Zootopia tops box office on opening weekend

Disney’s new animated film Zootopia triumphed at the box office this past weekend. The film passed Frozen’s opening weekend, bringing in $73.7 million to Frozen’s $67.4 million back in 2013. Since opening internationally 3 weeks ago, Zootopia has brought in $232.5 million.

RottenTomatoes.com has given the film a 98% rating. It has been praised for its “relevant themes, smart storytelling, and positive message about inclusion.”
