brjama - Used in Jan 2012. I chose ESPN zone restaurant because it looked like a fun place to have a meal and spend with my teenage boys. First the positive: Our server was great, very friendly and helpful.We were seated right away dispite being busy. (I did have reservations for 8:30pm) The restaurant would be a fun place to watch a game and have a cold beer. Now the cons: Fist the food, it was nothing special. I was expecting something around on par with Famous Daveâ€™s or even Friday's. Our orders ranged from pasta to ribs. No one had anything good to say about their meal. Even my 18 year old son did not eat all of his steak which I didn't think possible. The second disappointment was the games. Aside from being very expensive to play they were in poor working order. Several games did not work at all and the ones that we wanted to play together such as the football and basketball games we had to play person at a time.

Sherry E - ESPN Zone is not a restaurant you go to when you want to have a quiet little meal with intimate conversation. It is very crowded, and without any kind of Priority Seating arrangement made, you can be waiting a very, very long time for a table. The restaurant is, at times, filled with raucous sports fans watching any number of games on the wide array of screens around the room. I was expecting the worst when I went there - fully prepared to dodge flying pitchers of beer from nearby tables. That never happened. Yes, it was busy (we waited a good 45 minutes for a table) and there were games on the TVs, but it was manageable. Most importantly, the food was great, the prices are fairly matched to portion sizes and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Amy, was pleasant, stellar and very helpful. I ordered (from the Appetizer Menu) the Chicken Strips (or were they Chicken Tenders?), which came 6 to a basket and each was the size of small chicken breast. This was enough for a meal. I couldn't eat anything else. The BBQ sauce that accompanied the chicken was so extremely delicious - I had to force my friend to stick one of her French fries in it just so I could prove to her how good it was (she agreed). She got a juicy and thick hamburger, which she was very pleased with. I also ordered a dense strawberry shake, and upon first sip I wasn't sure if I liked it because it was so sweet and rich, but the more I drank it, the more it grew on me. By the last drop I was happy I got it. The only thing I would NOT recommend would be the watered down "lemonade," which, I suppose, was some variation of a 'light' lemonade, but it tasted like lemon water. Not good. Not worth the price. Skip it and get a soda.
