Wine Bar George, the highly anticipated wine bar owned by Florida’s only Master Sommelier George Miliotes, will have its grand opening on May 19th at 5 p.m. On May 20th, the latest addition to Disney Springs will start its normal daily service hours from 11 am. – 2 a.m.
Wine Bar George will give Florida residents and visitors the rare opportunity to sample from 130 wines selected by George Miliotes, one of only 249 Master Sommeliers in the world. The 200-seat wine bar will resemble a winemaker’s home and feature a terrace that overlooks the Landing and waterfront stage of Disney Springs.
In addition to the wine bar, The Basket at Wine Bar George will serve unique baskets and wines, cheeses, charcuterie and other bites from a to-go style window. This on-the-go spot is an extension of Wine Bar George and does not yet have an official opening date.
Walk-ins are welcome at Wine Bar George and guests can make reservations as soon as May 25th for bookings starting on June 25th, 2018.
