Around 5:00 pm on Monday, July 16, the 24-year-old woman received an indirect shock from a bolt of lightning. Her injuries were not serious, but she was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center to be checked out as a precaution. She was conscious and alert while being transferred to the hospital.
