we found the atmosphere to be a little boring. The food was pretty good - burgers, BBQ sandwiches, Nachos, salads. The prices were great for Disney. They don't take reservations, so this is a good place to go last minute.

    Mickey_Man - Burger, Beer, Ball - how can this be bad? Order and expect good bar food and you won't be disappointed. Service is usually pretty good too, and it is a fun place to take in a game or just enjoy all the memorabilia on the walls. The bar area is great as well.

    skunkvette - Nice for a good lunch on a hot day, the A/C in here is always cranked way down. Don't try getting in on the big game day. Beer is cold, food is standard bar style but good. Sit a the bar and grab some snacks and a cocktail for a park break in the afternoon.

    msteddom - I usually find my way here once a trip for a solid meal and good TV watching. I know I can count on seeing my West Coast teams here when they won't be on regular broadcast TV.

    OKW Lover - Good place to go for a beer and standard pub-food. Can't be beat for the sports fan. Service is good and prices are in line with what you expect at WDW. On the negative side, the various TV's around the room are all turned up too loud. Do not plan on having any conversation with your table-mates because you have to shout to be heard.

    Kaa - The ESPN Club is a must-do for our family during every trip. We are all sports fans and the food is very good and reasonably priced. The only problem is that table turnover is slower than regular restaurants because patrons are watching games in addition to eating and might not leave until the sporting event they are watching is finished. There are times when the wait can be long. I can't complain too much about that because my family is guilty of doing the same thing!


This sports enthusiast's haven is divided into three sections, SportsCentral, The Sidelines Bar and The Yard merchandise shop/arcade. In the Sidelines Bar area there's a 90 square foot video projection screen. In the main dining room, SportsCentral, there's a 108 square foot video wall. There are 100 video monitors located throughout that can receive up to 30 different programs. The focus is sports with satellite feeds featuring games from around the globe. The casual decor features sports memorabilia. On occasion, they may host a visit by a Sports celebrity. The ESPN Club does not accept Priority Seating reservations. During major sports events, it's advised to arrive at least an hour prior as it does fill up. Full service bar featuring specialty drinks, draft and bottled beer.
