Ship: Disney Fantasy Stateroom: 8514 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 8C Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 11/10/18

Notes: We have a family of 7, connecting staterooms 8512 & 8514. My in-laws slept here in 8514. It sleeps 4 with a sleeper sofa and Murphy bed. There is NO bunk bed in this stateroom. All beds were very comfortable. The split bathroom was fantastic, there is a rain shower head as well as a normal one. Plenty of storage! When we had both stateroom doors open, it felt like a Studio Apartment. Our only complaint is that we felt a lot of movement at night, I don’t know if we had rough seas, but leaving Port Canaveral in the evening and leaving Castaway Cay especially, were like swinging on a hammock. It wasn’t bad enough for me not to stay here again, although if you need to do laundry, you have to go up to deck 9 or down to deck 7.

Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 8514 Condition: 5

Notes: Great room. Forward of ship, close to forward elevators that were never as busy as mid or aft elevators. Quiet room with plenty of space. Couch turns into bed and a pull down murphy bed. no bunk beds or star ceiling. Large porthole window to sit in and enjoy the view of port and castaway cay.

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 8514 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 4A Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 04/20/13

Notes: The other reviews are accurate. The cabin was in excellent shape, but the veranda could have used a paint touch up. My 6'4" son found the murphy bed a bit short, but he managed and this room seemed larger than the connecting 4 person rooms I had on the Wonder. A/C worked well and the refrigerator kept my case of beer cold all week. Beds were firm and comfortable.

Ship: Disney Wonder Stateroom: 8514 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 4A Location: Forward

Notes: Another great disney cabin :) Quiet and close to the forward elevators. We did have a small problem in theat we lost all our power for 15 hours, but Disney was fantastic in rectifying the problem. This is the deluxe family room which gives that extra bit of space needed for a family of four. And the views from the balcony were amazing !

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 8514 Condition: 4
Deck: 8 Category: 5B Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 12/21/12

Notes: One deck down from Spa and the quiet adult pool area, easy access to FWD elevators (never a wait), had a large double steamer trunk so storage space was not a problem. DS(19yo and over 6ft) slept on Murphy bed and thought it was comfortable. The Verandah looked freshly painted and has a cover over it to make even rainy days nice to sit out on. Could not see the fireworks from the balcony. Only thing that made this room a 4 vice a 5 was no hot water on the 1st day, and even by day eight and many maintenance workers trying very hard the best they could get was a little better than warm water. (Disney did offer to move us to a new stateroom the 2nd day). Verandah faced the in KW/Costa Maya/Cozumel.

Ship: Disney Fantasy Stateroom: 8514 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 8C Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 07/14/12

Notes: Closets to the left as you enter, bathrooms to the right. Twin size murphy bed pulls down next to the large porthole and the sofa converts to twin bed. Sleeps four comfortably. The forward location is good for decreased hall traffic and low noise level. Easy access to the Forward Stairs/Elevators which seemed to be the least used of the three. Small downside was that most of our trips were to areas that were in the mid and aft portions of the ship. But, that wasn't really a big deal: Drop down to Deck 4 and use the outside jogging track for quick access to the mid and aft. Good view of Castaway Cay. The roominess of the stateroom was fine - we were only there to get ready and to sleep. The split bathrooms made getting ready very easy. I wouldn't sleep more than 4: My wife and I were in the Queen and the twin beds slept our two kids. It got cozy when the murphy bed was lowered.

Notes: convenient to forward elevators, only sleeps 4 - no pulldown bunk, good views of terminal in Port Canaveral and of Castaway Cay, very roomy!

Ship: Disney Magic Stateroom: 8514 Condition: 5
Deck: 8 Category: 4 Location: Forward
  Sail Date: 03/07/09

Notes: Great location -- one deck up to pool, drink station and topsiders. Close to forward elevators. Very quiet -- great view coming into Castaway Cay. While this room could sleep 5, I think it would be crowded -- the Murphy bed blocks off access to the balcony. Very spacious for 3 or 4.
