Disneyland confirms new cushions on the Matterhorn

The Disneyland Resort has recently added cushions to ride vehicles on the Matterhorn Bobsleds attraction.

Opening in 1959, the Matterhorn Bobsleds was the first steel track roller coaster ever built.

While the ride was never the most comfortable, after a major renovation in 2012 to add individual locking seat belts, the ride seemed to get even rougher.

Disneyland hopes that the new padding will make for a more enjoyable and comfortable guest experience.
