(2/5) We arrived at SSR directly from a DCL cruise. We asked for early check-in and were told we would be notified b4 4pm on the MDE app. After returning to the resort from the park after 6pm, we had to once again go to Guest Services to inquire as to why we still hadn't heard anything. We did receive a $100 credit for the inconvenience but that's not the point, nor the first time we've had trouble getting a room assignment thru the online notification system.
(5/5) Reviewed our room request, room was notready(we arrived very early) but set expectations about timing.
(5/5) Used on line check in. Only down side... You cannot ask for specific tree house on line.
(3/5) Online check-in was easy. However, finding our room was not. Because of the construction, we could not find numbers on some of the buildings. We walked around, with our luggage, for almost 20 minutes, and up three flights of stairs in the wrong building, trying to find our room. We finally walked through some construction areas and found our building. If we had stayed before, we probably would have known where to go, but it was our first time at Saratoga and we had no clue. It would be awesome if they had a map of the rooms on the app.
(4/5) I had to go to the front desk because my phone didn't open my door
(4/5) I didn't speak to anyone or request any type of room, we did mobile check in and the room was ready at 10:21!! That was very exciting!
(5/5) We arrived right at checkin time and while there was a line, it moved quickly, the cast members were attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely
(4/5) We did split stay and had a few questions, but the CM at the desk answered them all. She had a very heavy accent so while the process went smoothly, she was tough to understand.
(5/5) Online registration and texted room availability worked incredibly well.
(4/5) We checked in online, but when we landed we received an email our room was not ready, it was 8:00 pm. We took the magical bus to the resort and went to check in, and because of the delay we were upgraded from a preferred studio to a two bedroom vacation home. We were very surprised and very thankful.
(4/5) We rented point for a preferred studio. We did online check in on MDE but checked in at the front out of habit and to find out how to get to our room. They where very friendly.
(5/5) I LOVE SARATOGA SPRINGS. IT IS A QUICK WALK TO DISNEY SPRINGS INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR A BUS OR BOAT
(5/5) I LOVE SARATOGA SPRINGS. IT IS A QUICK WALK TO DISNEY SPRINGS INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR A BUS OR BOAT
(5/5) My room was ready before I arrived and was able to go straight to my room
(5/5) Preferred Congress Park, newer design
(5/5) we were made to feel very welcome when we arrived by a very nice cast memeber as it was our first time in the United States
(5/5) used online check in
(5/5) Been dvc since 1994 and first time using the magical express. Worked great.
(5/5) Very easy asked for a certain building and got it
(3/5) The room is nice, but there's nothing much to do there.
(2/5) Check in cast member was not very friendly or informative. We got there late due to a rain storm the plane was delayed. So by the time we got to Saratoga Springs in was between 10:30pm and 11:00pm and we were exhausted. We told him we were there with our daughters celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Dead silence. I had to ask him for the celebration buttons. We found out later in our trip we could have order something special sent to our room. I wish he told us. We haven't been to Disney World since 2012 but we went every year from 2006 trough 2012 staying at moderate resorts. Since this was a very special occasion, we wanted to do a deluxe villa. In the past we have never come across a bad cast member. We didn't even know one existed until that night of check in. A couple days into our trip we noticed everyone with their refillable mugs so once again we go to the main lobby and get the same cast member. He said he didn't know where to get the mugs and we should go "over there" and ask them in the food court. Again, not very nice. All he had to do is say, let me check on that for you. All the other cast members that night and through the whole trip were absolutely amazing just as we had remembered.
(3/5) We arrived at 2 A.M. and the front desk could not supply us with any magic bands and was more interested in just getting back to sitting down
(5/5) Easy and friendly check in
(5/5) We used online check-in and received our room number in the late afternoon. All magic bands worked perfectly and we had no issues with anything else related to check-in.
(5/5) I checked in online for the first time since we were arriving late and received a room in the section we requested. Also went to the check in desk when we arrived to ask a few questions and the cast member was very helpful.
(5/5) room was clean and quiet, staff were very friendly, transportation with bus was a breeze.
(5/5) My family I and we’re originally supposed to stay at Caribbean Beach for Spring Break. However, when we were on the Magical Express, my Aunt got a call and was asked if we would like to get an upgrade to stay at Saratoga. I was so shocked and excited! I’ve stayed at Saratoga before but my Aunt and Grandfather hadn’t. Concierge was extremely nice when we arrived at Caribbean Beach about the resort change and everything was done smoothly. When we arrived at Saratoga, the cast members working at concierge knew what was going on and we were treated very nicely. It was like if we were actual DVC members staying at the resort.
(5/5) My wife and I arrived around 10AM. We already had a text message telling us where our room would be, but wasn't ready yet. That way we could park near our assigned room.
(5/5) I checked in online. My room was ready when I arrived and the magic band worked. Bell service staff transported me and luggage to my room.
(5/5) We checked in online and our room was ready pretty early so we extremely satisfied
We did see if any rooms in the Paddock area had been completed with a refurbishment but nothing.
(3/5) I arrived in FL after 5 but my room number was unavailable on MDE, and when I called they said my room was not ready. So, I was unable to go straight to my room. When I arrived at the front desk a very nice CM found me an available room. Even though I had made room requests she did not see them on my reservation. She was able to find me a room in my desired section.
(5/5) No line, got to check in straight away. Cast member was excellent with our children and gave them loads of stickers.
(5/5) No issues. Room ready when we arrived, no queue at check in and cast member was polite. Used guest services to get transport to our room.
(5/5) We were a part of a group in which someone's DVC points were paying for our room We had no wait time and everything was correct. They even double checked our information with the coinciding reservations just to be sure we were on the right track.
(4/5) Mobile check in, ready when we arrived
(5/5) We arrived at the resort early - around 11 am. I did online check in, but friends that were traveling with us had to go to the front desk to get their magic bands. While we were in the lobby area waiting for them a cast member approached us and asked if we were waiting to check in. I said no, but mentioned that my brother had received a text that his room was not ready yet. I had not received any texts or emails about my room. She checked the computer and found that text messages had not been enabled and fixed it. A couple hours later I got the text that my room was ready!
(5/5) We used online check-in and received a text while still in the air, around 4:00 pm with our room ready notification. We did not receive our request of a water view.
(4/5) Room wasnt ready until almost 2 hours after check in time. Were going to the parks anyway so it wasn't a big problem for us at that point.
(5/5) Online check in, room was ready when we arrived at the resort. Placed in building area requested.
(5/5) Easy, room was ready in early afternoon. We arrived in the morning and headed out to the parks. Received text message when ready.
(5/5) We had 2 preferred studios books and requested first floor rooms in the Springs near the pool/main building over the phone. When we got the text notice our room was ready, we had been booked in Congress Park in the farthest building from Disney Springs. When we arrived at the resort, the Cast Member at the check-in desk was able to move us to first floor rooms in the Springs a few doors away from each other. We were perfectly happy with this arrangement since we were traveling with adults only. Cast member was very courteous and resolved the issue quickly.
(4/5) We resort hopped...our room was not ready by 3, so went to front desk and they were able to give us a different room.
(5/5) Cast members were friendly and our room was ready a bit early.
(5/5) We checked in on the app.
(1/5) Check-in was supposed to be 4:00 pm. At 4:00 we were told our room was not ready and it would be about 10 minutes. We went to the pool to hang out for a bit. At 5:30 we checked at the front desk because we did not get a text. We were told it would be about 10 minutes and they would text us when our room was ready. We asked to speak to a manager and the CM helping us said she was the manager. She explained to us that they were having issues with a misunderstanding with the cleaning staff. She told us that our room was put on a priority list at this point she offered us fast passes. We told her we just wanted our room. We went to EPCOT at at 7:00 we finally got a text that our room was ready. I understand things happen, but tell me ahead of time that there is an issue. Don't keep telling me it will be 10 minutes.
(5/5) On line check in worked perfectly, room was available around 4:30, and we got the location we requested.
(5/5) Checked in online but needed to pick up our Magic Bands at concierge. Check in was a breeze. Got our text room was ready and headed there after swimming.
(4/5) We did online check in, which was great, but we had a problem and had to go to the front desk. There wasn’t a line there.
(2/5) It was late when we arrived and did not know where we were going. Even though the room was ready, we were dropped off at the main lobby. We were told we could take a shuttle that would be provided. The shuttle process took 45 minutes to complete.
(5/5) Room was ready by 10am. Got text message
(5/5) First time in all our trips since the advent of online check-in that we were texted our room was ready prior to arrival.
(5/5) We arrived early Thursday morning and stopped by the front desk to change the credit card on file. The cast member said let me check the status of your room and she said it was ready, 10:00 a.m
(2/5) After completing online check-in THREE times, we still didn’t have a room assignment after 5. Went to the front desk and they claimed we never completed online check-in. Wound up being late to our dinner that night.
(5/5) We checked in on the app.
(3/5) We checked in on the app so I don’t have anything to say about the desk checkin process.
(5/5) Used online check-in, room was ready early, was able to get into room by 2:00PM
(2/5) SS texted us the wrong room number (had to unpack/pack again within 5 minutes upon arrival)
(5/5) Our room was ready the time requested. Also just as important the room was in the building and location we requested.
Perfect.
(5/5) I did mobile check in. No need to speak to a CM or go to the front desk. I was in a Preferred one bedroom, assigned room 2030, and my room was ready at about 3:00 PM.
(5/5) Got there before noon, so our room wasn't ready. However, since we didn't have a preference, some pixie dust soon arrived!
(5/5) Online check in. Room ready at 12:30.
(2/5) No personal touch woth the online. No more feeling like you were being welcomed back to the magic.
(5/5) On line check in extremely easy
(5/5) room wasready upon arrivalfrom airport (after 8pm). Bells Services drove to the building used app to open door.
(4/5) The online is not as personal or special feelign as speaking to a cast member in person. I realize it saves WDW money but the experiance is diminished.
(3/5) Check in was done online.
(1/5) Had 4 rooms big family trip...not all were ready...had us all split up..not even in the same building. Even though we made reservations 8 months out. Been like this the last 5 times we came....nothing seems to change. You call but no one calls back. DVC member 2003
(5/5) Our room was ready one hour before check-in time. The desk personal were very courteous and helpful.
(4/5) We never got a text saying our room was ready and had to go to the front desk.
(5/5) Used online check-in but they had a "tablet equipped" agent curbside.
(2/5) As a DVC ember, my wife called in advance to try to get our group in the same area and an early check-in. However 4 of our group were at Paddock and we were in congress park. The two got in about 4PM and we did not get notified that our room was available until after 5PM. Why, it is not like management did not know we were there at 11AM. We understand rooms don't need to be available until after 3 PM. Also the floor in the shower was very slick, please consider shower mats and a safety grab bars be installed in the showers. The room was very clean and comfortable.
(5/5) On-line
(5/5) Took the red eye from Utah and arrived at 6:00 AM. Our return flight had changed so we needed to notify reception to change our scheduled magical express. That was smooth and easy. The CM then said she check to see if a room was ready for us since we were already there. She got us a room in congress park, which was our room request. It was so nice to be able to go and take a "nap" and get settled in our room. We had planned on just hanging out in the public areas around the resort and possibly heading to Disney Springs to kill time until our room was ready. We didn't really want to do that though, since we were tired from the red eye. Being able to go straight to our room was so nice. And we didn't even have to ask. The CM just took it upon herself to take care of us.
(5/5) Some greeted us at 9:30, upon our arrival, we stored our bags and fortunately within an hour our room was ready.
(5/5) Online check-in was flawless.
(5/5) Always courteous at the counter and overly helpful.
(1/5) We transfered from the RR and we're told our wait wouldn't be long, and our adult b daughter want feeling well. And we waited to 6 pm before we got the room
(3/5) The room was not ready until 5 pm
(4/5) Check in to the villa was satisfactory but we had an issue with magic bands which took days to sort out and numerous visits back to check in.
(5/5) We arrived earlier than we expected per check info. The cast member I approached for a map, suggested she would see if there was something available now. We got a perfect location nearest the bridge to DS. Perfect start to our vacation.

