Disney has finally released more details on the new restaurant that is coming to the Morocco pavilion at Epcot. Spice Road Table will be a tapas restaurant, which means "small plates" or appetizer-sized portions. Guests will enjoy Mediterranean dishes and specialty drinks in this restaurant along the waterfront of the World Showcase Lagoon. Meant to look like an outside cafe, the building is whitewashed with blue accents; a row of marketplace shops line the front entrance. Guests can choose from 120 seats out on the terrace or 60 indoor booth seats.

The Disney Parks Blog gives us an idea of some of the dishes to be served. "There's an array of small plates: zesty harissa chicken drumettes; a Mediterranean omelet with sausage, potatoes and caramelized onion; mussels with preserved lemons and tomato sauce baked in an earthenware tagine pot; Moroccan merguez sausage with a fresh tomato salad; garlicky jumbo shrimp in a spicy chile pepper sauce."

An official opening date has not been announced.
