Challenge Description. WPASADI 3(Wha - pa - sod - dee) stands for Wickedly Perfect Amazing Surviving Apprentice DIS Idol. It is an online reality based challenge where participants compete against each other in creative challenges. The projects are reviewed by a panel of five judges. Judges award points on each challenge based on the criteria outlined. Each week a select number of people will be eliminated (the exact number of eliminations each week depends on the number of participants. Those who receive the lowest scores in a given competition will be eliminated. The final five participants will be guaranteed one of the 5 top prizes (listed below).
Terms of Prizes:
1 (one) Grand prize for the challenge is a 7 day / 6 night stay at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, including a $150 gift certificate to the Mandara Spa, and a $150 gift certificate to the Bluezoo restaurant. Exact dates of travel are subject to availability – some blackout dates apply. Package DOES NOT include air or ground transportation (including airport transfers or car rental), travel insurance or meals. Minimum value of the prize is $1350.00 Exact value to be determined based on dates of travel.
1 (one) Second Prize for the challenge is a 4 night cruise aboard the Disney Wonder for 2 adults and 2 children (under 18) in a category 11 or better stateroom. Winner will select from a series of pre-determined sail dates during non-peak season. Minimum value of the prize is determined by the number of passengers sailing and sail dates.
3 (three) Third Prizes for the challenge will be a 30GB IPod. Minimum value of each prize is $250.
How To Enter. Registration for the WPASADI Second Chance Challenge is open ONLY to those who participated at the individual level in the previous WPASADI tournament. This is not open to the general public.
Eligibility. In order to be eligible, entrants must have previously participated in the individual portion of WPASADI 3. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and a legal resident of one of the 50 United States, including Washington, D.C. Directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents of DISBoards.com, WDWINFO.COM, Dreams Unlimited Travel., its subsidiaries, affiliates, resellers, or advertising or promotional agencies and members of their immediate families (defined as children, parents, siblings or spouses) are not eligible to participate in the challenge. Entrants must: 1) have a computer 2) have Internet access, 3) submit an Entry..
Notification. DreamsUnlimitedTravel.com will notify the winner(s) by email and/or by post at the address provided within approximately ten (10) days following selection of the potential winner. Dreams Unlimited Travel is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or failure to adequately monitor any email account or physical address. The potential winner must then respond to DISBoards.com within fourteen (14) days. Should the potential winner fail to respond or be disqualified, Dreams Unlimited Travel reserves the right to select a new, replacement winner.
Affidavit; Publicity Release. The potential winner will be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release that will allow Dreams Unlimited Travel to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, prize information, and biographical information for publicity and challenge purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to (i) being interviewed about their vacation experience, and (ii) use of his or her name, likeness and any statements, quotes or testimonials for publicity, advertising and other challenge purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Taxes. All taxes associated with the receipt or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Dreams Unlimited Travel reserves the right to withhold any taxes as required by applicable law. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions (including for cash) are permitted, but Dreams Unlimited Travel reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value to the Prize if for any reason any prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these rules.
Conditions of Participation. By submitting an Entry for this challenge, you agree to abide by these rules and any decisions made regarding the management or administration of this challenge. The owner of DISBOARDS.COM reserves the right to disqualify from the challenge, and any future challenge or other challenge conducted by the web site., and to take such other action as may be appropriate, any entrant or winner who, within reasonable suspicion, tampers with the DISBoards.com web site, the entry process, intentionally submits mechanical entries, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any participant that, in the opinion of the management, behaves in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner will be eliminated from the competition and may have thier DISBoards.com posting priveliges revoked. Decisions of the judges are final in all matters. Participation in the WPASADI Second Chance Challenge indicates your acceptance of these terms.
Conditions governing challenges: 1) No web design style entries will be accepted. 2) All entries must be completed by the announced deadline. All entry times are Eastern Daylight Time. Late entries will be penalized 50% of that challenges point value. 3) All challenge entries must meet DIS posting guidelines. 4) While you may do specific research on the internet, participants are not permitted to solicit support or advice on our forums (DISBoards.com). 5) All questions must be asked on the forum discussion thread associated with that challenge (located at http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=150). No questions will be answered via email or via private message. It is each players responsibility to check the thread associated with a specific challenge for changes or clarifications to the challenge. 6) There will be no accommodations made for players vacation schedule. Failure to complete any challenge during the event will result in a disqualification. 7) None of the moderators, webmasters or WPASADI facilitators will communicate with participants in any private manner regarding the challenge. All communication must be conducted on the above mentioned forum only.
Players who previously participated in the WPASADI challenge have the option to enter the competition at the point they were previously eliminated, or they can participate in all the challenges. Participants must decide before the start of game play if they want to allow their previous entries and awarded points to be used in lieu of participating in a new challenge. Once a player has decided to either participate in all the challenges, or only participate at the point they were previously eliminated they can not alter that decision. Players must declare prior to the start of game play whether they intend to play all challenges. Please note that challenges in this competition will be less involved and less time intensive then those in the previous game.

DISBOARDS.COM SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, OR INJURY THAT ARISES FROM, ANY OCCURRENCE, EVENT OR CONDITION OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL THAT MAY AFFECT THE CHALLENGE OR CAUSE THE CHALLENGE TO BE DISRUPTED, SUSPENDED OR CORRUPTED, INCLUDING: (I) LATE, LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED, MISDIRECTED, INCOMPLETE, OR UNINTELLIGIBLE ENTRIES; (II) TELEPHONE, ELECTRONIC, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE PROGRAM, NETWORK, INTERNET, OR COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS, FAILURES, VIRUSES OR DIFFICULTIES OF ANY KIND; ( III) FAILED, INCOMPLETE, GARBLED, OR DELAYED COMPUTER TRANSMISSIONS; AND (IV) THE DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIAL IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CHALLENGE. Release. BY ENTERING THE CHALLENGE, EACH ENTRANT RELEASES AND AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS DISBOARDS.COM, DREAMS UNLIMITED TRAVEL, INC. AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS, RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY OR DEFAMATION), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) ENTERING THE challenge; (II) ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE; OR ( III) OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CHALLENGE.
Privacy and Use of challenge Information.
Any personal information received by Dreams Unlimited Travel, Inc. in connection with this challenge will be used solely in accordance with the sites privacy policy, which can be found at http://www.wdwinfo.com/privacy.htm
Governing Law.
These Rules and this challenge are governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of New Jersey, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of New Jersey, Cape May County. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of New Jersey and the federal courts located with such state and county with respect to any action, dispute or other matter pertaining to or arising out of this challenge. This challenge is subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited.