(5/5) Hello everyone!
I have created my first website, which will be useful for all students, school pupils, and people in technical professions who deal with plotting function graphs.
On my website, https://meowgen.com/example-graphs/logarithmic/
You can plot any function graph for free, view examples of already plotted graphs, and plot one or multiple graphs on the same image. You can also automatically save the obtained screenshot to your computer or phone.
The service is presented in the form of a builder for different types of function graphs: linear, trigonometric, logarithmic, quadratic, cubic, power, root, fractional, and others.
For example:

(5/5) Greetings my name is Matt D'Agati.
Solar technology the most promising and efficient types of renewable energy, which is rapidly gathering popularity as a principal energy source at work. In the future, it's likely that solar technology would be the dominant energy source on the job, as increasing numbers of companies and organizations adopt this neat and sustainable power source. In this specific article, we're going to discuss why it is essential to change to renewable energy sources such as solar technology at the earliest opportunity, and exactly how this transition can benefit businesses plus the environment.
The very first & most important good reason why you should switch to renewable energy sources may be the environmental impact. The usage of fossil fuels, such as for example coal, oil, and natural gas, may be the main reason behind polluting of the environment, greenhouse gas emissions, and climate change. These emissions have a profound effect on the environmental surroundings, causing severe climate conditions, rising sea levels, and other environmental hazards. By adopting solar power, companies and organizations can help reduce their carbon footprint and subscribe to a cleaner, more sustainable future.
Another essential reason to change to solar power could be the cost benefits it offers. Solar power panels are designed for generating electricity for businesses, reducing or eliminating the necessity for traditional sourced elements of energy. This will bring about significant savings on energy bills, particularly in areas with a high energy costs. Furthermore, there are numerous government incentives and tax credits available to companies that adopt solar energy, which makes it a lot more cost-effective and affordable.
The technology behind solar power is not at all hard, yet highly effective. Solar panel systems are made of photovoltaic (PV) cells, which convert sunlight into electricity. This electricity are able to be kept in batteries or fed straight into the electrical grid, according to the specific system design. So that you can maximize some great benefits of solar technology, you will need to design a custom system that is tailored to your particular energy needs and requirements. This will ensure that you have the proper components in position, such as the appropriate amount of solar power panels together with right kind of batteries, to maximize your power efficiency and value savings.
One of many important aspects in designing a custom solar power system is knowing the different sorts of solar energy panels and their performance characteristics. There are 2 main forms of solar power panels – monocrystalline and polycrystalline – each having its own benefits and drawbacks. Monocrystalline solar power panels are manufactured from just one, high-quality crystal, helping to make them more effective and sturdy. However, they're also more costly than polycrystalline panels, that are produced from multiple, lower-quality crystals.
In addition to cost benefits and environmental benefits, switching to solar power may also provide companies and organizations with an aggressive advantage. Companies that adopt solar technology have emerged as environmentally conscious and energy-efficient, and this can really help increase their reputation and competitiveness. Furthermore, companies that adopt solar power will benefit from increased profitability, because they are in a position to reduce their energy costs and improve their main point here.
Additionally, it is important to see that the technology behind solar technology is rapidly advancing, and new advancements are increasingly being made on a regular basis. For instance, the efficiency of solar energy panels is continually increasing, making it possible for more energy to be generated from an inferior quantity of panels. In addition, new innovations, such as floating solar power panels and solar energy panels which can be incorporated into building materials, are making it simpler and much more cost-effective to consider solar technology.
In conclusion, the continuing future of energy at work is poised to be dominated by solar power and its own several advantages. From cost benefits and environmental sustainability to technological advancements and increased competitiveness, the advantages of adopting solar technology are unmistakeable. By investing in this clean and renewable energy source, businesses may take an energetic role in reducing their carbon footprint, cutting energy costs, and securing their place in a sustainable future. The transition to solar power isn't only very important to the environment also for the commercial well-being of businesses. The earlier companies adopt this technology, the higher equipped they will be to manage the challenges of a rapidly changing energy landscape.

(4/5) saratoga staff is always very nice-not the fastest but always courteous.
(3/5) Cast could not locate luggage
We were given several different answers one being that some of it was already delivered but we did not have it
(5/5) We always have outstanding service at SSR. They have a good continuity of cast members.
(2/5) We were given incorrect information about pool hours and the paddock drink refill station by different cast members
(4/5) We were there a very short time, but the cast members were friendly and helpful.
(5/5) Very friendly and helpful
(3/5) I didn't really interact with anyone here at this resort. A couple of housekeepers, but no service that was outstanding or interaction that I remember.
(4/5) In particular, merch CMs at the main store were amazing when it came to pin trading with DS8. They showed him good ones to choose and helped him find the cast member series pins.
(5/5) All of our cast member interactions at SSR were exceptional
(5/5) Everyone we met at the resort was amazing. On our first night, the lady checking guest out in the store, loved my son's toy story shirt and gave him a free slap bracelet with toy story characters on it. One morning during breakfast my son was given a free cupcake. Everyone was friendly and helpful to us.
(5/5) The cat members all around the resort where great. The front desk person was great when we went up to pay our balance with a gift card. They refunded what had already been put on our card. There was someone who seemed like management walking around the pool and she got some bandages for a blister a member of our party had gotten. One member of our party is autistic and loves pin trading the cast members with the pin board in artist palate were wonderful with her.
(5/5) EVERYONE AT THE RESORT IS WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL
(5/5) EVERYONE AT THE RESORT IS WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL
(5/5) They are always at their best
(5/5) The manager called as we were on split stay, I ask if we could stay the entire length at this unit, it did not work still it was nice they tired
(5/5) Everyone was helpful and pleasant.
(4/5) I would like to say that some cast members must be trained on certain procedures regarding cast member reductions within the hotel coming from other countries in particular like me from France. But otherwise I had a very good stay.
(4/5) Very nice and explained new
(5/5) No problems with luggage and food
(4/5) It took far too long for people to pick up the phone at the front desk. That's a safety issue.
(5/5) All the other cast members - simply amazing everywhere we went. We had a grocery order from INSTACART and the shopper left our eggs out all day instead of refrigerating them. Bell services told us and insisted on delivering a fresh dozen of eggs at no charge, from the food court in the main building and they did. We did not expect that. We were stunned and grateful.
(3/5) As noted, we arrived at 2 A.M. We went to to the pool from 11-1 and come back to our 2 Bedroom only to find the twin bedroom , washroom, entrance way, kitchen and some of the dining/living area flooded as a result of the dishwasher or laundry leaking from a grand villa upstairs. They had to bring de humidifiers and fans in at 3 so there was no napping for our two young grandchildren who needed it due to such a late arrival. After confirming that it would not be dried, we were told that there were no other rooms. After a visit to the front desk, a very concerning concierge cast member found us a room within an hour. Such a wasted day
(5/5) Friendly and knowledgeable
(5/5) We did not have many interactions with cast members but when we did they were very helpful. We needed extra blankets and they were brought very promptly after calling. We went to the front desk twice, once with a question and once to get help with a mobile order charge error. Saw the same cast member each time and he was very helpful in resolving the issue.
(5/5) Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly.
(5/5) When we had our resort change to Saratoga, my family and I were treated like DVC members at the resort while we were originally supposed to stay at Caribbean Beach (moderate). When my family and I wanted to take the boat over to Disney Springs from the resort, it was a difficult walk from our room to the boat for my grandfather. We called the front desk to see if someone can drive us over and they did! There was so issue and the cast member who drove us to the boat was willing to drive us to Disney Springs instead of us taking the boat. The cast members and service was AMAZING!
(5/5) castmembers were patient and kind answering our questions, everyone we came in contact with were super.
(4/5) Purchased theme park tickets also need information of location of painting event which was moved without notice. Also mentioned my comments regarding my room (see below). Cast member wanted to send someone down to the room but it was my last night and i didnt think it was necessary.
(5/5) They were extremely helpful and polite from the front desk to cast members at Artists Palette to Bell Services. Can’t say enough good things
(4/5) All cast members were pleasant and helpful.
(5/5) Cast members throughout the vacation were friendly and helpful.
(3/5) We didn’t have any interaction with cast members at SSR.
(4/5) No complaints and no issues that we needed resolving but also no overly memorable experiences either.
(4/5) Cast members in the lobby were outstanding. The cast members at Artist's Palette weren't as consistent. Some were attentive and great at answering questions. Others struggled to pay attention to guests.
(5/5) I recognized the cast member from checking in over the summer. She was a fellow Ohioan! She was pleasant to talk to and even tried to throw some pixie dust our way but the resort (I believe) was to full to accommodate.
(4/5) Bell services was very friendly and helpful when taking us to our treehouse. He showed us around the treehouse area and how to get to bus stops, pool and boat dock.
(4/5) For the most part every cast member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Bell services could use some work. We ordered groceries from Instacart. My bother got the message that they had been delivered to bell services. He contacted bell services to arrange for them to bring the groceries to my room. They told him it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour which was completely understandable since this was around 4 pm. I’m sure they were busy with check ins and delivering bags from ME. After waiting an hour and a half my brother called them again and explained we had to leave the room in a half hour to make our dinner reservation at Sci Fi Dine in Theater. They told him that if the groceries weren’t in the room by then to call back and they would call over to the restaurant to have them hold our reservation. Half hour later and they still were not there. This time my mom called bell services and they told her that we should go to our reservation and call back when we came back to the room. We ended up ordering a Lyft so we could get to Hollywood Studios in time for our reservation. We called when we got back from HS and they finally got our groceries to us.
(5/5) We did have the daily trash service and we received our Trash & Towel service on day 4. All the cast members we encountered were warm and friendly and seemed willing to help with any requests.
(5/5) Check In cast members were polite and friendly and gave us extra fast passes for the late check in issue.
One of the bellman was outstanding. Extremely funny and super nice. Gave us all a ride to our rooms in a golf cart & pointed out all of the amenities along the way while also telling jokes & giving us tips for how to make the most of our plans we talked about. Seemed like we had been friends for years.
The quick service / artist palette manager seemed like he literally lived there as we saw him first thing in the morning and often our last stop of the niggt he would be closing up. Very friendly and courteous and always asked if there was anything he could do to make our visit better even when just refilling drink mugs.
(5/5) Great directions to the room and tip on closest bus pickup. Staff in quick service and shop were super friendly.
(5/5) We had the opportunity to interact with front desk, gift shop, pool bar, and maintenance staff. All were friendly and smiling and most struck up a conversation with us if there wasn't anyone else in line at the time.
(5/5) Our only interaction was front desk and they were very accommodating
(4/5) Most of the staff was very pleasant. Housekeepers not so much.
(3/5) The staff was fine.
(5/5) Cast Members were very helpful
(5/5) The CMs were kind, courteous and sweet giving us maps and balloons for my daughter's birthday!
(3/5) The cast members were the least friendly of any resort we have stayed at. There were cast members who were nice, but there were a larger percentage that weren’t than anywhere we’ve stayed in the past.
(3/5) Did not deal with a lot of cast members at the resort
(4/5) Not much interaction with many
(5/5) CM's we encountered in all areas were friendly and professional.
(5/5) The mousekeepers were wonderful and friendly
(5/5) The kitchen was missing the oven mitt, made call and mousekeeping knocked on our door 5 minutes later
(4/5) Cast Members were great, but not exceptional.
(4/5) Most of the staff was very pleasant. Housekeepers not so much.
(4/5) The CMs in the artist’s palette gift shop are friendly and helpful. The food service was decent. The housekeepers acted burdened.
(5/5) Stayed at Congress Park and was very surprised how many times CM's offered to give me a ride from the Carriage House over to the building we were staying at.
(5/5) Guard shack cast members were great.
Only other cast members was front desk on the phone with the electrical issue. They were understanding. May have been nice if we were contacted by cast about the issue once they knew about it to let us know they were working on it.
(5/5) I only interacted with CMs a couple of times, but all of them were stellar. One of them noticed it was raining, led me to the main lobby building, and held the door open for me. The others were at the gift shop, where they were very helpful and kind.
(5/5) Cast member was super nice and friendly. I was there with a friend for a girls only trip (one night only too)! He upgraded us from a standard studio to a preferred one bedroom!!!!
(5/5) One or two minor issues in room were handled expeditiously.
(3/5) Saw no one. Didn't have the opportunity to interact becasue of restrictions.
(5/5) From the moment we got off the bus we were immediately met by Brad outside by bell services who assisted us with our requests
Bell services was great in providing us transportation via golf cart right to our building in the Springs section.
Also had the pleasure of meeting with the GM Bill on Friday night discussing hopes of reopening more of the resort and the new paint colors being painted outside the artist’s palette
Also nice touch by bell services bringing us by cart to edge of SSR property to Disney Springs
(5/5) Going to give a shout to to Cathy from Brooklyn NY at the front desk. My flight was canceled and we were rebooked on a flight for 2 days later, manager offered me a taxi voucher so I wouldn't have to take the Magical Express (when the flight was originally delayed 3 hours). When the flight was canceled Cathy helped us get another studio for 2 additional nights at price I orignally was booked for, and was able to tie it all to the original reservation and help with park tickets!
(3/5) Some were friendly, others fairly rude.
(4/5) Bus service was horrible. Matt at the front desk made it right but we waited an hour and a half for a Magic Kingdom bus at 6PM.
(1/5) Did not seem to care.
(5/5) All resort cast members were helpful when needed.
(5/5) Cast members throughout the resort were "Dinsey Class".
(5/5) The cast members appeared to have their hands tied and repeatedly checked on when the rooms would be available. The cast members were great. The cleaning services/ house keeping were GREAT!!!
The people at check in were great. but there seems to be a lack of communications between reservations and the resort has problems. Also why does it take over 2 hours to talk to someone the help solve problems with reservations trying to coordinate a vacation?
(5/5) All good.
(3/5) limited interaction
(5/5) Cast members were very courteous and helpful.
(4/5) Limited staff was accommodating
(3/5) One cast member was outstanding in sorting out an issue we encountered however others were not so good which resulted in a great deal of wasted time during our vacation.
(5/5) She was friendly and went out of her way to be sure we had everything we needed.

