Disney Cruise Line Stateroom Number 9080 Report

Notes: Great midship room! Pretty close to Midship elevators but no noise. Murphy bed with round shower. Verandah was wonderful-no obstructions. The room next door 9078 did have the skin obstruction. There is a drain pipe in the corner of the verandah but it was fine. You could only hear it if it rained a lot. This was our first time staying Port rather than Starboard and we were pleasantly surprised. Actually liked the views to Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Falmouth better from this side. Muster drill was in the Walt Disney theater which was a plus too. Booked the same room for next year.

Notes: Our first cruise, so nothing to compare it to--but not too noisy at all. Moderate distance to the elevators and stairs. I did feel motion on our first night but got used to it, and our biggest annoyance was a flushing noise that was sometimes audible. Our stateroom host was amazing, and the room was clean, well maintained and in great shape. The verandah was fantastic, and we were able to see Cuba & Cozumel in great detail! We did not get an island view of Castaway Cay but we enjoyed watching the docking process every place we stopped. It was a 7 day so we got very comfortable--we used all the beds (the murphy and the bunks) and they were all in great working order. Easy walk up the stairs to dinner or the spa or down to deck 5. Inconvenient for dinners down on the bottom floors (we mostly took the elevators) but we somehow survived :)

Notes: Fantastic location, serene, very clean, shower pretty clean. Only complaint the toilet area had a fault smell no matter how much I try to clean it, and disinfect the smell was persistent. Other than that and hopefully that can be corrected maybe with some Disney pixie dust I won't mind stay there again :)
