This Thanksgiving, you will be able to watch Amy Adams as Giselle in Disenchanted. Disney made this announcement at the Upfront Presentation, where they also gave a release date for Hocus Pocus 2.
The sequel to the beloved movie Enchanted will come out on Disney+ this Thanksgiving. Patrick Dempsey, James Marsden, and Idina Menzel will return to the film and welcome Yvette Nicole Brown and Jayma Mays to the cast. Enchanted came out in 2007, and I have been waiting for 15 years to see what will happen next in Giselle’s life.
Walt Disney Studios gave us a first look at Amy Adams and Maya Rudolph in Disenchanted on Twitter sharing the release date. Just from the picture they shared with fans, it’s easy to see that the costuming in this movie will be stunning. I hope we will see some fun musical numbers and large dance sequences like we did in the first movie.
This year at Thanksgiving, this movie is what will be playing in my home while I cook and set the table. As I said, I’ve been waiting for this moment since 2007!