(10/25) As I stated earlier the rooms are in desperate need of a rehab. We had an issue with the couch being sunk into the frame so it hurt to sit. They had to come and add a support board. Now that is all fine and good, but this is the second trip where we had to get a support cushion in two separate rooms so obviously they know this is an issue and it may be better to fix it ahead of time.
The kitchen faucet was cracked and the tub had missing pieces around the drain.
(15/25) See above cleanliness ok but room was very worn
(25/25) It was not a rehabbed room but was spotless.
(10/25) This was a shock to see this room, looks very dated and was in disrepair. (We were doing a split stay and had just checked out of the Poly.) The carpet had a dirty look to it, and it made me nervous to walk on it without socks. The pull out sofa was TERRIBLE, the cushions were ill-fitting and the couch could not even be sat on it was so broken down. The TV was laughable, flat screen but only about 32" and in this HUGE cabinet that took up too much space in the room. No storage in this unit, no where to put luggage and a closet that was impossible to open, the bi-fold door was broken and sticking in the track. The bathroom was so small, and the toilet paper almost behind the person when sitting. (one of my pet peeves)
(15/25) While the room was “clean” the second bedroom was must smelling and housecleaning had left a cleaning rag behind
(20/25) Room was next up for refurbishment and the wear was really showing.
(25/25) Housekeeping did a great job during our stay.
(20/25) The room was clean and we did not have any major issues but the rooms definatly need an update. We are excited to stay after the referb is finished.
(25/25) THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. THE ONLY THING WAS THE SHOWER HEAD LEAKED A LITTLE INTO THE TUB EVEN WHEN IT WS SHUT OFF.
(25/25) THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. THE ONLY THING WAS THE SHOWER HEAD LEAKED A LITTLE INTO THE TUB EVEN WHEN IT WS SHUT OFF.
(25/25) Always great
(20/25) It was as expected.
(25/25) very clean room, and very pleasant staff with whom I was able to exchange a few words on American customs, especially in terms of sport.
(20/25) Everything was clean
(25/25) Was clean but as I said old
(25/25) Very clean.
(20/25) The first room we were put in was very run down and a bit dirty, looking at the rug. There was a dead bee on the bathroom floor. We didn't expect a deluxe room to look like this. We had to call the front desk and they moved us up to the 3rd floor in the same building. By that time it was after midnight. This other room was much, much better. A little outdated but clean.
(25/25) No complaints at check in
(25/25) We were lucky to get a refurbished room in the Congress park section. It was very clean and smelled brand new.
(25/25) Room was not yet updated but still clean.
(25/25) Since we didn’t plan on staying at Saratoga, we didn’t request for mousekeeping to come in. When we got our resort change, we had mousekeeping (and the same women) everyday. It was really nice and I felt that Disney was treating us really well.
(25/25) room was super nice and clean. We were very impressed with this room
(20/25) The room was clean, plenty towels/wash clothes and supplies in the bathroom and pantry.
(25/25) It was definitely clean
(20/25) The room seemed very clean, looked slightly tired though so couldn’t give it top marks.
(10/25) 3 of us in the room. I took the fold-out couch. When opened at midnight, it had no sheets or blankets on it and the mattress was horribly stained. We had no extra sheets or blankets in the room. It was like staying at a “Motel 6”
My friend is the DVC member so I didn’t make a stink about it, just got an extra blanket the next morning and slept on the couch like that. Couldn’t stomach the skeevy mattress! I’ve stayed in numerous DVC resorts with my friend and SSR was by far the worst !
(10/25) House cleaning did an “ok” job, but we found an Advil liquid gel tablet on the floor and a couple of hairs after my daughter dropped something on the floor. The tablet on the floor is really unacceptable. If a child had picked it up and eaten it, that could be very dangerous. The bathroom was clean.
(25/25) No issues with room cleanliness during our stay.
(15/25) Our room was fine. It was clean but the furniture was clearly run down. The pull out couch bed was horribly uncomfortable. This was right before they started renovations.
(20/25) The room was very clean, nothing to report here.
(25/25) The treehouse was very well kept, felt much nicer than the other SSR rooms I have stayed in in the past.
(25/25) I usually have issues with allergies when I stay in hotels especially ones that have carpeting. I didn’t have any issues during our stay.
(25/25) We had absolutely no problems. Our villa was very clean when we moved in. Everything was in working order.
(15/25) The room was mostly clean but they had been replacing a set of curtains that they didn't finish and left laying on the chair by the window until we called the next morning for them to finish. Found a pair of dirty socks in the drawer of the stand next to the main entry.
From the upper level we could see inches of dust on top of the tv stand downstairs and the chandelier. This room had not been refurbished yet, they were working on the building next to us while there.
(20/25) I'll start by saying this was a pre-refurbished room. While all surfaces were clean, the room smelled a little damp when we got in. I looked around and couldn't find any source for the smell. Since we were preparing to head out, I ignored the issue for now. When returning from the parks we passed out. By the time we awoke then next morning the smell was more noticeable and the carpet was wet near the kitchenette and AC closet. After calling the front desk, someone from maintenance showed up in about 10 minutes. We left him in the room to work and returned that evening. The leak seemed to be fixed and the carpet cleaned, however, the smell was still faint but noticeable. Neither my wife or I are particularly sensitive to smell so we left it at that.
(20/25) The room was dated, but clean. With no visible tears or stains
(15/25) I think it depends on your room, some rooms dhow more wear and tear than others.
(25/25) The room was very clean.
(25/25) We were in a room that has not been refurbished yet, but the room was in great shape, and spotless.
(20/25) The room was generally clean. It had the bleach/chlorine smell that a lot of hotel rooms typically have. Not a single stain on the bedding or fabric of the couches. A bit of dust on top of the refrigerator. Inside of the appliances were spotless. There was, however, a past guest’s sock still in the dryer.
(25/25) Nothing was out of place. Loved the room.
(20/25) Clean room
(25/25) Treehouse was EXCEPTIONALLY clean
(25/25) Our Saratoga Springs GrandStand 1 bedroom was very clean and everything in working order
(25/25) We had a non-renovated room and it was spotless.
(25/25) The room was very clean.
(25/25) We had a refurbished room.
(25/25) Everything looked clean
(20/25) My room was spotless, except the dining room table had a big mark where an iron was clearly left on. I notified the cast about the issue, but didn't expect a remedy, given that the only thing that they could have done was switch my room (and I did not want to switch my room)
(25/25) I don't think anyone else had every stayed in our room. That's how clean it was.
(25/25) Villa was immaculate. Also a refurb villa.
(25/25) Room did seem very clean.
(25/25) Refurbished room very clean
(25/25) Room looked great, everything was either brand new (unopened) or in a bag/wrapped, room looked super clean.
(10/25) Floor was very dirty. Stepped not the shower and left footprints with all the dirt that was on the floor. Very disappointing.
(25/25) COVID and I felt safe
(20/25) Room was clean and in order.
(25/25) Every room was very clean including appliances.
(25/25) House keeping was GREAT , they quickly responded to any request.
(20/25) We didn't get out fourth day cleaning.
(25/25) Loved the remodel. Everything was nice and clean.
(25/25) Room was super clean.
(25/25) It was exceptionally clean. The new renovations were a nice touch

