At Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood, guests can enjoy tapas, seafood, and steak in this Spanish rooftop restaurant that was inspired by surrealist art and the 1930s avant-garde.
The restaurant has two large olive trees displayed inside and gorgeous, stained-glass vaulted ceilings along with an on-stage kitchen serving up dishes such as aged, hand-cut Spanish chuletón for two (32-ounce bone-in ribeye steak), oven-roasted shrimp, scallops, tilefish, and Spanish olive oil-braised octopus.
From the bar, guests can enjoy a selection of more than 75 Spanish and California wines along with handcrafted cocktails, beers, and ciders.
