A Universal Orlando employee is being investigated for stealing the identity of several theme park guests. Investigators caught Lisa DeMacedo buying park tickets with the credit card numbers of park guests and selling the park tickets to make a profit. When investigators went to her apartment, they found an eviction notice posted on her door and her landlord claims she owes them more than $2,000. Her phone has been disconnected. Victims say they will be pressing charges.

A statement from Universal Orlando reads: "We investigated this situation as soon as it was brought to our attention. We are taking this very seriously and we are cooperating fully with the police. We value the trust our guests place in us and we are working hard to maintain that trust."