(6/10) We were in a recently renovated room. Too much white, not enough color. Also, some functional issues were not addressed in the renovation. Ex. No grab bar in the shower (also a safety issue), not enough trash containers in the room, and towel rack by sink not placed high enough to allow the towel to hang freely to dry.
(8/10) For a non rehabbed room it was fine. The sofa was somewhat soft, clearly due for rehab.
(6/10) The decor was dated and in need of repair, but I know they are currently refurbishing the rooms so I wouldn’t count this against this resort
(8/10) Miss the mickey touches that are no longer in wdw resorts.
(4/10) Rooms are in need of updating for sure. The pull out couch desperately needs to be replaced. Otherwise, it was fine.
(8/10) It was outdated, but that is being remedied already.
(4/10) Old and tired. Just a regular hotel room, nothing special. We stayed at a Fairfield Inn while driving back to our home in Ohio, and I felt that room was cleaner and better kept than our room at Saratoga.
(8/10) Time to replace them
(8/10) I am not a huge horse fan but I thought the decor was nice.
(8/10) We liked the theme but the couch had seen better days and same for the mattress in the sofa bed
(10/10) I LOVE THE FEEL OF SARATOGA NEW YORK SINCE I AM A NATIVE NEW YORKER
(10/10) I LOVE THE FEEL OF SARATOGA NEW YORK SINCE I AM A NATIVE NEW YORKER
(10/10) Nice
(10/10) All new items
(6/10) Refurbishment is due.
Could use a little more Disney theming worked in.
(10/10) room tastefully decorated, neither overloaded nor empty.
(8/10) Slightly dated
(10/10) We had a newly renovated room
(6/10) Needs a refurbishment.
(6/10) Just old looking no real Disney feel to it I own here and I could have been at any hotel in Orlando area
(10/10) Nice decor.
(8/10) Again, furnishings were a little outdated. Could use a refurbishment but very clean.
(8/10) Room was coming up for rennovations
(10/10) Love the newly refurbished room. The decor is modern but still had subtle Disney touches. I wouldn't change anything about this room.
(8/10) We did not get an updated room but the new renovations will be welcome. Still a pleasant room.
(10/10) very neat and not overpowering
(8/10) Stayed in a refurbished room, Congress Park. Love the room overall; disappointments: no table/chairs for meals, I like to enjoy breakfast in room b4 heading out, had to sit on the couch, balanced plate on my lap, used the booktable book as tray, coffee table way too low. I loved the tub/Shower but sink/vanity was outside which was a surprise. Also the dresser drawers were plentiful but drawers never stayed closed, closed one drawer and another opened. although I was careful opening/closing front and balcony doors, had issues mosquitoes and gnats.
(8/10) Room decor was definitely satisfying however the view was of a swamp.
(8/10) The room was dated, but new refurb is being done now.
(6/10) The resort is being refurbed now and I feel it was needed. The non refurbed rooms are looking very dated with old carpets, and out of days furniture and bathroom fittings.
(10/10) We stayed in a non-renovated studio, the bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space for 2 people.
(4/10) Decor seemed old and outdated.
(8/10) Perfectly fine in old style, everything functioned well and the bed was super comfortable but carpets and decor starting to look dated. Refurb is happening now and new style rooms looks excellent though.
(10/10) I loved the Disney touches. They were simple, but right on theme. I usually stay in a value hotel where the decor tends to scream Disney. I did not feel I was missing out on that in these rooms.
(4/10) The Springs had not been refurbished yet during our stay. The rooms are in definite need of a refurb.
(10/10) Other SSR rooms (studios, one bedrooms) that I’ve stayed in in the past were very run down and furniture was falling apart. The way the treehouse was decorated made it feel very homely.
(8/10) We didn’t have one of the refurbished rooms. Everything was in good condition. No stains or frays. The couch was uncomfortable. Generally the decor was not my style. I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t love it either.
(10/10) We really like staying in the Tree Houses. We enjoy the somewhat rustic decor.
(8/10) Plenty of furniture that was mostly comfortable and in keeping with the theme of the resort. Artwork was nice if you like horses, again theme of resort.
(10/10) Stayed in one of the refurbished rooms (1 bedroom). They are well done and enjoyed the aesthetic.
(8/10) Nice feel at home kinda vibe. Nothing special.
(4/10) I'm so glad they were refurbishing the rooms soon after our visit because the couch was terrible. While I didn't appear to have any weird stains on it (see Pete's review of the Grand Floridian hotel room), the couch was so uncomfortable we couldn't sit on it. We ended up using it as a holding space for souvenirs and bags and just ended up sitting on the chairs/bed. While nothing else was particularly bad, the decor in general pale's in comparison to other DVC resorts. This is especially evident after seeing the Old Key West refurbished rooms. I'm looking forward to seeing the new rooms next time we stay there.
(8/10) Again. Dated.
(10/10) The decor is equestrian themed-it's not the grey-beige-white decor that Disney has been rolling out in their resorts but it is fun.
(6/10) Feel pretty underwhelmed about the old decor at SSR, but looking forward to seeing the updated rooms!
(6/10) I love the paintings of Disney horses, but the rest of the decor was meh.
(6/10) we did not have a referb room so its showing wear
(10/10) The outdoorsy decor is consistent throughout the treehouse and fits the theme well
(8/10) The décor was nice, but certainly looking forward to a future visit post-refurbishment.
(2/10) I know Saratoga Springs is currently undergoing room renovations but the large fraction of the rooms are still dated and in need of serious TLC. The wood furniture is horribly scratched and knicked. Signs of wear of super prominent on everything from the kitchen counters to the drawers in the bathroom. The kitchen appliances are SEVERELY yellowed, ruining the look of the kitchen.
(8/10) At the time our room had not been refurbished yet but the only thing we truly missed was usb ports.
(6/10) Very dull and bland colors (cabin style colors) neat concept but bland
(8/10) Typical woodsy
(6/10) Room needs to be updated.
(10/10) I love the decor of the treehouse!! And the main living area was actually bigger than I thought it would be.
(4/10) Boring. Almost no Disney touches (one small print had Mickey ears). In the mornings, we could have been waking up to any moderate hotel chain in Des Moines or Aurora or Norfolk. Disney, you've lost that magical feeling you used to impart to your guests.
(8/10) A bit dated, but we were on vacation and not concerned with room decor
(2/10) Dark, insufficient lighting, very dated. Not a good value.
(6/10) I love the paintings of Disney horses, but the rest of the decor was meh.
(8/10) Pleasant enough. Needs more Disney touches.
(8/10) Room is looking dated but still good
(10/10) I loved the preferred room decor. The murphy bed/pulldown (rather than the pull out couch) is a lot more comfortable for other guests staying in a 1 bedroom. There is also the twin pull down under the TV in the living room. The decor was tasteful and modern, filled with many hexagons (my favorite shape).
(10/10) Beautiful. I'm a huge fan of the refurbished look.
(8/10) Meh.
(10/10) Glad to see the refurbished rooms.
(8/10) It was OK.
(8/10) Like the new décor. This place needed an update and it was pretty impressive.
(10/10) Our room was recently remodeled and I was very impressed with the decor. The floors are now hardwood (maybe laminate...not sure) and look very nice compared to carpeting. The floors help to give the room a contemporary look and feel.
(10/10) The room is beautiful!
(8/10) Not heavily themed but nice accomodations.
(10/10) Nice refurbishment, However please consider putting safety grab bars in the showers because the floors were slick.
(10/10) The renovation is a huge upgrade
(10/10) Pull down bed was excellent.
(10/10) Bright and charming. Nothing overdone. Love the remodel.
(10/10) Theming is amazing.
(10/10) Pleasant décor
(10/10) I loved the horse racing pictures with the characters as jockeys
(10/10) Our refurbished villa was superb.
(10/10) Love the Murphy bed set up. It makes the room seem larger that most studios.

(10/10) Hello everyone!

(10/10) Greetings my name is Matt D'Agati.

(4/5) we love the carriage house, it is a great place for a multi-generational family to eat and relax
(4/5) Dislike that they took out the round seating area, it looked nice and was handy. It added character to the open space too.
(3/5) We didn't visit any of the common areas or the lobby.
(3/5) We did visit the quick serv restaurant here but I saw nothing that was outstanding. Very basic seating and a gift shop that must be one of the smallest on property!
(5/5) The lobby was nice. One day it was raining very hard, and the life guards from the pool came to the lobby and colored and played games with the kids.
(4/5) Love the atmosphere but they could have more seating. There where multiple times all the seating was full so you had to sit in the quick service.
(4/5) We don’t ever hang out in the main building at Saratoga like we do other lobbies
(5/5) BEAUTIFUL CHRISTMAS SETTING. THE GINGERBREAD DISPLAY WAS GORGEOUS
(5/5) BEAUTIFUL CHRISTMAS SETTING. THE GINGERBREAD DISPLAY WAS GORGEOUS
(5/5) Very clean
(3/5) Did not visit
(4/5) Strange that the sidewalk and bridge washing was performed on Saturday AM as this is a prime departure time - creating a convenience problem and the potential to get clothes and luggage wet. The water hose created a hazard and an impediment for luggage. In addition,
one of the workers did not yield as I was walking back and I had to go around him - strange way to treat an owner.
I did notice every other time a guest was on the same path as a cast member, the cast member moved or started to move. When a CM is pushing an item it was easier and faster for me to move.
ATM was down on the day of departure Made proper tipping difficult.
(5/5) very clean and functional hall and common areas.
(4/5) Lobby was fine. Thought for Xmas they would decorate a little
(3/5) Not very Christmas looking
(2/5) Simply because of the location. We were put the Carousel Building which was way to far from the lobby, common area and food court. Without waiting for an internal bus shuttle or a very long walk in the middle of August in the heat we could not enjoy our refillable mugs or breakfast, lunch or shopping. I wish we were shown a map and given a couple choice as to what building we wanted to stay in. What we did see needed updating and they were in the process of updated the food court the day we were there so we couldn't get refills we were offered cans.
(3/5) We are owners at Boulder Ridge Villas and Beach Club Villas so we are used to larger common areas
(4/5) They were clean and well taken care of but I am not a fan of the decor. It reminds me of a retirement home.
(5/5) Beautifully decorated for Christmas.
(5/5) While checking in and leaving the resort, the cast members were extremely nice and calm. It was my Aunts first time staying in a Disney Resort in a long time (when Hollywood Studios was called MGM Studios). So, the cast members were extremely nice and calm with my Aunt who really didn’t understand how to do certain things.
(5/5) neat and clean, well organized
(5/5) The lobby was decorated, very festive, clean not very congested with other members.
(4/5) Satisfied. It’s a lobby but visually when checking in it seems like it’s a waste of space especially with the round chair which used to sit in the middle now gone
(3/5) The lobby and shop could be improved. The layout is strange and the shop is very small compared to other resorts.
(3/5) We did not go to any of the common areas on this trip.
(3/5) Needs most attention. The shop is very small, the quick service is not great and the table service restaurant is average. The lobby whilst clean and tidy, lacks the awe factor compared to some other deluxe resorts.
(4/5) The lobby tree looked very nice. It was mid November when we visited so all of the Christmas decor was up. Comparatively to the Boardwalk or other resorts, their area to sell ornaments or gingerbread was somewhat lackluster.
(3/5) Not many common areas by the treehouses.. taking a bus to the common areas was annoying.
(5/5) I loved the decor and everything was clean. The soda fountain machines were closed in the Artist Pallet the day we arrived. They were finishing up the refurbishment. We didn’t go up there again until the end of the week. Everything was done by then.
(5/5) While there is no lobby at the Tree House Villas the outdoor common area were kept very clean. Leaves and pine needles were swept up daily.
(4/5) Comfortable and clean. Nothing special but nothing bad either.
(3/5) Not a large area and someplace we went only 1 time.
(4/5) The lobby to me is very neutral. There is nothing bad about it but nothing also stands out as noteworthy. Construction on the food court at just started when we were leaving which impeded the flow of foot traffic as we were meandering around on the last day. I like the feel of the bar/lounge as it's never busy during the day and is a relaxing space to exist in.
(5/5) Great main pool area and the property is beautiful
(5/5) We love the Carriage House and Artist Palette.
(4/5) Comfortable and kind of dated.
(4/5) Very nice resort
(5/5) Beautiful and clean!
(3/5) Lobby and common areas were ok. Nothing was flashy or stood out. The area where the food court/merchandise was in my opinion looked dumpy and seemed as if it did not belong in a value resort, much less a deluxe
(3/5) Did not spend time in the lobby.
(4/5) Didn't spend much time in the common areas
(4/5) Comfortable and kind of dated.
(4/5) Not much by the way of decor, but pleasant enough, and well kept.
(4/5) A little far from Congress Park to fill your resort refillable mug
(5/5) Did not use any
(5/5) Very clean, good markings for social distance, many cast members around, even though it was not very busy.
(5/5) Very nice.
(2/5) Didn't see becasue we were encouraged not to go and instead to use onlne app.
(5/5) Eerily quiet. Recall first time walking in the resort and having all cast members busy with guests. To seeing only 1(one) cast member working.
(3/5) As expected. Nothing special about them. Saw a lot more weeds and dead areas in the landscaping than usual.
(4/5) Just passed through
(5/5) The lobby areas and common areas were clean (very important).
(5/5) Lobby was great
(5/5) All good.
(4/5) I liked the lobby at SS, but it isn't too special. They had just enough seating for my wife and I to have a comfortable time while waiting for our Magical Express.
(5/5) Never went to the lobby of Saratoga Springs, but the grounds are beautiful.
(5/5) Under construction, yet still very happy with the common areas /Lobby
(4/5) We never went into the lobby
(5/5) The hotel is very picturesque and the grounds are beautiful.

