Mailed Confirmations from Disney’s Magical Express to Cease July 1st

As of July 1, 2021, Disney’s Magical Express will no longer mail reservation confirmation collateral to guests’ homes. As a reminder, Disney’s Magical Express will no longer be available with arrivals beginning January 1, 2022.

Guests arriving at Orlando International Airport (MCO) will need to utilize a MagicBand or Disney MagicMobile to check in at the Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center.

Guests who do not have either of those options can simply check in manually using their photo identification which is the current process for guests who do not have their mailed reservation confirmation collateral.

To reduce the number of guests whose reservations need to be retrieved manually at the airport, guests are advised to make their Disney’s Magical Express reservations and provide their round-trip flight information at the time they book their vacation. These details can be added to your reservations up until a week prior to your arrival.
