Ship: Disney Fantasy | Stateroom: 7658 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 7 | Category: 5C | Location: Aft |

Notes: This stateroom worked really well and we liked the aft location and easy access to the aft elevators. We also had family in the connecting stateroom 7656. We didn't hear any noise from the other staterooms when we had the doors closed. We were also able to open the verandah divider between our rooms. We did not experience any vibrations with the exception of one time while pulling into port. The Fantasy was swinging sideways into port and we felt one sharp vibration and it was over. I had only cruised midship before and did notice more movement in this stateroom, but not enough that it was uncomfortable. We also enjoyed being on starboard to see the CMs with their big Mickey hands at Port Canaveral and beach views while at Castaway. On our last cruise, we did have the larger verandah room and this stateroom was noticeably smaller. I didn't think I would miss the extra square footage, but I did. I would book this stateroom again however. |

Notes: This room sleeps four (bed, couch, pull-down bunk) and has a light-blocking curtain between the bed and couch/bunk. The split bath is convenient, as is the room's location very close to the aft elevators - easy to get down to the MDRs or up to Cabanas. There is a Midship Detective Agency picture in the aft elevator lobby but we never heard noise from it while in the room. Great views of Castaway Cay, St. Thomas, and San Juan. The room connects to 7656. |

Notes: This room could comfortably sleep 4 people. It had a pull down berth from the ceiling and is a great adjoining room to 7656 if you want to have more than one stateroom.
We loved being in this room. It was close to the elevators, and when docked at Castaway Cay we got to sit on our verandah and admire the island rather than the dock itself.
It was clean (although the floors were a bit sticky but our room steward took care of this very quickly) I like the new shelving areas of the room. Allows for a lot of space to put your items in an organized manner. The new hairdryers are fantastic as well as the new phone system.
The shelf in the shower is much appreciated and I didn't have to worry about where to put razors, shampoos and such. |