(6/15) The rooms are in desperate need of a rehab. In my opinion they are a few years overdue. We had a two bedroom handicap accessible room and it was beat up!
The entry door was very difficult to open, and we had to have a great debate with housekeeping/maintenance over if it was operational or not-I finally had to say if my 70 year old parents, one in a scooter and one who just got done 6 months of chemo can't get it in it's not operational-PERIOD!
Turned out the hinges needed adjusting and WD40-which isn't a terribly hard solution and not one worth a debate with a customer.
(9/15) The rooms need updating. Furniture worn. Carpet stained and woodwork chipped.
(12/15) SSR is currently under renovation therefore rather broken up due to the ongoing construction.
(15/15) Restrooms and dining areas always clean. Love the large restrooms by the spa!
(12/15) Satisfactory but not overly impressed. Looking forward to going back and staying in a renovated room.
(15/15) I had a renevated room and it was very nice
(9/15) Again, nothing bad or good here. It was fine, not super themed, and nothing that impressed me.
(9/15) Some dated looks and debri in exterior hallways, but nothing horrible.
(12/15) Lots of construction during our stay.
(12/15) I thought the grounds were beautiful.
(12/15) There were not any major issues but the main areas seemed clean. The always around our building could do with the refresh that is coming.
(15/15) THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS SPOTLESS AND ALWAYS KEPT UP WITH
(15/15) THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS SPOTLESS AND ALWAYS KEPT UP WITH
(15/15) It’s always great
(9/15) NA
(12/15) Age is showing in little ways - the refurbishment will take care of that. Used the kitchen more on this trip than previous visits and there was enough plates, etc and appliances.
(12/15) Resort was clean. Boat to Disney springs was clean.
(15/15) Room clean but not refurbished yet
(15/15) Very clean.
(12/15) It was very nice from what we seen. It was very late. The grounds were beautiful.
(15/15) No complaints
(12/15) The hotel was clean but looks like it could use an update. They are doing a wonderful job refurbishing the rooms, I hope it carries over into the lobby areas.
(15/15) There was no trash anywhere and in the food area, the tables were very clean.
(15/15) extremely clean and beautiful grounds
(15/15) The rooms were perfect as always.
(12/15) It’s up kept however I can see more signs of wear and tear than in my previous visit there 6 months earlier.
(15/15) Generally seems very clean and well kept.
(6/15) We stayed in an older room pre-renovation
(15/15) No issues with cleanliness of the resort, looked immaculate and the golf course makes the resort look very picturesque.
(12/15) It was fine. There was nothing spectacular about it and it was very ready for its scheduled renovations.
(12/15) We stayed in The Springs in a room that was not yet refurbished. Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was definitely in need of refurb. The bed and furniture has seen better days.
(9/15) We did not spend much time around the rest of the resort.
(15/15) All the common areas we were in were clean and in good condition.
(15/15) We had absolutely no problems. Our villa was very clean when we moved in. Everything was in working order.
(12/15) All of the common / public areas were pretty well kept except for construction clutter and mess in parking lots that couldn't be avoided.
Unfortunately there seemed to be a lot of discourteous smokers while we were there who just left cigarette butts all over the grounds instead of putting them in the receptacles provided.
A few minor maintenance issues on the exterior of our building but again was about to be refurbished.
(12/15) Room although not a refurbished one was very clean.
(15/15) The resort itself is very clean. I didn't notice any wear and tear in common areas. No garbage cans or clutter. I think because the resort is so spread out, the main building probably doesn't see as much foot traffic as other resorts which probably makes it easier to maintain a clean look.
(12/15) The common areas and pools are maintained and clean.
(12/15) The refurbished rooms are quite nice. The other ones, not very.
(12/15) The hotel is just fine. We did not have a referb room so it was showing wear. But it was clean
(15/15) Very clean and tidy.
(12/15) Treehouse was for the most part clean. Room needed updating. Dryer had to be fixed during the stay
(12/15) Our room was not one of the refurbished rooms but was clean and in good order.
(15/15) Stayed in one of the newly renovated Congress Park rooms. Bland, generic, but obviously in good shape and clean.
(15/15) Our Saratoga Springs GrandStand 1 bedroom was very clean and everything in working order
(6/15) Very outdated.
(12/15) The refurbished rooms are quite nice. The other ones, not very.
(15/15) All common areas, grassy areas, roads and paths were very nice.
(6/15) Needs a refurb
(15/15) The refurbished one bedroom was stunning!!!
(12/15) Even though one of the remodedled units still felt like a side of the highway motel.
(15/15) Definitely clean and being painted by the palette and the carriage house
(12/15) Exterior areas were clena for the most part. Rude people left empty coffee cups, cigarette butts, etc., but that isn't the fault of the resort.
(12/15) Room was clean, hallways always had laundry carts etc. A bit of a hazard.
(15/15) We stayed in the Grandstand location and we had a recently remodeled room. Disney did a very good job on this room remodel. It was very modern and welcoming.
(15/15) Newly refurbished room - very clean. Common areas seemed to be clean as well.
(15/15) Very clean
(9/15) room was very clean outside balcony could use a good cleaning
(15/15) I never saw any cleanliness problems. Everything was nice and the rooms were new.
(15/15) Newly renovated room was beautiful! Carousel Villa
(15/15) Always clean and presentable
(15/15) See below
(15/15) Grounds and buildings were very clean, no obvious signs of wear or trash.
(9/15) Since we used points we never did get any room service other than towels and trash. For a resort that had been recently renovated, some of the chairs had handles broken off, door trim cracked, door hinges with different screws/cracked sill. The shower leaked water on the floor, lights out. Although the refresh was long over due, our room looked to have been done in a hurry with a lack of quality control.
(15/15) Always love parking right outside of our villa, unload our luggage and head over to DS for a bite to eat. Clean and cold fridge to put our cold thing in. Hack: put some frozen water bottles or ice in bags, in the fridge to kick start the cooling. Bright, cherry, roomy and not stuffy, SSR alway makes me feel as though I am really on vacation.
(4/5) We enjoy The Artist Palette and Turf Club. Plus with older parents having an indoor quick service with ample seating is important for us.
(2/5) Food quality was not good. Ate 2 dinners and neither were good.
(3/5) Need more choices esp. at the Artist's Palette
(5/5) We love Artists Palette...like the options. Service at some lunches was a little slower than usual, which was unusual. Love that AP takes TIW. Liked our lunch at Paddock Grill, great fish tacos. Sad that Paddock Grille does not take TIW.
(4/5) We tend to eat more in the parks so we only eat quick service here once, maybe twice, during out stay. There burgers are pretty good.
(5/5) The proximity to Disney Springs makes it worth the stay.
(4/5) We ate at Artist's Pallette for lunch, the pizza was pretty good and the crust looked made in house, husband had a sandwich that was big and we felt that it was good value. We also had lunch at the pool in the Paddock and I thought that was excellent, good burgers, fresh fries and excellent staff.
(3/5) We aren’t big steak eaters and the steakhouse seemed overpriced
(5/5) We loved Artist's Palate and lucked out with a room that was a short walk from the building. There were a lot of breakfast options for various diets, and we ordered sides and other choices very easily. Typically, there was not a wait for food or cashiers.
(4/5) The counter service was good and the seating was nice.
(5/5) We loved the quick service location. We had breakfast there most mornongs and most mornings we had the breakfast pizza. We actually started making our own version at home after this trip. We liked most of the things we tried at this location.
(3/5) The quick service was just ok.
(3/5) The Saratoga Food Court/Area does not have enough hot offerings. THey need to mix it up and have a more variety as well as having basic item such as burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches.
(5/5) I LOVE THAT THERE ARE VARIOUS RESTAURANTS TO CHOOSE FROM EVEN WHEN YOU ARE IN THE PARKS
(5/5) I LOVE THAT THERE ARE VARIOUS RESTAURANTS TO CHOOSE FROM EVEN WHEN YOU ARE IN THE PARKS
(5/5) Choice of nice sit down restaurant and a great cafe, also very close to Disney Springs
(3/5) NA
(4/5) No DVC discount at Artist Palate for quick service was very disappointing. Cupcakes were disappointing - choice, taste, cost.
Overall, the prices are high. I live in a high-cost area (downstate NY) and the prices at WDW were only a tad higher for food than I paid at home - now it is quite notably higher - I was never so happy to pay airport food prices
Closing the Soda fountain at the Paddock Pool so early was inconvenient.
(4/5) In our resort ‘ok’ in WDW Very Satisfied
(2/5) We had reservations at the Turf club but the were out of everything we left and got a pizza at artist point.
(4/5) Food ok the Artists Palette way too small and not many options
(4/5) The Turf Club was good, but not fabulous.
(2/5) Our room was too far from the main building to try the dining options. We did have the breakfast bounty platters the day we were leaving to go back to the airport and they were very good.
(3/5) Unless you count Disney Springs as a dining option (which we love) we did not dine at the resort. The main building was a pretty good hike from our room and we were close to Disney Springs so chose to go there when needed.
(2/5) We didn't try the Turf Club but the quick service was lacking. We did take the boat to Disney Springs for some meals which was very convenient.
(4/5) We did not dine there.
(4/5) Not many options although I found my way to the Paddcock pool area, lovely bar and very tasty burger and fries. visted Artist's Palette 2x for take out breakfast not many options although I enjoyed my mickey waffles.
(4/5) The option was ok. It is not Disney Springs
(2/5) The main Artists Palette quick service is small and can take a long time to get food with multiple different queuing points. There is only one table service restaurant, Turf Club, which isn’t open during the day only during the evening. I do like the Paddock Grill though by the paddock pool, the food here always seems to be very nice.
(3/5) Didn’t eat at any of the SSR locations.
(2/5) The area that lets Saratoga down the most. However, as a caveat, it’s proximity to Disney springs more than makes up for this. But considering the resort on its own, the quick service needs improving as well as the table service. However I would also add that the paddocks pool bar is excellent in my view - very rarely commented on in reviews.
(2/5) We only ate at Artist's Palette, but ate there multiple times for different meals. The food was just okay and the service was hit or miss. I preferred travelling to other resorts or Disney Springs to eat.
(4/5) Despite what appears to be popular opinion- I enjoy Artist’s Palette! I enjoy the cheeseburger flatbread. I think there are a lot of great options.
(2/5) It was very annoying to have to wait for a bus to take us to the main part of the resort or a boat to take us to Disney springs if we wanted to eat. And the options to eat at SSR aren’t very good.
(4/5) My whole group and I enjoyed the quick serve Artist Pallet. We ate there the day we checked in and a couple times at the end of the week. The snack stand at the pool was good too. We did not eat at the table service restaurant. I can’t remember the name of it. We mostly ate at the parks and Disney Springs.
(4/5) Only ate at the quick service. Nothing special for the food but as mentioned earlier manager made us feel like welcomed and appreciated each time.
Decent assortment of sandwiches and pizzas. Breakfast was good. All typical disney costs.
(1/5) To long of a walk from building. Only benefit us the building we were in allowed us to walk to Disney Springs, which has great options.
(4/5) Not very conveniant but the food was good and the staff was eveb better.
(3/5) Unfortunately, we didn't utilize the food options on this trip.
(4/5) Only ate the pizza at pool. Am I raving- no Would I eat again-sure
(4/5) Love Artist Palette- Turf Club can be hit or miss.
(4/5) Really appreciated the convenience of Artists Palette, although I will say unless you’re at the buildings very close to the lobby it would not be convenient. We requested the closest buildings to the lobby so we did not have a proximity issue.
(4/5) It was small but adequate. The food was good, not great.
(4/5) The quick serve breakfast was good
(4/5) We only did some breakfasts at Artists Palette; the food was very good.
(5/5) Loved the TS dining and the smoked-salted butter NY strip was phenomenal at the Turf Club. QS options were great especially with availability at the pool bar close to our room.
(4/5) Artists Palette isn't the best, but it was fine.
(1/5) Purchased a resort refillable mug with no heads up that all soda machines were down. Anytime we want a refill at the main lobby we were handed a can of soda.
(4/5) Not great, not awful. Chip n Dale's was solid, as was the Turf Club.
(5/5) We enjoy a few table service meals during our vacation. During our recent trip we dined at Trattoria al Forno, Olivia's Cafe, Teppan Edo, Beaches and Cream, and Disney Springs Wolfgang Puck bar and grill. We enjoyed all of our meals and look forward to repeat visits for some of our favorite restaurants.
(2/5) Food quality was not that good for the prices that are charged. Check-out area is shared with the store. Crowded, difficult to navigate in a timely manner, no straws! Recommend you go somewhere else or use "Door Dash"
(4/5) It was small but adequate. The food was good, not great.
(2/5) We only ate in the artist’s palette. For what they are charging, I would expect more than cafeteria fare.
(4/5) While the food at the Carriage House was meh, we were close to Disney Springs so I'm counting that as a Saratoga dining option.
(3/5) I did not dine at SS.
(3/5) We didn't eat at the resort. Walking to Disney Springs was a nice bonus though!
(2/5) WAYYYYYY TO EXPENSIVE, multi million dollar business takes every penny they can get
(4/5) One quick service. DS a five minute walk.
(1/5) No sit down options. Other options very limited.
(4/5) With Paddock grille closed utilized the Turf Club small appetizer menu it hit the spot
(3/5) Did not dine there
(2/5) Very limited food options. Especially at the main pool area. And dinner was pretty much not an option there so you were forced to wlak over to Disney Springs and fight the crowds there every night. Really go tirted of doing that, just wanted to stay at the resort but no decent food available. And with the boats not running it's a VERY, VERY, long walk to get to Disney Springs.
(4/5) Fine for quick
(2/5) Sadly, the only option available for gluten intolerance is a salad.
(4/5) This grade is more incomplete because the Turf Club was not open when we went. We ate breakfast twice and breakfast was good. We enjoyed the platter that included eggs, a Mickey waffle, sausage and bacon. I also had the wrap (egg) which was very good. We had lunch one day and I would have liked more choices, I chalk this up to the restaurant recovering from the pandemic so I'll give it some slack. The cheese steak was "okay" but I'm used to Philly cheese steaks. All told I do like the Artist's Palette but it needs more items added to the menu.
(5/5) We enjoyed several meals at Artists Pallet
(3/5) We didn't dine at the resort but the Chip and Dale snack location - golf course side of main building - has great sandwiches at great prices. Sandwich/chips and a domestic beer for around $12.
(5/5) Artist pallet was great. People were very helpful well done.
(5/5) All very good.
(4/5) good food from paddock pool bar
(5/5) Artist's pallet is a nice choice if wanting to save a little money. Being so close to DS is great for dinning though.
(2/5) My phone did not work with the QR code I. The Artists Pallet so ordering was difficult. Additionally. There was only one person working at the bar near the pool in the Springs area. The Emil was by himself during the lunch crowd, mixing drinks, serving food, etc. I waited 45 minuted, in the hot sun, to get a lunch order. Needed more help there.
(4/5) Dining at resort is limited, but it's an easy walk to Disney Springs with many fantastic dining options.
(5/5) a lot of staff standing around when you changed from ordering, paying, getting a number and waiting for them to bring it to you. This time four cast were standing at the pickup counter.
(5/5) We were in Congress Park, so a quick walk to Disney Springs provided unlimited dining options. The quick service restaurant at SS was also a short walk.
(2/5) No sit down restaurant was open
(3/5) Did not try to dine there, but it seemed there were good places to dine.
(5/5) The pool location also have delicious offerings.

