NBA Experience

In collaboration with the NBA, Disney has developed NBA Experience as a one-of-a-kind environment that is packed with 13 interactive elements and hands-on activities across 44,000 square feet and two floors. NBA Experience gives guests the chance to feel like a basketball superstar!


Disney Fitness Centers

Many of Disney’s Resorts have a fitness center. Guests staying at these resorts can use the facility without an additional fee being applied.

Many of the resorts have dedicated trails for jogging, biking and walking.

Walt Disney World Resort has 4 outstanding championship golf courses (3 are on the PGA Tour) and a par-36 practice course, and the opportunity to try FootGolf at Disney’s Oak Trail FootGolf course.

Archery Experience

Take aim at the Bullseye at this Ft. Wilderness activity. Following instructions in the use of a compound bow, you'll take aim at the bullseye in the range target.

The Archery Experience can be booked by calling 407-WDW-PLAY. Upon arrival you check in at the Ft. Wilderness Bike Barn.

Please allow ample transportation time. Ft. Wilderness prohibits vehicles from going beyond their main entrance. You'll need to use their internal bus or take water transportation from either the Magic Kingdom or Wilderness Lodge.


Surfing Lessons
Instruction is provided by Craig Carroll's Cocoa Beach Surfing School. Class sizes are limited to 14 guests ages 8 and up.

Tennis Lessons
Clinics and private instruction at Walt Disney World Resort can be reserved by calling (321) 228-1146. Lessons are provided by Orlando Tennis Services, LLC and are available at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Bay Lake Tower, Saratoga Springs, and the Yacht & Beach Clubs. Equipment is provided.

You must be a resort guest to participate.

Private appointments available

$90 per hour, (DVC members receive 10% discount)

 


Parasailing/Water Skiing
Parasailing, Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, Jet Skiing, and Tubing activities are offered at select marinas around Walt Disney World including Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort Marinas.

iFly Orlando
Disney Fireworks
iFly, a free fall skydiving adventure that floats you in a vertical wind tunnel with air speeds up to 145 mph. No experience is required, but some coordination is. There is short class where the instructor will teach you how to fly and give you necessary hand signals for communication while flying in the tunnel. The key is to relax, keep your chin up, arms in front of you, legs slightly apart and knees bent. Each class can have up to 12 people.
