Choukchouka Salad
(Serves 4 people)
Ingredients
- 2
ea bell peppers
- 4
ea tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2
bunch parsley, chopped
- 1/2
bunch coriander, chopped
- 1
tsp salt
- 1
tsp White Pepper
- 1
tblsp Garlic
- 1
tblsp paprika
- 1
tblsp cumin
- 1
tblsp tomato paste
Method:
Sauté bell peppers, tomatoes, parsley, and coriander in
1/2 cup olive oil. Season with remaining ingredients.
Sauté until tender and thick. Serve hot or cold. |