(10/10) Absolutely love the pools at SSR. Main pool is lovely with good hot tub access. Easy walk from anywhere in the resort.Paddock pool good for kids, nosier for adults. Congress Park pool is lovely at night. Also did the Purple Martin walk offered at the resort. Very informative.
(4/10) Pool hours were not posted/given accurately. The pool Area itself was very nice.
(10/10) I love the Springs pool. It is my favorite pool so far versus the Contemporary and Bay Lake Tower and Old Key West.
(6/10) N/A
(10/10) We spent several hours at the Paddock pool. My sons (5 and 2) absolutely loved the kids area. Good slides and a good amount of space to spread out. Lots of seating and umbrellas. The larger pool was also very nice with zero entry and only went to a 4 foot depth. Perfect for kids, but no diving of course.
(10/10) We lucked out with a great room location, and we were right between two pools. Both offered something different, and we used both at different times. The kids' activities were great for DS8, and he enjoyed having options. Even when the parks were busy, the pool was not busy, and we enjoyed relaxing there.
(8/10) The pools looked great but we did not have a chance to use them. We did go to the campfire and make s'mores and the kids loved that.
(10/10) We where in the springs so we tried 2 of the different pools because we where between 2 different pools. We enjoyed both and liked that they where zero entry and had lots of room and chairs.
(10/10) Plenty of pools and plenty of chairs at the main pool
(10/10) MY HUSBAND LOVES TO SWIM AND WE ALWAYS USE THE 8500 BUILDING TO BE CLOSE TO THE QUIET POOL. I LOVE TO SUNBATH AND RELAX IN THE POOL AS WELL.
(10/10) MY HUSBAND LOVES TO SWIM AND WE ALWAYS USE THE 8500 BUILDING TO BE CLOSE TO THE QUIET POOL. I LOVE TO SUNBATH AND RELAX IN THE POOL AS WELL.
(10/10) Choice of quiet pools or the large whole family pool
(6/10) NA
(10/10) A highlight of the trip - Pool opening a little earlier than 10 AM would have been more convenient for our use.
(6/10) Too cold to use pool
(6/10) Our building did not have a pool or immediate recreation so we either had to walk to the paddock pool or the longer walk to the main pool. We only did that once because it was not convenient.
(10/10) Great time at the main pool
(10/10) I'm more of a quiet pool person and enjoyed the pool in the Grandstand section.
(8/10) It was nice when we had our resort day and went to the pool that was by our room. It was nice, calm, and clean.
(10/10) kids loved the pools, the lifeguards were alert and friendly
(8/10) We did not use the pool or any other recreation.
(10/10) Had a great time enjoying the main pool and the Paddock pools.
(10/10) Was very pleased that the pool in the Grandstand section was 24 hours.
(10/10) I love the fact there are two feature pools at this resort (high rock springs and the paddock pools) both with slides.
So you can choose whether to go to one with cast member entertainment/activities or not. The children’s areas at the paddock pool and grandstand pool are both great. There are generally lots of pools to choose from and most areas of the resort have a pool close by.
(4/10) Too far away from our room to really enjoy.
(10/10) Saratoga has 2 excellent pools each with its own good standard pool bar. A 3rd pool also has a pool bar and a kids splash area and there is a 4th quiet pool. This makes the pools a much more relaxing experience. For me it’s the most underrated resort for pools.
(10/10) It wasn't too crowded at any pool despite being the middle of the summer. Facilities were clean and there were a lot of shaded areas to sit when out of the pool.
(10/10) I love the main pool at the springs. The pool is called High Rock Springs. Great slide, hot tub and entertainment.
(6/10) We did not use the pool this stay. If we had kids with us, the treehouses would not be good because there is not much for them to do and the pool that was there was pretty standard/boring. We would go to the main resort pool if we had kids with us.
(8/10) The main pool areas need more seating.
(10/10) We were in the Paddock so we used that pool. The other pools are all pretty far from the paddock. It’s very nice, but not very big. It has a water slide. Even though the pool is medium sized, it was never crowded.
(8/10) Although it is a very small pool it is never busy, so therefore it is enjoyable as a place to swim and relax, maybe read a little.
(10/10) Every area of buildings had their own pools. We never used the main pool although it looked nice and always had activities going it was usually crowded.
The pool in our area was open 24 hours which we absolutely loved as a way to cool off and relax after a long day in the parks.
The other pool nearest us had a great waterslide and sack bar and wasn't overly crowded.
Waked by another pool that looked like a nice quiet pool.
(8/10) Variety of pool options,
(10/10) Lots of choices. Nice areas plenty of seating. Poolls were very busy, but option of numerous pools made finding a nice spot easy.
(6/10) Unfortunately, we didn't utilize the pool/recreation on this trip.
(10/10) I enjoy SSR pools.
(10/10) The pools are amazing, slides and splash pads/kiddie play areas are fun. Also the pool rec. staff is wonderful.
(8/10) We didn’t use any of it, but it seemed nice.
(8/10) the pool is nice and not overly crowded
(10/10) The pools were very nice, well maintained and nicely heated.
(8/10) The main pool was incredible and the smaller pools closer to our room were great as well. My daughter loved the slide!
(6/10) We didn’t use the pool or recreation areas.
(6/10) Was too cold to swim.
(10/10) We only went to the treehouse pool this visit but it was perfect quiet place to relax and enjoy the nature setting
(10/10) Great pools
(10/10) Great water slide at the main pool!
(10/10) We were near the Quiet Pool in Congress Park, so it was open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and had no loud music parties or pool games. Hard to beat being steps away from a hot tub that was open late.
(10/10) We enjoyed a nightly movie on the lawn and the complimentary generous full bag of popcorn
(8/10) The Tree House Villas has a very small pool that is well maintained.
(8/10) We didn’t use any of it, but it seemed nice.
(6/10) It was too cold to enjoy the pools. They looked nice, though.
(10/10) I enjoyed the main pool area very briefly. It was later, almost before closing, and there were only a few guests around. Very relaxing!
(6/10) Didn't use any of this.
(10/10) Area was clean and socially distanced.
(10/10) Clean. Main pool was great. First time I went to Grandstand pool it was perfect
(10/10) Nicely themed and area seemd clean.
(8/10) On a 94 degree day they closed the pool at 4 PM for lifeguard training. Really, in the middle of the day when it was extremely hot.
(8/10) We spent one afternoon at the pool which was right outside our room and it was very relaxing.
(8/10) Pools were pretty crowded and social distancing was not followed. We left after a short time and did not go back to the pools
(8/10) Pools were pretty crowded and social distancing was not followed. We left after a short time and did not go back to the pools
(10/10) Maybe the best water play area for small kids on property outside of the Poly - also the pool bar is great

