Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 7686 Report

Notes: Great, spacious room for 4. Good size verandah with excellent views of Castaway Cay. It's nearly the last stateroom in the hallway so you don't get much outside noise. The only thing is the vibration and humming noise of the rudders or something mechanical when the ship is docking. It's quite loud and at certain ports, it happens very early in the morning. It woke up my sleeping babies. On some days it was less noticeable.

Notes: End of the hallway. Way too much vibration!! I didn't notice much noise, but the vibrations were so bad that it was sometimes hard to read. Split bath. Pull down berth. Average verandah but has capacity for connecting with 7688 for enormous curved verandah. View of castaway cay was amazing! Plenty of storage, room.

Notes: The only nois we ever hear was a very low bumble from the thrusters when docking. The vies of Castaway Cay were picture perfect. Practically no one passes by the room except for the couple of cabis on the aft. The best thing was rolling out of bed, taking the very short walk to the elevator and going up to Cabana's. Got coffee, assorted fruit and pastries brought to room and enjoyed them on the veranda! You could not ask for a quieter room.

Notes: Note: this sailing was Jan. 12, 2013 Great views of Castaway Cay and ports (St. Thomas, San Juan). Able to see fireworks display from room--Disney requests that you not be on the veranda or have the door open during the fireworks for safety reasons. Plenty of room for four in this cabin- six drawers, double closet, split bath, storage in the coffee table, able to put suitcases under the bed. Room located at far aft of the ship...convenient to get to clubs and restaurants, long hike to spa area. Quiet with little traffic. Some movement/vibration when the ship was moving quickly or anchoring at a port. Nothing that made it impossible to sleep...we slept like babies!

Notes: Very little noise from the engines,very convenient to Cabanas for meals. Over all excellent room.