(4/10) As the population ages, mobility scooters are becoming more numerous. Each bus can only hold 2. This can create a backlog of folks on scooters waiting for transportation. More busses to the "hot" parks (like DHS this season) might help.
(8/10) Overall we had good bus service, right in line with the 20 minute timeframe. Big frustration when we leave the parks and bus filled with people going to Disney Springs not SSR. Just frustrating. Disney needs to run buses to Disney Springs all day not just after 4.
(8/10) Bus rides back from parks are very long, as they stop several times in the resort. Miss the days of a separate internal bus route. Having them combines makes for a very long bus ride.
(8/10) Had to wait too long for the bus once, maybe twice this trip. Always happens at least once at any resort we stay at. It would be nice if they were able to work out that kink and be more responsive when they get off of timing.
(8/10) We used the bus once, we were an easy walk to the Congress Park bus stop. But was not full and we arrived quickly. This was the afternoon though and it was raining. With so many stops, I can imagine you might be waiting for the bus often.
(10/10) The boats to Disney springs were very convenient
(8/10) For us, we didn't have issues with the large resort, and were close to the main bus stop, so we primarily used that one. It was often faster to get off at a different stop and walk, but it took us a few days to learn that.
(10/10) We normally rent a car but this time we used the buses and it worked out great. Our room was right next to the pick up so we never waited for the bus.
(4/10) This was the worst part of the trip. The buses where always full and took a long time to arrive. Multiple times we waited 30 - 40 minutes for a bus where we had to stand. The boat to Disney springs where a little better bit the wait at disney springs normally seemed long for the distance to the resort.
(4/10) Busses were frequent but often full at the last stop by the springs
(10/10) THE BUS DRIVERS ARE SO HELPFUL WITH MY HUSBAND BEING IN A ECV. IF HE HAS A TOUGH TIME GETTING ONTO THE BUS BECAUSE ANOTHER PASSEMGER DOES NOT WANT TO MOVE FROM THEIR SEAT THE DRIVER ALWAYS ASSISTS HIM IN PARKING HIS ECV ON THE BUS.
(8/10) Buses arrival times could be better
(4/10) Need better signage as to where units are, it is a very big place
(2/10) Had to wait one hour for bus to Hollywood Studios one morning. But each day at least 40 minutes wait. Resort is too big.
(4/10) Still an issue after all these years - though seemed to a bit better. Carousel bus stop monitor down the entire stay did not help. As usual one day with long waits, 3 Animal Kingdom buses before 1 Hollywood bus. when I got to MCO.
(4/10) by far, the worst transportation even experienced in all my visits. waited at a minimal 30 to 50, yes 50 minutes for a bus. the boat to Disney Springs was great, just a few minutes each trip to and from the resort. but to the parks, very poor. i even started timing them when i got to the bus stop so i woul know for sure when i say 50 minutes i am not kidding.
(6/10) We didn't use
(4/10) Buses showed up full
(8/10) Buses ran good just a huge resort
(8/10) A couple of times we waited about 50 minutes for the bus we needed. At least three times, which cut it close for our fast passes and a least late for one of our dinner reservations at the Yachtsman Steakhouse. They were very gracious at the steakhouse and were very kind and still let us in.
(6/10) We used a car or walked to Disney Springs.
(10/10) We were the first bus stop which was a convenient walk from our room. The boat transportation to Disney Springs was amazing.
(10/10) Bus and boat transportation was very good. At one point, I had a bus driver that went the opposite route that he was supposed to go and instead of me being the first stop, I was like the third or fourth but it took 20 minutes for us to arrive at the room. After that minor hiccup, everything was good.
(10/10) busses ran well and on time
(8/10) It's all buses with the exception of the morning I went to HS. I used an Uber for that trip since it was 4:30AM. I personally do not mind using the bus to everywhere. Unless it is first thing in the morning, or right at park close, the bus is usually only have full.
(8/10) Really can't complain, buses were pretty much on schedule. I knew this staying here as this is one of my home resorts, the downside to this resort is, its large and spread out too many stops. Returning buses from Theme Parks were surprisingly good
(10/10) Either bus or water taxi to Disney Springs excellent timing
(10/10) We had no bus issues at he Grandstand section.
(8/10) With the new bus information in My Disney Experience we found the busses to be great this year. We could go down to the bus stop just as a bus was about to arrive by checking it on the app first. The boat to Disney Springs is also nice. It would be nice to have more options for for transport though, for example the skyliner.
(8/10) Buses came often, but the nearest stop was still a long walk from our room.
(10/10) Because the resort is walking distance to Disney Springs I’ve included this factor here as location isn’t covered as a point. With regular buses and boat transportation it moves up high on rating.
(8/10) I prefer not to have multiple stops at my resort, but that jsut comes with this resort and I understand why. We never waited more than 25 minutes for any bus we needed, and the boats were very easy to use and had great cast members driving them.
(4/10) I have never been a fan of the bus service here. It’s quite slow and it feels as if you wait forever. Also- if you are at congress park or the springs and a bus is filling up, your stop will be skipped.
(2/10) The main con for me during this stay at the treehouses was how inconvenient transportation was. In order to get to the parks, you have to wait for a bus to the main part of the resort and then wait for another bus to the park so it takes twice as long to get somewhere. Even the boat to Disney springs was only picking up from treehouse villas at very limited times of the day.
(8/10) Busses were the only Disney Transportation option. Sometimes we had to wait about 20 minutes for a bus. Anytime we needed to get somewhere quick (like running late for a dining reservation) we opted to use Lyft.
(6/10) We had a rental car and did not use Disney Transport.
(8/10) We never had to wait more than 15 minutes for the buses where we wanted to go although it took a little planning to make sure you knew when the bus you needed was coming and how to get the most use out of the internal bus.
(8/10) Busses ran regularly and had minimal waits, minor annoyance related to the multiple stops
(10/10) Bus located right out back of building. Nice walk to Disney Springs.
(8/10) Only transportation option to the parks is the bus. The Springs is the last stop on the way out of the resort so getting to the parks was easy enough. You are also a short walk to the boat dock that goes to Disney Springs.
(6/10) Rented car
(4/10) Because of the multiple bus stops, this was our least favorite part about staying here. You have to build in at least an hour or more to your schedule if you want to get to a reservation or a fast pass on time. My family ended up using uber a couple of times because the busses weren’t running on time or the monitor with the bus arrivals/departures kept displaying that the bus was going to be later and later. This was the most inconvenient part of our trip and has caused us to consider other resorts.
(4/10) We were on the fourth stop out of five, and more than once the buses were full. The stop was very close, however.
(4/10) Bus transportation is not convenient having to go to the main building of the resort to go elsewhere on property.
(4/10) This was probably our only negative. Two mornings in a row, we were jammed into buses that were beyond standing room only. Given the money paid for this resort, I'd say the transportation, if heading to the park first thing in the morning, needs improvement. We ended up using Minnie Vans most mornings, just because the over-crowding made my family of 6 feel uncomfortable. I think Disney could up their game in terms of bus transportation during busy times.
(8/10) Transportation at this resort is plentiful. Boats to Disney Springs arrive frequently and if you are staying near The Grandstand, it’s a quick 3 minute walk. Bus stops are conveniently placed throughout the resort, though our entire stay the times on the app did not update. My only real complaint about transportation at Saratoga Springs is that the line leaving the parks is always extending out of the queue for this resort, making your wait and experience on the ride back unenjoyable.
(8/10) At first I thought it would be difficult using transportation with so many stops however with two bus locations to choose from just a short distance from our room and barely waiting at all I would give this an A plus.
(8/10) We stayed close to the first bus stop, so the buses were never full.
(4/10) Number of stops, time frame to get places had to be adjusted. Boat to disney springs was good, but other than that it was mediocre.
(2/10) The bus system is so poor and varying.
(8/10) Buses were okay. Walkability to Disney Springs is always a plus.
(10/10) Buses were amazing. Timely and plentiful. One benefit of the Grand Stand location is easy access to two bus stops; Grand Stand and The Springs
(4/10) We were on the fourth stop out of five, and more than once the buses were full. The stop was very close, however.
(4/10) Being one of the last stops, there were times that the bus was too full to allow any more passengers.
(8/10) Buses came frequently enough even all the way down at Congress Park. It was also easy to walk over to Disney Springs and use transportation from there.
(10/10) For some reason some of the buses would show up not showing where they were going. We would have to ask where are they going.
(6/10) I live in FL and always use my own car. I will say I was very satisfied with the walking path!
(6/10) We had a car.
(10/10) Rented a car but used internal transportation a couple times without issue.
(2/10) Long waits for buses. No boats to Disney Springs. Shorter walkway past golf course closed so had to walk all the way around to get to House of Blues.
(8/10) Getting picked up over 3 hours by bus until flight departure time. A little over the top
But ME did push our time out when I told them our flight was delayed
(2/10) No boats to Disney Springs. Universal is running their boats. Why can't Disney? The internal bus to Disney Springs takes forever to wait for.
(6/10) I used my own vehicle
(2/10) Bus transportation unreliable. Cab service unreliable. (Called for a taxi, it never showed) Sad that the resort now advertises on the resort channel that your parking is free if you drive yourself since their service in unreliable. Also, a 2 hour wait for Magical Express at the airport. Shame on Disney.
(2/10) BY the time they GOT there all ...ways full ended up driving ourselves.
(8/10) For the most part our bus service was very good. I was worried that we would have long wait times but the service was on time from the resort going to the parks...staying at the Grandstand location does help. We did experience longer wait times leaving the parks and I attribute this to social distancing on the buses. I assume this will get better moving forward.
(4/10) Bus issues remain - COVID or not. Waited 50 minutes for a bus at Epcot close. There were still people in the queue when I boarded. I took pictures of the other bus loading areas. None had more than a few people waiting while the SSR area was overflowing.
(10/10) Disney transportation was very good. Having the data boards at to pick-up and drop off areas to let you know when the next bus arrives is great. Sadly Disney is stopping Magical express. it has been a great service. The train of the future is going to be interesting to deal with. People will not want to wait hours for a train to get the the Magic. Disney Magical express made things simple and great.
(10/10) We used buses occasionally, but we rented a car.
(10/10) We used buses occasionally, but we rented a car.
(4/10) The buses are brutal
(10/10) Bus service was better than ever.
(4/10) we walked over to disney springs i have a bad knee so wanted to take a bus back big mistake took 45 minutes for bus to show up
(10/10) Busses are what they are. No complaints. It was nice that they provide a golf cart to take you and your luggage to your room at check in and come pick you up for check out.
(10/10) Never an issue to and from Saratoga
(8/10) Only took the bus a couple of times as we drove, one time it got VERY crowded on the way to the park,
(4/10) We have stayed here many times in the past and never had issues but the buses to the parks were fine, getting back was another story. We waited almost an hour to return from Magic Kingdom (lady said we had a driver with no bus) and 40 minutes from Disney Springs.

(6/10) This is tough, we didn't spend very many points for our short stay but the room was not special or 'Disney'. I'll be very interested to see how this resort changes when the renovations are finished.
(8/10) While the theming isn't over the top, and some would consider this resort boring, we really loved it. We've stayed at about half of the Disney resorts, and this was one of our favorites. It was quiet, which we liked, and we thought the crowd (primarily adults, not many kids) was good too. The proximity to Disney Springs is great, and we enjoyed the option of walking or taking a bus.
(6/10) I won the trip from the local radio station in our city, so I did not pay for the hotel.
(10/10) Renting DVC made this very affordable. We enjoyed this resort and for the cost of staying moderate we liked the atmosphere.
(10/10) WE LOVE BEING A DVC MEMBER SINCE 2000 - THE ROOMS ARE AWESOME
(10/10) WE LOVE BEING A DVC MEMBER SINCE 2000 - THE ROOMS ARE AWESOME
(10/10) Food price good
(10/10) It would be a nice place just stay at without going to the parks, many trails for walking and Disney springs
(8/10) DVC so will always be a value for the money.
(4/10) price a bit excessive, but otherwise overall everything was perfect.
(6/10) Points wise the AKL or OKW is a much better resort for the same points
(8/10) Only satisfied just because of our bumpy start when we first arrived and had to call for a different room and our building was not close to any of the amenities. Even Port Orleans has more pools and recreation then this deluxe resort.
(8/10) All was great except the flood
(8/10) For staying on property it was a good value. If comparing it to off property like Wyndham Bonnet creek, then not such a great value.
We rented DVC points for this trip and the value was much better than paying regular Disney prices and since it was Thanksgiving week it was nice to have the 60 day fastpass selection.
(10/10) This vacation is one that I will always remember. The upgrade to Saratoga was free (which was AMAZING) and the overall experience was good. I know my Aunt and Grandfather had an amazing time for people who don’t usually go to Disney, like me.
(10/10) great resort for the points required, a bit to expansive but close to Disney Springs a plus
(10/10) DVC member. Home at GF.
(10/10) I am DVC member.
(10/10) Own Saratoga outright so my value was excellent
(10/10) Great point value!!
(10/10) We booked on a UK offer for two weeks in a studio at Saratoga Springs and free dining. This was a good deal in itself as we didn’t have to pay for any food for our two week vacation. We were then very fortunate to be upgraded from a studio to a two bedroom villa! So for the price we paid we got exceptional value
(6/10) Not terrible, but could be better.
(6/10) We used DVC points so it’s not really apples to apples with the amount used to book a cash room. It’s a good value using points, I don’t think it’s a good value booking a cash reservation
(10/10) We were upgraded, we had actually only paid for a studio but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa for 2 weeks so it was a phenomenal surprise.
(6/10) I didn't pay so I guess I can't really tell. I liked the room and those who did pay seemed satisfied.
(10/10) DVC point stay. Saratoga is a great value on points.
(8/10) We used DVC points to stay at the treehouses. With the amount of people staying in the treehouse that we had, the points were worth it.
(10/10) We had never stayed at a Deluxe resort. Our previous visits we stayed All Star Movies, Pop Century, or Port Orleans Riverside. This trip we rented points to get a 2 BR villa and a couple studios. We loved it so much that my brother and I bought into DVC at the end of the week and have already booked our first stay on our own points for October 2020.
(8/10) I wish they hadn't raised the point requirements for the Tree House Villas, but I understand why they did it. I still feel it is a decent value for what you get.
(8/10) Lots of space especially for the points. Going to be tough staying in studios after this stay.
(8/10) Staying here on DVC points is usual a good value compared to some other resorts. I still prefer Old Key West but since my wife and I love Disney Springs, Saratoga Springs is still an acceptable alternative for the points.
(2/10) We have experienced broken, stained and torn furniture-mattresses that one side is sinking-broken tub stops-ants/bugs in the room-NOTHING you would expect to find at WDW.
(4/10) We rented DVC points so it was not full price. We still did not feel like it was worth the money we paid to stay on Disney property. This resort is nice but we could’ve stayed in a truly “deluxe” resort somewhere else in Orlando for much cheaper.
(8/10) As long as you get a refurbished room. And the preferred rooms are worth the slight increase.
(8/10) I equate this resort as beige. Its never my first choice, but its fine if its available. I like this resort, but its just fine.
(10/10) I was able to get incredible deal renting DVC for a king bedroom Villa. If I could get the same deal again or close I would love to stay attention Springs in the future.
(8/10) We rented DVC points, so it was a great value for us.
(6/10) Nice resort, however, I feel those that stay here need to stay not for "disney" to be priority, but rather have a relaxed time
(10/10) This resort is a great value and use of points. It has a lovely theme, is beautifully maintained outside and the proximity to Disney Springs makes it a winner. Even though we do not own at SSR we love the resort.
(8/10) The treehouses are expensive but I hope to return
(10/10) Golf course great
Close to Disney springs.
(8/10) Used DVC points, so cost for room was fine in that it didn't require a lot of them.
(6/10) We didn't purchase DVC for value, N/A
(8/10) As long as you get a refurbished room. And the preferred rooms are worth the slight increase.
(8/10) Being so close to Disney Springs made it worth my while.
(8/10) 30 points for a 1 bedroom in November... I would say that the room is equivalent to the 1 bedrooms at the best DVC resorts (I know this is a can of worms to open, but it's not a debate for me to say that the nicest are probably RR and VGF) but the location is just not great. I would hate to be staying there without a car. And for that, the 30 points is a bit steep.
(10/10) I think SSR is a great value, especially with the new rooms.
(4/10) Overpriced. Only thing going for it really is that it's a Disney resort. The proximity to Disney Springs that is always mentioned is very misleading. No boat transportation and you can't walk past the golf course. So if you are at House of Blues and need to get back to the resort it's a very long walk through crowds after a long day walking around the parks.
(8/10) DVC points
(4/10) This trip was a big let down. So much advertising to come and enjoy and nothing but headaches because they do not have enough help. Long lines for food and long wait times once ordered. Minimal selection. Gluten Free options limited to salad and cookies. If you have a food allergy, go to the grocery store or you'll be hungry. Not much better at the parks either.
(10/10) We are DVC members and I feel that the value that Saratoga has is tops in the DVC world. The service has always been top notch and with rooms being remodeled it makes the stay very nice for the points that we used for our vacation.
(8/10) Great rooms at a decent point level.
(8/10) Prices for food is very expensive at the parks
(10/10) Love Disney.
(10/10) i used davids vacation club and saved big $$
(10/10) One of the cheapest points wise and the value is there. Loved being to close to DS. Hotel was nice and I loved the new room. I don't love how spread out the resort is, but being in Congress Park is a great stay.
(10/10) We're DVC, so this question has a different context than if we were paying cash for the room.
(10/10) As a DVC member I feel the costs are acceptable for what Disney provides us
(6/10) The points chart is very similar to AK which we believe is a better all around experience

(10/10) Hello everyone!
For example:
trig graphscos sin and tan graphscosine graph functionexponential graph onlinecubic graphingfractional graphquadratic functiontrigonometric graph
I would like to know your opinion on how useful and convenient the graph plotting service I created is. If you like it, please share the link to my service on social media.
If you have any comments or suggestions, please write to me via DM or through the contact form on the website. I will definitely consider and apply your advice in practice.
Wishing you all success in your exams and scientific work!
(10/10) Greetings my name is Matt D'Agati.

Overall Impression: Our family enjoys Saratoga Springs. The grounds of the resort are beautiful, and the proximity to Disney Springs is a plus. We like being able to pop over to the Carriage House as a family or separately for meals. The pools are amazing and the rec. department goes above and beyond with the kids at the pools.
The rooms just need some serious love-I understand they are working on it but it's a shame it got so bad before they got started on the rehab.

Overall Impression: SSR is an underrated resort. It is not that spread out and most cases you can take a bus to the main area, just hop on any one. Grounds are impeccable and peaceful, such a nice escape from the parks. Pool selection is amazing. Huge benefit being next to Disney Springs...we walked over there all the time. Makes it easy to resort hop too, just grab a bus in DS.Staff is friendly and helpful...their bell services is so responsive. It IS due for the rehab underway, but the rooms are still okay and quite usable. We prefer SSR over any other DVC resort, and not just for ease of booking. We plan out at 11 months.

Overall Impression: I really, really like Saratoga Springs. It is always easy to book and I like the theme of the resort and I'm super excited for the refurbishment scheduled. Once that happens, this will be our ideal resort to stay at. It's cheapest on points and has elevators in the buildings which is better than Old Key West. I like that it's spread out and there is a ton of things to do there compared to the other resorts we've stayed at.

Overall Impression: As I said I have DVC and this is my home resort I really don’t like it I have stayed there several times I liked the Tree Houses but it took way too long to go from there to the Springs to get a bus to go anywhere. The gift shop is also way too small they didn’t have any Christmas ornaments at Christmas time

Overall Impression: We would try a different deluxe resort. This one is beautiful but just big for comfort and just too far out from all the parks. It took forever to get anywhere on the buses. I especially would like to mention the bus to Disney Springs. It is only across the water but on the bus, it took a half hour or more to get there every time. It's like the bus turns in the opposite direction leaving the resort and goes away from Disney Springs and all the way around. You see woods and other resorts and finally Disney Springs in on your left hand side. Not enjoyable or very efficient.

Overall Impression: We went into this not sure how we were going to like it. We were originally hoping for an Epcot area resort but none were available to rent and I am glad. We loved it here! We had a refurbished room in Congress Park, the building right next to Disney Springs. We are huge Disney Springs fans so it was wonderful to be able to walk there whenever we wanted and we utilized it for breakfast at Starbucks or Earl of Sandwich every morning.
The refurbished rooms were amazing. We have 3 older kids (25,21 and 17) and it was so great for the 2 older girls to get their own beds in the spacious second bedroom. My 17 year old son was so happy with the murphy bed. It was so nice to have an actual bed for him as opposed to the pullout sofa. We could fold the bed into the wall everyday and actually utilize the sofa during the day, something that was too cumbersome with a regular pullout sofa.
We did not utilize the bus system but I will say that this is a huge resort and if you are not staying in a preferred section you may need either a car or the busses just to get to the main building.
I would definitely recommend this resort, it was quiet, the rooms were amazing and the walk to Disney Springs was perfect.

Overall Impression: My wife and I went down to our 1st home resort we’ve owned for 14 years. We love Saratoga Springs as we can just get away from life in Southeast Mass for a while. No hustle and bustle of the parks. It gives you what you need in a vacation. We were able to enjoy the pools, bus service, water taxi to Disney Springs even an outdoor dinner meal at the Turf Club. We enjoyed speaking with and sharing our stories with other members from other regions of the U.S. and world. We’ve lived our next DVC vacation through the the Dis and the DVC fan page for the last 7-10 years and we truly enjoy the vlogs. Thank you so much for all you do.
When we watched the review of SSR earlier last year we were shocked at your meals at the Turf Club. My wife and I have to agree the Prime Rib meal was not worth the price when the restaurants over at Disney Springs are better for roughly the same price.
Sincerely
Tom & Tara Beale

Overall Impression: Rooms are old (I know they are currently being renovated). There was a smoking section right outside our room, so we could smell smoke as soon as we opened our door to leave. I am pregnant and have a young daughter, so having to smell smoke each time we walked outside was very disappointing. I considered asking to move, but we checked in late, and I knew that would be a lot of trouble as well. As a DVC member, I would probably only stay here again as a last resort.

Overall Impression: I love the resort, it’s size isn’t a problem for me and as a consequence I find it’s quiet and peaceful. There are 2 walking routes to the different ends of Disney springs, and I personally disagree about the size of the resort. For me personally I feel the majority of the resort (treehouses aside) is all walking distance to the main hub. The paddocks area has a superb pool comparable to the main pool at other deluxe resorts (meaning Saratoga has 2 high quality pools). The rooms need a refresh (which is happening) and the main area including the shop is perhaps the most limited of all deluxe resorts. The food in artists palette is average at best and needs a revamp and it’s this central hub that lets the resort down.

Overall Impression: I love/hate how secluded the treehouses are. While it’s nice and quiet, and good for larger parties, it’s inconvenient when trying to get anywhere. We stay at SSR often, usually in Congress park so we can walk to Disney springs (main pro for the resort overall), this was our first stay in the treehouses. We would definitely come again. We did not have any kids with us, and I did not think the treehouses would be a good fit for a trip with my niece and nephew (3 and 5 yrs old) because there is not very much for kids to do.

Overall Impression: We enjoyed the resort. We bought our DVC contract at Saratoga Springs mostly because of price. We would stay again, but there are other resorts we want to try out. The biggest draw back for Saratoga Springs is the size. It is so huge. It is a long walk to everything that is not in your section. You can walk to Disney Springs easily if you are in Congress Park, but it’s a very long walk from the other sections.

Despite that, I still think Old Key West is the better option for a DVC stay as the resort offer more charm. That being said, I'll never be disappointed to stay at Saratoga Springs. Overall Impression: Saratoga Springs is going through a refurbishment that is LONG overdue. Our family loves the resort grounds, restaurants and pools, but the rooms are in rough shape, a little too rough for Disney prices as far as I'm concerned.
Before booking I would look into where they are at in the refurbishment schedule and request/book a refurbished/preferred room if possible. We have ended up in non-refurbished rooms and our stay was less than magical.
If WDW cannot guarantee a rehabbed room I would book another resort. Old Key West is in the same general vicinity and around the same price point.

Overall Impression: We enjoyed staying on Disney property with access to Disney transportation, namely the boat service to Disney springs. When compared to other hotels in Orlando for this same price, it is a pretty mediocre value. However, I am looking forward to the room renovations and would consider staying here again with the room updates. As long as you stay in the Grandstand, which is the first bus stop on the way to the parks and about a 5 minute walk to the main lobby, it is doable.

Overall Impression: We have stayed at many Disney resorts. This was the first one where we felt we were just staying at a large hotel. There wasn’t a lot of that Disney feeling here. The two bedroom suites were terrific for our large family. We won’t stay here again unless it is our only option. It was Quiet, clean, and comfortable, though, and I’m glad we tried it.

Overall Impression: Overall it was a decent stay. I would only stay here again if it were the only option. The rooms were clean, however needed updating. The size of the resort was too big and therefore put a damper on things immediately as your first experience in the day is praying you can get somewhere in a timely fashion. Food was not tried, however, I heard it was bad. The ironic thing of the resort is that the resort is so spread out, but the common places are so compact. This was not a terrible experience, but at the same time it was no where near the best. As I stated above this is not a "disney" priority resort. This is a resort for those that have done disney a lot and are basically down just to get away and enjoy the area on a more relaxed feel.

Overall Impression: I have stayed at Saratoga Springs several times with last second resort stays. After this last visit I will never stay here again. The awful bus arrival times were just too much this last trip. Leaving a Halloween party at midnight, waiting for 3 buses to come and go, just to walk a half mile back to my room.

Overall Impression: Insufficient parking, very dated and dark. The biggest complaint for our stay was NO ICE! The tree house had an ice maker but who wants to wait hours for the frige to make some? and there is no common place in the Tree House area to get any. Had to get in the car and drive to the main buildings just for ice.

Overall Impression: I would absolutely stay here again. This was a quick one nighter, where I needed a place to sleep before my flight for work the next day. I decided to make the most of it by staying on-site, and doing a quick day at Animal Kingdom and a great dinner at Boathouse! I would totally stay here again for a similar trip, and would strongly recommend a preferred 1 bedroom for those looking for amazing accommodations, but do not care about the transportation issue. I would say that the king bed will sleep two, the pull down murphy bed will sleep one adult or two children, and the pull down twin bed will sleep one. Total could be 2 adults + 3 children, or 3 adults + 1 child or 4 adults. Anything more would be very uncomfortable, even in a 1 bedroom.
On the DVC Fan Facebook Page, I posted a video tour of my room!

Overall Impression: Having stayed in a non-refurbished studio only a few months prior, I admit I wasn't really looking forward to staying here. But when we ended up in a refurbished room I was absolutely blown away. They have done a fantastic job with this renovation. I LOVE the Murphy beds!!! I hope that all of the resorts eventually go to these, as they are so much more comfortable and easier to use than the pull-out sofa beds.

Overall Impression: The resort was Ok but the whole Disney experience left a lot to be desired. I will not go back until I hear from others that there is enough help to run the place. Shortage of bus drivers, food prep, limited availability of just about everything left me feeling like I wanted my money back. We visit 2 times a year and will not be back in 2021 and are planning to forego 2022.

Overall Impression: Happy and helpful CM's. Clean, bright, well functioning remodel. Proximity to DS. All of those are big plusses. The size of the resort is is a minus. I don't think I would have enjoyed any area other than Congress Park. I didn't like the noise/echoing in the breezeways. It was very annoying at times. Another small annoyance was the location of the ice machines. Only one per building on the bottom floor. I'd definitely stay again, especially if I wanted to do a resort stay or focus on DS.

It was like a maze. Still, the shower looked and worked great, we are all fans of the rain showers! And the two sinks were so nice. The room was very clean, and besides the fact that the trash checks almost always coincide with our afternoon naps, we had no issues. Overall, we will be back. Overall Impression: Hello everyone!
For example:
trig graphscos sin and tan graphscosine graph functionexponential graph onlinecubic graphingfractional graphquadratic functiontrigonometric graph
